The pool and hottub were closed and we booked this with intention to use those facilies. the desk staff was uninterested(nighttime and morning staff) in talking to us and waived us off. there were cobwebs in the corners of the room next to the curtains. The breakfast options were running out and the two attendants at front desk werent interested in refilling anything.

Called ahead to make sure that the hot tub was working. Booked on Expedia so nothing I could do when we showed up and it wasn’t functioning. Would not have stayed. Brutal!

3/19/25 POOL IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION! If you have kids or enjoy the pool area, I recommend calling ahead of time to ask if it will be open. My family and me were looking forward to the pool/hot tub after a very long road trip to Little Falls. We got there and immediately was told it was closed until later that week. My daughter was extreamly upset about this of course! The business clearly knew this ahead of time and we were not notified in any way shape or form but they advertise the pool and hot tub! I wish we knew ahead of time so i could have cancled for a full refund and went to another hotel with a open pool area. I will not make that mistake ever again no matter what hotel i go to. We have stayed before and it was worth the price ide say. This time not so much. They are renovating so we will see how the finished product looks. (*Owners* Please have better attention to the small details while you can) Secondly, the breakfast was gross to be honest... Hard bagles that might have just be old, the cream cheese looked like it was previously frozen and dethawed it was like crumbley not creamy, the eggs and waffle mix were gone by 9am and didnt get replenished between then and when we checked out at 1030am. We come to Little Falls often and would like to see some improvements. Thank you.

The floor at breakfast was gross sticky and advertised hot tub out of order. Remote for tv didn’t work right.

The pool and hotub were great, open until midnight for adults., kids 10pm. Hotel was not crowded, staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast had all we needed and hot food was fresh and hot. Lobby has a great area to gather and sit in for visiting. Hotel is older, but they keep it clean. Easy on and off the freeway. I would highly recommend it.

The bed was very comfortable. Hot tub jets didn't work and too hot to sit in. Swimming pool was too cold to get in. They did bring a new remote for TV but volume didn't work. Breakfast was good.

our room was terribly dirty. The hot tub was not in working order and when we asked it was heating up. Even the next day it was still broken. The pool was okay, kind of dirty in there too. My daughter had to crawl over rolls of old carpet to get a towel.

Hot tub was not running and it was just filthy. It was not what I expected. Especially when I booked this hotel because of the hot tub. The pool wasn’t the greatest. The breakfast wasn’t what I expected. No milk for cereal and just waffles.

I arrived at the location and the outside was completely dark with zero lights operational. Upon checkin i was informed the pool and hot tub were non operational. I requested a refund and was denied. I informed the staff it was the only reason i picked that location. Upon leaving i was told iowed more money because Expedia didn't pay the taxes. Don't go there!

Disappointed that the pool and hot tub were down...I think we all look forward to using the pool on hotel stays, the price should be reduced if the pool and hot tub are down!!

Space was not clean, large spiders roaming the room, remaining piece of cleaning bucket was left in the room, hair was in drain of shower, toilet not fully attached to the floor, telephone to front desk not in working condition, staff not available when called, no ice machine-instead we needed to ask staff to get some out of freezer out of view. Breakfast was good/basic but nothing phenomenal. Outside the building was garbage dumpsters, pallets of appliances etc. We had a bed to stay in while we were out of town but the expense was not aligned with what we received.

There was burn marks in the window and blood marks on the bedding

The room smelled so musty the carpet felt wet and our door was falling off the hinges. Very hard to shut. Bathroom tub was disgusting. Around the tub drain and the towel rack was gross. The tiles in the bathroom were broken and the floor was dirty! Will not be returning!

The perimeter of the bathroom floor was dirty and the vent in the bathroom had large dustbunny pieces in it. I am hoping that they didn't pay a professional to do their painting. There was paint on the ceilings, curtains, pictures and basically everything in the bathroom along with the painters tape that was left and was painted over

Disgusting. One room had dried poop on the bed. The other had blood. We flew so didn’t have extra blankets and the desk wouldn’t answer. The shower had hair stuck to the walls. We’ve stayed in the past with no issues but will not be coming back

Our room waa great. Very comfortable beds and the room itself, as well as the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast wasn't real exciting but was ok.

As soon as I pulled into the parking lot I knew this place was a dump. It was really unkept with lots of weeds and unpruned plants. Bedding was comfortable and clean but carpet felt damp and bathtub had hair that wasn’t mine in it. The sink didn’t drain. Furniture old, bad paint job with paint on the carpet and sink. There was no shear privacy curtain in the window so I had to be in a dark, dank cave. Unfortunately, there are only a handful of hotels in the area.

Absolute DUMP! Do not stay here!! Room smelled like cigarettes, sheets were dirty, bathroom ceiling falling down, bathroom faucet loose, TV remote was sticky and covered in grime, no screen on window, carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. Lobby stairs had garbage/wood chips(?) on them for the entire weekend that you had to step over. The parking lots lights were never turned on and random people just hanging out in their cars in the parking lot. DO NOT STAY HERE, STAY AT THE COUNTRY INN AND SUITES DOWN THE ROAD!!

The bathroom was dirty

Our power kept going out. There was some brown substance splattered on the back of the bathroom door. Broken hooks. Hole in the wall. Caulking around toilet was all over the place. We were unamused by the issues and unkept room.

Overall, a great experience. The bed was very comfortable. Fell asleep right away.

This hotel was a real gem. No experience with others in the chain, but took a chance as there were limited options. There was a lovely sitting area off the side of the lobby. The fireplace would’ve been really nice and I cold winter’s day. Coffee was available 24/7! It was so quiet, and the room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the a/c was whisper quiet! The bathroom was also very clean. Although the front desk person was somewhat new, when I had difficulties getting the television system, turned on properly, he promptly came and fixed the issue. I felt very safe (solo female traveler).

Run down room, pictures were not accurate. Too expensive for the condition of the room.

The air conditioning at night seemed to not work well and the constant fan didn’t run the room was hot at night.

The pool was not available for use. The room smelled musty or moldy leaving the bathroom.

Hotel stay was ok - everything was clean and staff was friendly. Outside could use landscaping work, almost looked closed from the overgrown trees. Room felt damp/wet the whole time. Breakfast selection was minimal. Hot tub jets were not working.

Good location with walking distance to several restaurants. Room was very clean and exceedingly quiet. Even the a/c was quiet. Would stay here again.

The hot tub was out if service. It was stated online early this week it was up and working, so we booked this hotel. When we asked about the hot tub we were told it stopped working 2 days ago. That would've been an acceptable answer, but the staff member pretended to contact manager about it via phone. It was very strange. The staff was rude, repeated stating that I needed to call 24 hours before hand to ask about the hot tub. Again strange. The room was clean enough, but the bed was lumpy and pillows very flat. It was very uncomfortable. There was also a fire alarm in the room with a green light on that was so bright during the night. Not a fan. In the morning, we said good morning x2 to the housekeeping staff to be polite and she didnt even look at us as she was passing in the hallway. The front desk staff saw my husband and said they would have called to give offer a better room since the hot tub wasnt working, but it was late and there would be a fee. My in-laws are rewards members for Wyndham and they recommended we stay here. Well we will not be staying here again. Honestly if the staff weren't so rude we wouldn't have worried about the rest of it. We paid way more then it was worth to stay here. I do not recommend.

We had an excellent stay, the hotel was clean, the beds comfortable, a full hot breakfast was provided which was great! We didn’t have time to use the pool area but we did stop by. It was clean and the water felt warm. The people on staff were helpful and polite upon checking in and checking out. Price was very reasonable too, this hotel was a gem!

It was very nice and clean, beautiful entrance. And the lady at the front desk was so friendly.

When we arrived and went to check in, the staff member was rather rude. Not "May I see you license please Mr.: or Sir License. nothing else. Card? Nothing else. No directions to the rooms, are information about breakfast, or anything., just two words and then "Sign This." Please, Thank You, Sir, Ma'am, Have a great trip/race/day.- Nothing remotely polite or helpful.

The staff was very helpful when my card would not work and they were attentive to the situation happening.

This property needs to review and update the photos on all booking platforms. We booked a suite which showed photos of the deluxe suite but did not realize this until after arrival. The suite is just a single room with a whirlpool tub in place of the couch that regular rooms have. Breakfast was okay, easy parking, quiet property.

The place wasnt terrible but the hot tub wasnt working and we called before we reaerved the room to check on that and they said yes its open. It was open but didnt work. I dont usually care about little things like that except for i recently hurt my back and was looking forward to that feature. All in all the place was decent and had multiple restaurants and gas stations in walking distance. One other thing i didnt like was they charged a 100.00 deposit that wasnt disclosed in the booking process

Was not as expected since we previously stayed at an AmericInn, we had a certain expectation and was disappointed. The bathroom faucet was heavily caulked to keep it in place but when turning the faucet off/on it almost fell out. Ice machine was broke. Had to get ice at the front desk and was told not sure how much she could give us. Breakfast was sparse.

Check in took a lot longer than seemed was necessary. We were the only ones checking in at the time, I had my credit card and ID ready. He couldn't find my reservation at first, said my credit card I used for the reservation was different than the one I handed him, but when I checked my online reservation, it was the same one. Breakfast was gross. The scrambled eggs and sausage were hard from sitting.

Breakfast was minimal at best. It went from 6-10 and I went at 8:30. There was 1 sausage and 1 egg left, the orange juice and apple juice were both very watery. It was very lacking.

Parking was easy, clean room, staff friendly. Breakfast was weak. Coffee good.

Was very disappointed with our stay. Have usually had very nice places. But ……. This was very opposite. The shower never warmed up, so took a very short cold shower. The air conditioner made very loud noise all night. Then headed down for early breakfast. Coffee was gone. Mentioned it to the gal, she took the air pot and come back 20 minutes later.
