Great Place centrally located

Breakfast was very good. The staff was very polite and the room was clean.

My shower was cold at about 1030am. I told the staff at the counter that the shower was cold and that the shower faucet blender-valve was pulling out of the wall and the curtain rod was also pulling out of the wall. She really did not care, so I don't know if maintenance was every told.

Rooms are clean and evening. Staff was great. Had a lot of children running around playing they ate all the cookies so the staff made some extras just for the adults. The hot tub was nice. The breakfast was OK except some of the fruit like the cantaloupe and stuff had a fishy smell we took it up to the service counter at the front and she says sorry we don’t have any fish around here so I can’t smell that way without even smelling it or even trying to look at it. The kitchen staff smelled it and said yes it does and took it off the bar and replaced it with fresh stuff the maintenance staff helped two children get some stuff off the bottom of the pools, which was very grateful now the entrance doors into the hotels and the pool areas needs some major upgrading hard to use the key cards on those areas. Also, the doors to the bathrooms are swollen so you cannot shut them properly.
