Guests were smoking weed and vapes openly in the pool area and staff refused to do anything about it which meant no one in my party could enjoy the pool or hot tub. When I asked them to stop smoking they screamed obscenities at us and once again staff was useless. Rooms were dingy with: -stained bed skirts -water spotted ceilings -a closet door that was pulling entirely off the drywall -a remote with no back just tape over the batteries I’m incredibly disappointed and frankly disgusted at the lack of management and that they label this as a smoke free property when clearly they couldn’t care less about it.

Water stains on ceiling. Walls, window shades and sheets all have stains on them. Fridge wouldnt stay in its spot and was luke warm at best definitely not cold. Hallway smelt like wet cat. Staff were so bothered to help us. Leaning back on chair on their phone and seemed annoyed we wanted to check in. Then when we left, she was like checking out? Good. You can go. Or wait did you need anything? I couldnt wait to get out of there. Breakfast was limited.

Quite stay

Clean rooms. Staff is great. Breakfast is good, love the breakfast potatoes and biscuits n gravy. Nice options.

Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. We stayed in a room that was adjacent to an off-ramp of an expressway, so traffic noises continued through the night.
