This was an interesting stay. First night they were fixing the overhead lights in the parking lot. The elevator was out from the second night through the third day. The fire alarm went off for 30 minutes the evening of the fourth day. I thought the staff handled all of these issues well.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The facility is updated and maintained well. Our room was clean and spacious. It’s location is convenient because it’s right off the highway. There's a gas station across the street. It's convenient and safe to get something quickly from there.

The bedsheets were wrinkled. While checking the corners of the bedding there was blood stains on the fitted sheets with lots of dirt, dust balls and hair. Bathroom floor was dirty. Everything was old looking and needing updated. Breakfast area was too small for the amount of people staying; food was very limited and not refilled in a timely manner. I would never recommend using this hotel line to anyone and will never book again going forward.

The staff was very friendly and kind. The rooms were super clean. I always clean before we settle in and it is always so disgusting to see how filthy my paper towels are, this room was very clean. The only reason I cannot rate it well is the noise. Our neighbors were not noisy people, but you could hear absolutely everything, every time they shut their bathroom door, the amoire, when they put something down on the desk.

4 night stay, room 208, would definitely stay there again. Staff- friendly, professional, conversational, personable Room- I had a studio w a sofa-bed available (didn't use). Everything was pretty much perfect. Loved the window seat Bed - comfy Bathroom - clean, good water pressure Wi Fi - meh. Which seems to be the norm at hotels. Good enough for FB, not great for streaming. TV - HBO and ...was it Starz? Air Conditioning - Didn't get super chill, even when set in low 60s (maybe due to the hellish outside temps that week?) Had a vague mildew smell when it first kicked in.

Amazing staff, extremely helpful and kind. The manager goes above and beyond to assist. Everyone was very attentive from our arrival. Daily housekeeping is offered, so the room is clean and fresh. Delicious breakfast. We were lucky to find this place!

Have stayed at this Microtel before and it is the best! Great rooms. excellent breakfast and super-friendly staff. The area is quiet and safe with dining options literally right next door. Movie theater within walking distance. The star of the show is Joey, front desk. This gentleman has a friendly yet professional approach to each and every guest he comes into contact with. He is different than most people his age because he truly cares. I travel three to four months out of the year and this is difficult to find. Keep up the good work Microtel and give Joey a raise as a professional with his skill-set deserves it!

Tried the hair dryer. No air blew out. It got super hot and glowed red. Smelled like an electrical fire. Told front desk staff member who was in a room behind the front desk. He didn’t even get up to greet me. Said he didn’t t have replacements and didn’t even know they had hair dryers.

Staff was amazing , assistant general manager “Chatey” was great also the night shift people were great “ Devin and Noah “ , they were all great help !!! Hotel is very clean , breakfast is as good as what you expect for the pay. Room didn’t have any bad smell or any bugs so that is also great. Location is fantastic, everything you might want is close by. I definitely recommend this nice hotel

The room smelled. My son was due to arrive 15 minutes after I checked in. I told the staff person at the desk. He went on break. The replacement was unaware that my son was coming. Instead of calling my room to see if my son could come up, he just refused to let him in. My son had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes until the original desk clerk came back. Inexcusable!

I was very happy to stay at this place again! They got the best service and wonderful place to stay. The workers were awesome and friendly plus offer some help. The room was in a great condition and kind of comfortable bed. The bathroom was well maintain. The breakfast was yummy and love their sausage so much!! Close to restaurants and gas station. Plus some shopping. Highly recommend

This place isnt in any residential area, the area feels like you just got off the interstate in a random town and theres a gas station, hotel, restaurant all on one square block. Thats exactly this area. Quiet clean and simple, the area looks and feels safe.

We had the most wonderful stay at this location! We didn’t want to leave! We especially enjoyed the free breakfast and the 24 hour coffee bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially want to compliment Chatey, the assistant general manager. She was fantastic!! She made sure that the breakfast area was spotless every morning and kept everything refilled. She works very hard and is truly an asset to your company!

We were impressed with the courtesy of the staff. There were high school boys there for the hockey tournament and she said if they were loud, just call the front desk. They were quiet and we never heard any noise. Breakfast was very good and they had a good variety of food. Room was clean and comfortable. Sidewalks were shoveled so they were safe.

Clean room, clean bathroom. Housekeeping daily. Great breakfast, better than expected for a cheap hotel. Waffles and susages! Elevator working great. Would definitely stay again for the price it is unbeatable! Note that property conditions are not excellent but good condition!

We were so pleasantly surprised with our stay- the room was clean, contemporary and comfortable. The shower could use a little more oomph. Breakfast was great- anything you could want, Waffles, french toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, granola, cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries, bagels oatmeal, apple and orange juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate.....All the staff we encountered from check in to check out were fantastic!

Super basic, but very comfortable. Front desk guy was really friendly. Check-in was a breeze checkout was equally as easy. She was very nice and friendly as well. We took advantage of the free breakfast and it was delicious, so it was a great bang for your buck, I would stay again and would recommend.

The bedsheets were wrinkled. While checking the corners of the bedding there was blood stains on the fitted sheets with lots of dirt, dust balls and hair. Bathroom floor was dirty. Everything was old looking and needing updated. Breakfast area was too small for the amount of people staying; food was very limited and not refilled in a timely manner. I would never recommend using this hotel line to anyone and will never book again going forward.

It was clean and the staff were very kind. The only complaint is when I checked in the front desk lady said the doors are locked 24 hours a day which made me feel very safe staying by myself there. But, every time I went to the side door, day or night it was unlocked.

Stayed here due to the reviews. When I arrived the elevator was broken, 3rd floor smelled like someone smoked and they tried to mask it, beds were like sleeping on concrete and finally the walls in the room were dirty like someone splashed food on them. The tv didn't work and the toilet was so short. The staff was very nice otherwise. In my opinion wasn't up to what the reviews mentioned.
