Room was mostly clean but the bathroom floor was sticky. I know part of the building is under renovation but at 8am on a Sunday morning, I heard scraping of the floor above us. That’s too early for a Sunday. :(

Stayed over the evening of a torrential downpour. Checked in late, staff was helpful and easy check in but my card was charged twice for incidentals and a week later had yet to be refunded. Also my room was musty and the AC wasn’t working neat well enough to take the humidity out of the room.

I traveled here for my niece's wedding and while my stay wasn't the absolute worst, I probably wouldn't book here again. Upon arrival, my hallway smelled so strongly of marijuana that it gave me a headache not to mention I had my son with me. The room itself was okay but definitely needs updating, and I was put off by dirty spots on the bed skirt. We also had to deal with an incredibly loud pool party blasting techno music that literally shook our TV. I appreciate that the staff asked them to turn it down, but the guests continued the disruption anyway. Aside from one very helpful and kind gentleman who brought me towels, the rest of the staff was unfriendly. Needs improvement across the board. Especially for the price I paid for 3 nights.
