We were very impressed with this facility. It was clean, modern and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and the staff some of the friendly and most efficient we have ever met. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

The location is decent, safe area being in Lees Summit and a parking was super easy. As soon as we walked into the hotel, there was a musty, wet odor, the hotel is very dated at this point and it's quite evident. The ac in the room only worked if we cranked it down to 60, we reserved the room for 4 people and only had 3 towels, the tv didn't work so my spouse played handyman and eventually got it to work for a little while. Pool was grimey and old, we had to wait 1.5 hours for them to wash towels, hot tub was out of commission too. Towels and rags were not refreshed during the stay, the afternoon staff was rude when we requested clean towels and the rate for a room of this caliber was insane. Over $200/night for this, at a Marriott brand hotel no less, is just unacceptable. I could have and should have booked with Hilton on the nicer side of town for those rates. I do want to mention, the morning staff for the breakfast and the front desk were delightful and extremely helpful.

Hotel was run and smelled old. The staff outside of one lady was absolutely miserable and hated their job. We were being yelled at for asking for towels when we had none and told we were out of luck because they had none and there was nothing they could do. One night we attempted to sit in the lobby which is a public space that we pay for and were told no you need to get out there is a family reunion using it. Absolutely do not recommend this location at all!

It was overpriced compared to other Fairfields I've stayed at but I booked too late so didn't have much choice in motels close to my meetings. It was nice enuf but not luxury, clean & quiet. Typical motel breakfast, was ok but no pancake or waffle machine. Pool was clean & my young girl swam but the hot tub was closed which is what I wanted after a long drive. I was very disappointed there was no microwave in the room! But there was a mini fridge/freezer we used.

For a Fairfield this property is subpar. Overpriced for the condition of property. The staff is super nice and efficient. Breakfast was adequate and the lady serving breakfast was very nice and worked hard at keeping the food stocked and area clean. The lobby, check in and breakfast area were all up to Fairfield standards. BUT once you get to the room, the standard definitely drops to a lower class property. Room was clean but dated. The mattress was worn out, like sleeping on a sponge, pillows were like sacks of oatmeal. Floor tiles in bathroom were loose and stain on floor of bathtub. Sheets had small tears in them. The area around the property was convenient to food and gas. Overall, the property was way overpriced for the condition it’s in.

Staff- we had something happen to our car and the staff, I believe the manager Karen, was amazing. She helped us as much as she could and was beyond supportive and caring. She did everything she could to help us. Big shout out to her.

Hotel was run and smelled old. The staff outside of one lady was absolutely miserable and hated their job. We were being yelled at for asking for towels when we had none and told we were out of luck because they had none and there was nothing they could do. One night we attempted to sit in the lobby which is a public space that we pay for and were told no you need to get out there is a family reunion using it. Absolutely do not recommend this location at all!

The lady who checked us in changed our room from one with a bathtub and shower to one with just a shower, so that out special needs son wouldn't sneak a bath in the middle of the night, against the pre-op instructions given to us. This accommodation made our stay so much less stressful, and we all got a good night's sleep, thanks to this helpful employee.

Check in was at 3:00 pm. We didn't arrive until almost 4:00 pm and the room wasn't ready. We were moved to a different room. Also, they didn't accept cash for snack/drink purchases.

The location is decent, safe area being in Lees Summit and a parking was super easy. As soon as we walked into the hotel, there was a musty, wet odor, the hotel is very dated at this point and it's quite evident. The ac in the room only worked if we cranked it down to 60, we reserved the room for 4 people and only had 3 towels, the tv didn't work so my spouse played handyman and eventually got it to work for a little while. Pool was grimey and old, we had to wait 1.5 hours for them to wash towels, hot tub was out of commission too. Towels and rags were not refreshed during the stay, the afternoon staff was rude when we requested clean towels and the rate for a room of this caliber was insane. Over $200/night for this, at a Marriott brand hotel no less, is just unacceptable. I could have and should have booked with Hilton on the nicer side of town for those rates. I do want to mention, the morning staff for the breakfast and the front desk were delightful and extremely helpful.

Visiting family in KC area. Hotel very convent to their home, restaurants, shopping and attractions. We stayed for three night and were not offered room service. Out of Kleenex lotion by last day and TP running low. Thus surprised us for a Fairfield Inn.

We were very impressed with this facility. It was clean, modern and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and the staff some of the friendly and most efficient we have ever met. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

For a Fairfield this property is subpar. Overpriced for the condition of property. The staff is super nice and efficient. Breakfast was adequate and the lady serving breakfast was very nice and worked hard at keeping the food stocked and area clean. The lobby, check in and breakfast area were all up to Fairfield standards. BUT once you get to the room, the standard definitely drops to a lower class property. Room was clean but dated. The mattress was worn out, like sleeping on a sponge, pillows were like sacks of oatmeal. Floor tiles in bathroom were loose and stain on floor of bathtub. Sheets had small tears in them. The area around the property was convenient to food and gas. Overall, the property was way overpriced for the condition it’s in.

It was overpriced compared to other Fairfields I've stayed at but I booked too late so didn't have much choice in motels close to my meetings. It was nice enuf but not luxury, clean & quiet. Typical motel breakfast, was ok but no pancake or waffle machine. Pool was clean & my young girl swam but the hot tub was closed which is what I wanted after a long drive. I was very disappointed there was no microwave in the room! But there was a mini fridge/freezer we used.

Room was clean and fairly comfortable. Room temperature was cold although thermostat was set at same temp I use at home. Would have preferred a heavier blanket or cover. Breakfast was okay - a typical hotel breakfast. Nothing unusual or exciting about it.

We had a number of problems. The first thing was the clerk insisted on a card on file for incidentals. I had to use my debit card. Apparently he charged incorrectly and I paid twice for my room. Didn’t realize it till the next morning. I talked with the on-duty manager and all of them said it was a new system and no one could help me. They did call the facility manager and she was able to correct it. I received a refund the next day. The managers were both pleasant. The room: The room was clean except for the Doritos under the pull-out. I had made a reservation for 3 guests. One on the pullout. There were no pillows or blankets in the closet or and drawer. Went to the front desk and was given two sheets and no pillows or blankets. Slept on a awful mattress. Totally lumpy. That was a terrible night’s sleep. The pool area: I know you can’t monitor how many guests are using the hot tub but when we checked the first time there were at least 10 teenage girls. We waited and later it was empty but was now dirty. We got in anyway and showered later. There was paint pealing on the walls and the walking surface was very slippery. The supposed non-slip floor wasn’t. We did feel that this hotel is under the Marriott family. We expected a little better. We don’t intend to stay at another Marriott anytime in the near future.
