The shower stalls are an accident waiting to happen. No rubber mat in the tub and it was very slippery when it was wet. When we asked for a mat they said they didn't have them. They offered a floor towel that you put on the floor outside the tub. It worked but it was probably a big pain for the housekeeping person to handle a sopping wet towel. Also, the room was never cleaned. The bed was never made, there were no water glasses in the room and the coffee pkgs and cups were never replenished. When we mentioned it at check out the person apologized and said these things should have been done. We stayed at this hotel about 5 years ago and it was fine; this time not. Disappointed.

My family & I were here Christmas of 2024 & we were pretty impressed with the place so we made a point to come back. That was a mistake. Our room wouldn't get any cooler then 70°. We went to the pool & left a light on, when we returned the lights were off... We asked for pool towels multiple times before they brought 6 for 8 of us. The slide didn't have enough water pressure for people to go down so we asked about it & no one could hardly understand our English (in America) then basically told us that's how it is. So much for having fun on the waterslide.... My husband jumped into the pool just to have staff come yell at him about diving in the pool & keep pointing at the sign. We explained he didn't dive, here jumped & the worker said, "NO! JUST NO!" As he tried to kick the water back in the pool. The hot tub was cold. When another guest asked about it she came back in & said they were extremely rude to her as well. We will be sure not to come back. They clearly don't want business here. So if you read this before booking, do yourself a favor & keep looking!

Breakfast was okay, standard hotel food. There was mold growing in the bathroom due to the exhaust fan not working. Which then heated the whole room because the AC only worked on certain modes. There were stains on the carpet and one of the beds was hanging half off the box springs when we walked in. Evening staff was less then helpful when I asked if we could switch rooms, he said to contact the company and file a complaint. Sooo.. Will not be going back
