Front desk at check in/out were friendly. The carpet in the lobby and in hallways looked dirty. There were broken tiles by the ice machine, our tub had a really slow drain, and there was something sticky and dirty on the wall inside the room. Overall the hotel seemed a little run down and dirty even though it looks like a newer Holiday Inn Express in photos . We could hear people walking above us all night so if you’re a light sleeper that might be an issue. Breakfast was good and staff working there were pleasant but I saw one person wipe spilled food from the floor with a rag then continue to wipe counters with that same rag. Not a lot of restaurant choices around other than a burger place across parking lot. Have to drive 10-15 mins away for anything after 9PM. It seemed to have too many issues for a hotel that I paid almost $400 for two nights. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Our room wasn’t prepared for 4 people to sleep. We had to request pillow cases, sheets and a blanket for the pull out sofa. The front desk guy brought pillow cases, a sheet but a horribly thin blanket. Our bathroom only had 2 bath towels.
