Amenities are outdated . No streaming options. DVD players didn’t even work properly .

Room was clean and well spaced. Rented a one-bedroom, but no AC unit in bedroom & fan running between living room & bedroom did not work (so very warm in bedroom). Charged an extra fee for 3rd person and use of sleeper sofa, but facility out of bedding for said sleeper sofa. No suggestions offered, just told 'sorry, we don't have any'.

I was traveling with my grandson who is Autistic and had specifically asked for a room on the 1st floor. That was not honored. Had to call and ask for towels then I had to go get them. Building only has one elevator that was extremely slow.

Amazing stay. Lots of accommodations. Noise from other rooms was heard but not any more than any other hotel. Would definitely stay again. 👌
