There are signs telling of future renovation plans. Well, they cant start soon enough. This Residence Inn is in poor shape. Cleanliness is lacking. My room had either dust or mold on all the air vents as well as the return air. Yuck! The ice maker was not operating in the refrigerator. I asked where there was an ice machine because it didnt work and was told there wasnt one and that it wouldnt be fixed until the renovation. I advised that ii'm paying premium prices for this room and that answer was unsatisfactory. I have stayed at many Marriott properties, but never have I experienced such a run down property. Carpets are worn through. Some windows are fogged because they have lost their argon gas. The selection for breakfast was pitiful. Next ti.e in Branson i will go back to the Castle. Half the price and mych better property.

Was told by a very rude female employee that our room was not ready and she didn’t know when it would be, even though it was check in. Waited two hours after check in for our room with a 10 month old who was tired of the car and needed a nap. Called the front desk to inform them of this and was told it still wasn’t ready and they didn’t know when it would be. With a screaming 10 month old, my husband and I had to figure something else out so we cancelled the room. We were still charged 80% of the room cost. Would NOT recommend this hotel. Also, the lobby was so so very hot. I can only imagine what the rooms are like.

Arrived Friday to stay thru Monday. Booked online for a certain price but upon arrival was charged almost double. We even had the friend/family discount. After some confusion and frustration, and ARGUING WITH US,they decided to give us a flat $99 a night rate. That was appreciated, however, still not as good as the deal online. The pool was open, but NO HOT TUB. It was out of order and there was NO VENDING or MARKET available. Our room was nice and clean, but by late afternoon our AC broke and the window fell out. Maintenance came and couldn't fix it so the whole system was turned off at the fuse box and we were UNABLE TO CHANGE ROOMS. They were too busy cleaning for guests who hadnt arrived yet, instead of serving us who were already there. So we froze with no heat all night thru the next morning. They DIDNT compensate for that inconvenience at all.The TV and remote were janky and the lag of internet made it almost unwatchable.

Doorknob falling off, mold in shower, door separating, latch didn't work, furniture old and uncomfortable, pull out warped and sagged. fireplace doors fell off when walked by. Have a sign in lobby saying remodel in spring. That is not an excuse to overcharge for a POS room. Marriott should be embarrassed to have their name on this property.

The room was beautiful and very clean! Breakfast was great and they had a playpen for my 4 month old ! The AC wasn’t working downstairs, but we did not spend time down there aside from breakfast so that wasn’t really an issue! The AC worked in our room and that’s what mattered! Great experience

We chose this hotel because it advertised a whirlpool/hot tub and it has been filled with concrete. That was very disappointing. Other than that is was nice, clean and in a good location.

We reserved our room for 5 people. There were no extra blankets, pillows or towels. We called the front desk and were able to get extra towel and one extra blanket, but no extra pillows. Our room was not very clean, the shower had black dirt and grime all over it. The entire room smelled of mildew and mold. The pool was dirty with bugs and garbage floating around in it. As we were packing up to leave someone was trying to get in our room. When we answered the door to figure out what was going on it was the housekeeper who said someone checked out under our room number and they were trying to get in to clean; this was at 7:30 in the morning. Our family far was less than satisfied with our stay, especially after paying over $500 for only two nights. I absolutely do not recommend staying here.

We have stayed at many beautiful Marriott Hotels. This hotel was like Motel 6. Actually that might have been nicer. From the front entry to the back door entry it was filthy dirty on day one and three days later it was still that way. Our room had hairs in the shower and bathroom. There were drips down the sofa and the bed skirt. I had to wear shoes in the room it was so dirty. The front desk person told us there were no additional rooms to move to. The next day we met a new person who helped us to move.

The room was great. The only issues were bugs constantly cane in the room. I believe I killed about 13 bugs while there. Also, there were cob webs around the room. Other than that, we enjoyed the room!

Loved thate kitchen and separate bedroom. Also had great hot breakfast in the morning. Sean was awesome to come to our room to hook up our living room TV to internet! Only thing did not like was kids running up and down the hall for hours and people in room directly above loudly walking from one side of room to other after 11 pm until midnight...if trying to exercise, go to exercise facility or walk outside so not to keep others awake, but that was not property, just inconsiderate other people

Started stay in 1 bed studio. Room was clean but somewhat outdated. Bathroom tile cracked and dirty grout. Bathroom sink did not have drain stop. Was upgraded to 1 bedroom suite which is identical except for door between living and bedroom area. Bedroom suite was in better condition overall. Staff was very polite and friendly. Good value for price.

The property was in a nice and peaceful location. The staff was friendly and polite and overall amazing. The breakfast was also amazing compared to typical hotel breakfasts. I loved the waffels and I looked foward to eating them on my second day stay. The room was super roomy with a kitchen, a work desk, and a couch. I don't have anything bad to say. The hotel was.very reasonably priced. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel.

I received a call today while driving down to the hotel. The call from the hotel was to inform me that they overbooked because it is one of there busiest weekends. I was then told that they were NOT able to keep our two bedroom reservation and would be putting us into two, one bedroom rooms. I booked a two bedroom suite for a reason as i was traveling with three kids and wanted everyone in the same room. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I have stayed with Marriott for 20+ years and NEVER been treated like this.

Was told by a very rude female employee that our room was not ready and she didn’t know when it would be, even though it was check in. Waited two hours after check in for our room with a 10 month old who was tired of the car and needed a nap. Called the front desk to inform them of this and was told it still wasn’t ready and they didn’t know when it would be. With a screaming 10 month old, my husband and I had to figure something else out so we cancelled the room. We were still charged 80% of the room cost. Would NOT recommend this hotel. Also, the lobby was so so very hot. I can only imagine what the rooms are like.

When we checked in, the gentleman that was working was super nice, very helpful and very polite. Very friendly. We did meet another gentleman at checkout as well as throughout the week, his name is john, this guy john, deserves a major raise, he is super nice very friendly very talkative very informative, and if you need anything in town or any type of review of anything, ask him. He is honest and very polite. Super super nice guy. I would dare say we made a friend with him. The rooms? They are pretty much okay, we were in 109. They are safe it's a very safe neighborhood, the breakfast is good, it's your typical residence inn. The toilet paper? That Still could be , softer than 30grit sandpaper. The gunk underneath the drain guard in the shower was gross my wife cleaned that out so I'm going to say housekeeping needs a refresher course or educated in their duties. (Look on and around the hallway banisters) You could see where they've done shortcuts. The guests see that as well. I would definitely stay here again. But I honestly, am very very impressed with john. BONUS! John looks like Major Dad!

We chose this hotel because it advertised a whirlpool/hot tub and it has been filled with concrete. That was very disappointing. Other than that is was nice, clean and in a good location.

There are signs telling of future renovation plans. Well, they cant start soon enough. This Residence Inn is in poor shape. Cleanliness is lacking. My room had either dust or mold on all the air vents as well as the return air. Yuck! The ice maker was not operating in the refrigerator. I asked where there was an ice machine because it didnt work and was told there wasnt one and that it wouldnt be fixed until the renovation. I advised that ii'm paying premium prices for this room and that answer was unsatisfactory. I have stayed at many Marriott properties, but never have I experienced such a run down property. Carpets are worn through. Some windows are fogged because they have lost their argon gas. The selection for breakfast was pitiful. Next ti.e in Branson i will go back to the Castle. Half the price and mych better property.

The room was beautiful and very clean! Breakfast was great and they had a playpen for my 4 month old ! The AC wasn’t working downstairs, but we did not spend time down there aside from breakfast so that wasn’t really an issue! The AC worked in our room and that’s what mattered! Great experience

Loved thate kitchen and separate bedroom. Also had great hot breakfast in the morning. Sean was awesome to come to our room to hook up our living room TV to internet! Our room was a one room studio, the only drawback in the room was no door to separate the bathroom/washroom from the bedroom. If my wife was sleeping while I was getting ready I had to try and use as little light as possible from the shower area to use the sink because there was no door to separate the sink from the bed area. Otherwise the room was great for the two of us. The kitchen and dining area was just right for our needs. The hot breakfast provided for the Inn was utilized and welcome for us because I am a rise and eat kind of person so my wife could sleep in while I went to eat where I would not disturb her. The only drawbacks to the stay was that the basketball goal was not in working order if I had wanted to play and the indoor pool was not quite big enough from more that about 6-8 people to move around comfortably. Also the bottom of the pool was rough enough to scrape a knee or elbow or whatever happen to skim the bottom a little too hard. Over all we had a very pleasant stay, check in/check out was smooth and there were no problems signing up on-line through the third party.
