Run down, not updated like we were told. Dirty rooms, afraid to sleep under covers and jet clothes on. Toilet broke constantly. Didn’t even want to walk with socks on in the room. Said there was a pool and hot tub but wouldn’t wish having my worst enemy use them. Ended up leaving and making the 5 hr trip home as the kids even felt disgusted by the entire place.

Super friendly staff attended there on the pub crawl. Opted for the Lakeview, which I’m glad I did. We had a gorgeous balcony room was extremely spacious. Two of us easily got ready in the bathroom together. Yes the only downfall was the lingering smell of marijuana throughout the hallways. The bartender was less than ideal. Did not know how to make half the drinks and the one she told us she could end up not having half the mixes for DJ was amazing. The food we ordered from the kitchen was pretty good. If they had a better bartender and their liquor was stacked up we would’ve spent majority of the night there even though we returned later in the evening to finish out the crawl. It is absolutely somewhere I would stay again. I believe Chris was the doorman. He had a wonderful personality and always upbeat. Definitely an asset! The ladies upfront were super friendly and very personable they even remembered when I had to call there a couple of weeks prior and given we had about six rooms booked up together. They accommodated us all and getting us side-by-side of each other so we weren’t scattered all over. Can’t wait to stay there again.

The Inn at the Grand Glaize has been around for many years so I wasn't expecting a new hotel. But this hotel was clean and had very nice and helpful staff. The mattresses have seen their better days though and hopefully will be replaced in the near future.
