The Elms Hotel & Spa, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel

Loved that the lap pool is now open 24 hours. Bocci ball court was nice.

The staff was wonderful, very knowledgeable and helpful. The spa was fantastic, and spending time in the grotto before the massage was so relaxing. I had the best massage I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back!

Hotel rooms spread out, not easy to find rooms where other family members were staying but that’s my only beef.

Everyone was so friendly. Seems like they enjoyed working there.

The hotel is beautiful! The guest staff were wonderful! The cleaning staff lacked good work & coming when we had asked for towels. Yesterday we asked our trash, glasses, & towels be changed. We even put everything together by the door for them. We were gone for 4hrs. we came back they never came. The front desk made them come up. It was clean room mostly but it lacked areas that they need to clean more. like the edges of the sinks & corners. It was a comfortable quiet stay. Beautiful hotel. I’d come back.
