Unfortunately the hot tub and sauna were closed. An older facility.

It’s was nice but the hot tub wasn’t very warm until the meat morning but other than that it was ok.

I would stay there again but the hot tub was only lukewarm and the restroom door in the pool area would not close completely

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub during our stay. The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel was decorated for Halloween and it was fun to see it all. The kids enjoyed the fun atmosphere.

Not bad for an average 2 star hotel. Decent size pool, hot tub, and sauna. Room wasnt the cleanest. Fitness room wasnt accessible. Water quit working halfway through my shower but did a few minutes later.

Not sure that anything was unique. Room was clean as was the building. The hot tub was closed. Not sure if this is an unusual situation or the normal. So often now I choose a hotel for having a hot tub or other amenity which is no longer in use.

The place was a true disappointment. The hot tub was lukewarm and none of the jets worked. Sauna never heated and the door to the pool room had a broken hinge. Sunday morning at 7:15 the coffee was leftover from the day before and cold. ( Breakfast started at 5 am, so not like they were just setting up for the day. ) Beds, pillows and towels meh. Nothing to truly recommend the place even at the reasonable price. Won’t ever return.

No elevator; very small breakfast area;

The staff was lovely, all very friendly, courteous and helpful. The property was very clean, especially given that they allow pets. There's plenty of grass/green space for pets and free parking for guests. The rooms are a bit small but still quite comfortable and nicely appointed, as well as very clean. The pool area was lovely, with a hot tub, billiards table and some arcade games -- very family-friendly.

I was disappointed in my room as i unfolded the hide away bed and there was blood on the mattress and a bag of candy and other debris in the bed. Other than that things were fine

The location was good. We had a big group there for a wedding - lots of family. Not very clean - one room had some kind of bugs in the bedding. Called the property several times to clear up some billing issues and no one ever called back. Very disappointed!

The floor of our room was literally wet for the entire four night stay. My concern was mold. Used towels and trash needs to be placed in the hallway each morning as they only freshen your room every three days. Toilet leaked and bugs in the pool completed our miserable stay.. Definitely would mit recommend.

Rooms and public spaces were clean. Pool and hot tub were clean and wonderful! Breakfast was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

our bathroom tub was dirty. there were literally shoe footprints on the side of the tub. the pool area was like a sauna, and the games that my grandson was looking forward to were not plugged in and working

We found bed bugs!

Bed was to soft. Mattress needs to be replaced.

This hotel is very convenient, and the area is quiet. The hotel was clean, especially the common area, but somewhat dark and quite dated. We've stayed there twice while driving across the country and I would stay there again. It is a reasonable value. I would rate it "average" in it's category.

Parking was safe and well-lit. Bed was comfortable. HVAC unit in room was easy to adjust to our needs. Bed-side lightbulb was out and corner guard was laying on the floor.

One night stay, went fine, comfortable, would return. A few minor issues (desk chair was wonky, "upgraded" room view was some dumpsters), but nothing worth complaining about. Even though we were right next to the lobby, the room was very quiet. Comfortable, clean, AC worked well too. Malted waffles at breakfast were a delicious treat. Would recommend and stay here again.

Nice rooms, clean and large. Heat didnt work in first room. Second room was around 65 degrees and took well over an hour to warm up. Morning front desk said they would check on it.

Rooms were spacious. I like the idea of the vanity being separate from the shower area.

Where do I start? Stay was fine. Billing NOT SO MUCH! I checked in gave credit card and ID. That night two charges pending. Front desk clerk advised only 1 charge pending and speak with manager in the morning. In the morning again only one charge. Well. Charges were 13th and 14th. They both posted the 17th.. I emailed and called. I was told Manager would call the next day at around 9 am the 18th. 20th still no call. They did refund on the 18th and then placed another HOLD 4 hours later for the same amount. I have now disputed that charge with my bank and cancelled my credit card. Sucks being without a card for 7 to 10 days. I will never stay at another AmericInn again.

Staff went missing for 45 minutes during breakfast

Our stay itself was great. The breakfast was hot and ready even before 6am. The staff was friendly. We had two issues with our bill. First, we had prepaid for this stay with hotels.com which included a discount from hotels.com. We pre-checked into our room and provided a credit card for incidentals which is expected. Upon check-in, they simply handed us our key which was great. Later I noticed a pending charge on our credit card for a bigger amount than what we paid hotels.com. I questioned staff about this several times and was assured it was for incidentals and would drop off. The same amount pending amount then showed up a 2nd time on our card. Both of these charges ended up clearing resulting in contacting the property twice and hotels.com once. In the end, hotels.com had to credit what I prepaid and the property credited one of the double charges. This meant I now paid the higher rate though hotels.com returned the discount to my account. It all worked out in the end but AmericInn should spend some time training their staff on how to handle these prepayments!

Asked for housekeeping and was told it is every 3 days. So I asked on my 3rd day and was told that they probably wouldn't get to it because they have 44 rooms to clean that day. So no housekeeping for 4 nights of stay costing $680. Never again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodated our need for an early check-in.

The staff when we check in was rude and we didnt get a firt floor toom as requested. He didnt even try to find one he said he was all book. So we had to haul all of our luggage and other utems up the stairs. Both of us having trouble with stairs, whichvis why i asked for a first floor room. Also, every evening we came back to our room the key cards didnt work. So i had to go back down tge stairs and get them fixed and climb back up the stairs. Plus we asked for cleans towels and got no towels.

The hot tub was very cold! One of the reasons i picked this place was because they had a hot tub. The guy doing our check in was not very personable. Seemed to be "bothered" when anyone was asking for help or for change to play the pool table or claw machines.They needed my license plate number for their paperwork after saying I'm parked in the handicap parking and i have knee and hip issues they put me in a room on the 2nd floor.I asked where the elevator is and he said we only have stairs.OK,fine i can make this work l,i thought,but then i get to my room and the keys don't work so back down the stairs i had to go to get them fixed.The next day i left for a few hours came back around 1pm, went to my room and my keys didn't work again! So back down the stairs i go again. This time they checked someone else out wrong and my keys/ room were part of that issue. Completely horrible and ridiculous that there isn't an elevator if you're going to put people on the 2nd floor if they have handicaps. Feedback options above won't let me select "other" to enter in other issue like the key problems, the hot tub problems, the very few(usually only 2 to 4 if any)to no pool towels were placed on the towel rack for people to use.The room itself was super cold, heater was set to off and read 60° room temperature, if you know you're renting that room out at least turn the heat on in the winter.Upon check out,I explained everything the manager and he had no idea the hot tub wasn't working.

The desk manager was grumpy and curt - not customer friendly at all. The lady that cleaned our room was very kind and thorough. The breakfast was lacking - food missing, even with more than two hours remaining; milk was starting to sour; garbage was full; only apples for fruit. No shower soap provided. Overall, less than satisfying.

Great amenities, great location.

Access to walking path and not too far from lake

Very nice hotel. Worked out great for our recent trip to WE Fest. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast offerings were sufficient. Pool and hot tub were not operational which was unfortunate because it was a very hot weekend. Location was very convenient and there was a shuttle service to get us to the festival site. We were very satisfied with our stay here.

I rated a 3. /5 because of only good to poor front desk service. Had to ring for service then wait several minutes upon check in . Computer program did not have my reservation online. Breakfast service gets a 2/5. Cold,hard biscuits, lukewarm coffee.

It appears they are understaffed. We arrived early after being rained out on our hike. We were wet, cold and tired but we were not allowed to check in until 3 p.m. as “the rooms aren’t ready yet.” The hot tub was closed as well “sorry for the inconvenience.” And in the morning they ran out of all the hot food. Some was replenished after a long wait, other things were never filled. Even the oj machine ran out! Coffee urns weren’t refilled. No creamer was available. The place was clean and quiet but I wouldn’t go back.

Great breakfast, loved pool, clean, and affordable!

We paid a lot more for a jacuzzi tub and the buttons were missing on it so we couldn’t use it. The breakfast wasn’t stock and what was there was hard as a rock.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the facility was well maintained, the the breakfast bar was always well stocked.
