Nice hotel for the money. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic, cereal, waffles, yogurt, toast and coffee. Location is a little remote. Would stay there again.

The place was not good at all. If it wasn't for it being so late at night when we arrived, I would have left and demanded a refund. Room was as if someone before me had just left 5 minutes prior to me going in. Not clean at all!!

The sheets were stained. The hall and stairs were very dirty and smelt horribly of cigarette smoke even though it was a smoke free hotel. There were holes in the ceiling of the hall with totes under them to catch water. Outside trash cans were overflowing.

It appears there are several projects in progress (lots of recently filled holes in the walls that remain unpainted) but its also clear that many things still need attention. The staff were welcoming and friendly.
