The staff was friendly and responsive. We arrived in the middle of the night and a lightbulb was out and they switched rooms for us immediately. Shuttle is available to airport from 4am to midnight. There’s a Holiday gas station and a McDonalds within walking distance. Felt safe. Ample parking.

Breakfast was a little lacking but overall great quality for the price. We stayed for 5 nights and the room was super spacious! Lots of room which was awesome. No bathtub and shower only which was a surprise, but not an issue as we all shower anyways. Little pool and a luke warm hot tub, but it was good enough for us. Sauna didn't work at all. Mattresses could use an upgrade, but not wildly uncomfortable. Area was very quiet as was the hotel (except one night where our room was sandwiched between an unsupervised 10ish year old and their friend in one room and the parents in the other. Had to talk to the parents at 1am as the children were constantly slamming their door and seemingly banging on the walls). Would stay again.

They said they had airport transfer and when I went at 430 like the lady in afternoon told me I got there at 430 am and the girl caryann told me they didn’t have a transfer until 7 am and when I asked what she could do she said nothing that’s your problem!!

The Days Inn was ok, they were out of stock on breakfast items and low on staff when I asked for my room to be cleaned the second night after not being cleaned after the first night. They did empty the garbage and change out the towels. The hot tub was out of order and the pool looked dirty.

Clean, rooms are massive, staff are VERY friendly, my only complaint was that they advertise airport shuttle which was why i booked through them, but because our flight got in at almost midnight they couldn't shuttle us. So if that's a big deal for you make sure the shuttle runs wren you're flight will be coming in. Other than that, this is a slam dunk for value and comfort

The hotel was overbooked, and we had people coming to our room late trying to get in with Key cards……that they were assigned even though my family had already checked into that room and were sleeping. The pool was freezing, and the hot tub was broken, with no notification from the desk about the pool area.

The property was not well maintained, there were bags of garage at the entrances, people (not clear if they were actually guests) sleeping on the couches in the common area. Police activity outside the building. The room did not have a pleasant smell. The air conditioner had a lot of trouble maintaining a consistent temperature and the breakfast was very limited at best.

When I checked in there was a long black hair on the bathroom floor in the bathroom sink in front of the tub! Didn't have time to check anything else out.How to meet my daughter for a wedding dress?Fitting upon returning to the room less than 5 minutes.Fire alarm went off had to evacuate! ! 1 After 45 minutes getting back into the room.I really didn't have time to do much cause I had to get up at five o'clock in the morning to head back to my job ninety eight miles away. Wanted to take a shower but the diverter on the tub didn’t work, and there was no way i was going to sit in In that. Tub as there was also black hair in that! I had notified the front desk the night before about the hair. The next morning when I checked out the front desk. Clerk was aware and she was gonna check it out. I talked to her 3 or 4 times and she did say the gal that cleaned that room did have long black hair but she couldn't refund my money as I booked through hotels.com. Is there anything you can do to compensate me, ? I'll never stay at another Days Inn, That's for sure.they were going to give me Wyndall

The first room we received had sticky stained carpet throughout the room and multiple stains on the bed. The second room was a little better but still stains on the bottom of the bed. The carpet in the halls had stains and the elevator had dirty doors and walls. Normally Days Inn are nice and clean but this one had very low standards for cleanliness

The lady that checked us in was very nice. That was great start. Then we went to our room. I felt so deceived by the photos on the site. Everything was dingy and cleaning wasn’t great. That were two dead bugs in our room and a live centipede worm thing. My daughter refused to swim in the pool. The halls smelled like pot, so much for no smoking. The elevators and corners everywhere were dirty. If they just stepped up their vacuuming, it would have made so much difference.

They took hundreds of dollars from my bank account for a full week!! The night we arrived we were charged the correct amount for our hotel stay. The next morning there was an additional charge in my bank account for more than $260. Front desk was zero help. They just said everything looks fine on their end and "we aren't trying to steal your money". Red flag! They told me it was hotels.com. We called hotels.com just to be sure, but they confirmed they never charged our account anything. It took a full week for that extra money to be back in our account. Several other people were complaining about the same thing at the front desk. This hotel is old, dirty, and run down. Hot tub was not working the 3 days we there. Breakfast was terrible, crowded, dirty and out of most things. Carpet was filthy. Very dark getting off the elevators. We had 3 different types of bugs in our room. There was a huge sticky stain on the floor covered in dog fur in the lobby that didn't get cleaned in the 3 days we were there. The bathrooms were small and weird. The pull out couch was just about unusable for our kids. We thought we were doing the right thing by finding a cheaper hotel. Please spend the extra money to stay somewhere else. You will be happy you did. One nice thing I can say about the hotel is the location. It's set back in a decent neighborhood near some businesses. It felt pretty safe. Also, our King room was huge. It was 2 rooms put together. It was nice to have that space.

The property was convenient to the airport and the Mall. There was lots of free parking. The room was clean, spacious and I had a view of the lake. When the TV would not work the staff moved me to a different room where everything worked. The carpeting in the hall was stained.

So, this is obviously an older property. Rooms are small and sparsly furnished. The room was NOISY. You could hear street sounds, people in the hallway and the room next door, the elvator (I stayed in 203, right across the hall from the elevator,) and the lobby. Included breakfast was all carbs, no protein. Toast, bagels, waffles, cereal, apple sauce, and only for 2 days, yogurt. I stayed purposefully in a room with a tub, but no stopper was provided despite asking twice. The room did not get cleaned in a timely manner either. Staff was really nice. It's off the beaten path. Bed was comfy, but comforter was DIRTY. Not a place I would choose to stay again.

Sheets had dried blood on them. The other bed sheets were stained. There was stains on the carpet - very noticeable. We called the front desk. He could not give us new ones because laundry was not done. All he could find was 2 fitted sheets from a different room.

The only thing this property had going was it's location and overall cleanliness. We were greeted 3-5 minutes after pushing the button, could hear the front desk associate on a personal call in the back. Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights; 1 room was already occupied when entering. Was first told they were fully booked and couldn't reassign rooms. After a call to the GM and a 30-45 minute wait, we received an "upgraded" room (from 2 doubles to 2 queens) free of charge. 1 room had no tv remote but they did provide one after being asked; the other room never connected to DirectTV and we were told it was due to the weather (our other room and neighboring rooms could watch TV though); notified front desk of this issue twice. No ice in ice machine. Wi-fi would connect but was so slow, it was useless. Continental breakfast has minimal options (toast, bread, plain begals, yogurt, cereal); no hot options and coffee canisters were empty. There is a mini fridge and microwave but no coffee pot in the rooms. Front desk couldn't print our receipt at check-in or check-out; has yet to be emailed as requested. The staff was polite though. We don't recommend this hotel.

For the price, this is a great place to stay. The rooms are a good size, though the bathrooms are on the smaller side. The water pressure could be stronger, but the hot water lasts a long time, which makes up for it. The AC worked perfectly and kept the room cool all night. The front desk staff were excellent—very helpful and welcoming. Overall, a solid stay, and I would definitely come back.

Rooms were clean. Beds were really hard. Lots of maintenence issues like outlets that didn't work, bathroom door lock broken, hot tub timers not functioning correctly, sauna out of order, gym equipment out of order, etc

The property was convenient to the airport and the Mall. There was lots of free parking. The room was clean, spacious and I had a view of the lake. When the TV would not work the staff moved me to a different room where everything worked. The carpeting in the hall was stained.

Staying in town on business, airport pickup was prompt and the hotel staff is most kind, professional and friendly. They will drive you within 5miles and Target, Trader Joe’s, several restaurants, hair salons are within 10-15 min walk. Continental breakfast is offered. Rooms are clean and quiet, highly recommend!

Alicia was very awesome and very knowledgeable about the area. She is great in customer service and that’s truly hard to come by. It was construction around the property but other than that our room was clean. Staff was friendly. Only reason I gave a 4 star is because I asked the gentleman with purple hair can the bus take me to the airport at 4:30 am. He told me the Days Inn bus doesn’t start that early. When I woke up the next morning and spent 34 on uber. The new gentleman in the front said that was not true it starts at 4. That was the only issue I had could have saved money from doing Uber. Other than that everything was smooth and when I’m back in town I will be staying again.

I was pleasantly surprised, rented two rooms, and both were above average. I think a family has recently purchased this location, they seem to be doing upgrades on the rooms, what I like the most was the staff were all friendly and you had the feel that they liked working there!

The only thing this property had going was it's location and overall cleanliness. We were greeted 3-5 minutes after pushing the button, could hear the front desk associate on a personal call in the back. Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights; 1 room was already occupied when entering. Was first told they were fully booked and couldn't reassign rooms. After a call to the GM and a 30-45 minute wait, we received an "upgraded" room (from 2 doubles to 2 queens) free of charge. 1 room had no tv remote but they did provide one after being asked; the other room never connected to DirectTV and we were told it was due to the weather (our other room and neighboring rooms could watch TV though); notified front desk of this issue twice. No ice in ice machine. Wi-fi would connect but was so slow, it was useless. Continental breakfast has minimal options (toast, bread, plain begals, yogurt, cereal); no hot options and coffee canisters were empty. There is a mini fridge and microwave but no coffee pot in the rooms. Front desk couldn't print our receipt at check-in or check-out; has yet to be emailed as requested. The staff was polite though. We don't recommend this hotel.

We waited 10 minutes for staff to come to front desk to check us in. They then had a computer issue that we stood there at least 15 minutes while they tried to check us in. We finally asked if we could go to our room and come back later when they figured out the issue. We paid in advanced on Expedia. Worst and longest experience I ever had checking into a hotel.

If you have ever wanted to stay at a hotel run by 12 year olds, this is the one for you. For breakfast, coffee was served without ordinary creamer (and they couldn't find any without flavorings when I asked). Trash from breakfast was left all over the gym and no one bothered to clean it. There were no towels in the otherwise very nice pool area, and no one could empty a wastebasket or bring towels to the room--I had to ask three times for services. Worst of all, the hotel shuttle left my disabled, 88-year-old mother in the ground transportation area of the airport instead of ticketing, although they knew that she needed support at the airport to get to ticketing, as I had told them a day in advance. If this experience doesn't appeal to you, do yourself a favor and find another hotel. There must be one in Eagan with adults in charge.

I am a senior citizen. I had confirmed reservation and was already paid for. I also called the hotel around 4 pm that day to confirm and inform that we will be checking in around 11 pm. They checked in their system and confirmed my reservation. When I reached at the hotel the staff was rude. They said there was a glitch in the system, rooms were overbooked and they were unable to accommodate me.

The staff was friendly and responsive. We arrived in the middle of the night and a lightbulb was out and they switched rooms for us immediately. Shuttle is available to airport from 4am to midnight. There’s a Holiday gas station and a McDonalds within walking distance. Felt safe. Ample parking.

I was very happy with the experience. I was looking for a hotel where we could spend the night and park and fly. The staff was kind and very helpful and the drivers were sociable for the shuttle. My son forgot his headphones in the van when we returned And the Driver said he would send them to us we had already left town. And I live at least three hours away. All in all, for the price, this was exactly what we needed.

I was in town for a golf tournament. I travel quite a bit and found this "sweet spot" for the areas tournaments. Convenient to everything I needed - Golf course(s), restaurants, fast food, fuel, etc. A very walkable location, which helps to stretch out legs after a. long day. Will make this my prime location to stay for these local events.

My room was not clean. When I checked in, the lady was not communicating with me and took forever to just get my room and key cards. The bathroom was dirty and the floors and chairs in my room were terribly dirty. My room smelled like old pets or fish sticks. The next morning, I was ready for breakfast and there was no breakfast but cereal. Online stated it was continental breakfast with waffle maker. No such thing and the coffee was even out… we had to ask for coffee. We could not get out of there fast enough.

Pool and hot tub great. Staff nice. Breakfast was terrible. Dead box elder bugs in room. Cigarette burn in first room. Rooms out dated. Previous guest keys in first room and still looked like urine in toilet in first room. Changed rooms because no channels on tv either.

Breakfast was poor. Ran out of coffee every day. When front desk made the coffee, they didn’t come back so I had to put the dispenser back together. The seemed to be engrossed in their phone. Basket was available for some fruit but it was empty the whole time. Just go out and buy a bag of apples.

Unfortunately, we were not able to get any shuttle service because our flight left early in the morning and the shuttle hadn't started working yet. It would be helpful to state in the ad that the hotel provides "airport shuttle service between 5:30 a.m. and 11:00 p.m."

We need to get a room at the last minute due to some work that was being done at our house. While the property is in need of renovation, we got one of the rooms that had been renovated and were pleasantly surprised as we did not expect that initially. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean despite us having a last minute reservation. I think they have upgraded their breakfast as well as it said “continental” so we expected coffee, juice, cereal and perhaps rolls. They had more than that. There were also eggs, sausage and waffles (they had a couple of waffle irons) amongst other things. It was good! This is an independent motel and it looks like the owner is really working on updating things. I would stay there again but I would also request an updated room of available while the renovation is in progress.
