This place is very rundown and needs maintenance. Hole in sheets and furniture falling apart. Have the lights in the room didn’t work and the property is unsafe because none of the lights aren’t working order and there are many dark areas.

Ants all over bathroom counter. Room not clean. Exterior needed upkeep. Hotel Looked run down and not safe. Asked for refund and was denied since it was after 4pm cancellation. Disappointed and left due to being grossed out by the ants. Offered another room but had no confidence left in the property.

It was OK. Again, you get what you pay for, but is more of a $70 hotel to me. Right off interstate, so has been "used" much. Fairly quiet (some raucous people pulled about 11p), fairly clean (dusty), sink area remodeled, but small bathroom in need of new shower (worked, but worn out & took 10min for hot water to get to faucet, but OK after that). Continental breakfast is just "snacks", but Denny's adjacent to & Waffle House short walk. Again, was OK for this simple, rural girl, but don't pay more than a $100 for it.

The motel itself is rundown but fine enough for an EconoLodge. I did find roaches in the room. And had very noisy neighbors. The building itself was fine enough. Lots of damage and wear and tear. The AC worked. The tv was good enough. The bed was neither comfortable nor uncomfortable. It was fine. The staff was incompetent but kind. Parking was ample. There is a Dennys and Waffle House within walking distance. If you stay at the motels just a few minutes up or down the highway you can avoid the extra $100, which still hasn’t been returned well over week later, that they demand on checkin. If you’re traveling on a budget AVOID this motel. The rate may be a few dollars higher elsewhere, and it is absolutely worth those few dollars to stay elsewhere.

This property is old & worn. However, it is also a well cared for family business. Could see the small repairs done to keep things going. Very clean. No bed bugs but ants when it rained. Super clean bathroom w/ hot shower. The staff goes above & beyond. Fits all the needs. Would stay again. If the complainers wanted fancy they should have spent the money.

1st room was fake clean. Meaning looked clean but the more we looked the more we found that was dirty such as wet towels in bathroom and I cleaned shower. Next room they moved us to was ok. Ac took 3 hrs to cool down. Our feet were black from walking around the room as if they never mopped the floors.

I booked a non-smoking room and was out in a smoking room (ashtrays were still dirty even), desk assistant was pleasant and switched the room. 2nd room: ac wouldn’t work. I pushed reset on the plugged and plugged it back in and it sparked a bit and instantly stopped again. Desk assistant was apologetic and offered a room on the 2nd floor. Stairs are very hard for me but it’s late, we’re tired, I accepted. 3rd room: DIRTY! A wad of hair under the sheet in my bed (looked like it went through the laundry but was obvious and housekeeping should have handled it not made the bed with it). Daughter’s bed had pubic hair in it and a stain on the blanket! That’s enough but in case you want the list (things I found BEFORE the hair because we then left immediately!): 1. I always check for bedbugs - no real signs of them but piles of old crusty bugs up against the bed and the mattress and box springs were stained filthy! 2. Empty Kleenex box - no replacement to be found 3. No soap at sink but did find some near the tub 4. Hairdryer covered in some dried on crud 5. Floor so dirty my daughter threw away the socks she had walked on it with. At this point we left and I drove the 3 hrs home in the middle of the night. The desk assistant DID offer for me to try a 4th room. I declined.

Front Desk wanted to charge me more for a non smoking room when my reservations were for a non smoking room. I showed him the receipt from Hotels.com and he said he didn’t care what it said, on his end it said I reserved a smoking room. When I got to the room, there were bugs in the bathtub everytime I turned the lights on. There was a huge wad of hair in the bathroom floor. The blankets had burn holes in them. The furniture was broke and the tv didn’t work.

The room was very clean and looked like recently renovated. The shower was the only thing not updated but it had great pressure and water was very hot. My stay there was a great surprise. Will come back again.

We will be requesting a refund through Expedia. We did NOT stay here. At check in the room smelled of smoke, cigarettes on the floor, urine on the floor at the edge of the bed. Dirty urine stained sheets and BED BUGS! I have pictures. The man at the desk refused to help us with a refund. Absolutely NASTY!!

Only issue I had was my door lock was NOT working as it should have as I had to walk back to the receptionist desk to have it re-keyed each night that I was staying although within the motel database, they already had my reservations and payment captured for the entire of my stay. That was the only thing bothersome to me on an otherwise great stay!

Room smelled bad, breakfast was only a very small cup of coffee with your choice of granola bar or a package with 3 mini donuts in it, bed mattress was old and lumpy with sheet and a very thin cover, would only stay there in an emergency

Desk staff were very friendly. Hotel room worked great for what we needed, a place to rest and get cleaned up between days. Bathroom is tiny and shower head is about eye level. But its usable and does the job if you need a place to stay on a budget. Its right off the highway and next to waffle house and minutes from TaterPatch and the main drag.

I booked this for the same day. Since it was 2 am it automatically went to the next day. I did not need this for the next day. At first the location would not answer the phone so I could make this change. Once they did, they refused to change the date. So they stole over $70 from me by refusing to make a simple change 5 minutes after booking this. What a total scam. They could have easily made this change so I could sleep instead of driving 2 hours almost asleep on the road because after that I couldn’t afford to book another property. The reviews are terrible-dirty sheets and many other things. Why is Expedia using a property like this?

I checked in late about 3am was woke up by housekeeping at 7:45 then at 10 I was reminding again check out was at 11 then 10:45 they was knocking on the door to let me know once Again that check out was 11. I would have thought since I checked in so late that some consideration would have been giving. Very tan down n dirty

This hotel is very rundown. We found less than half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, low batteries in the TV remote, and they wouldn't even bring us what we needed, but asked that we come to the office to get it ourselves.

There was nothing i didnt like about my stay. The lady at the front dest during the day was amazing. She was always working her butt off. Very pleasant to associate with.

Front Desk wanted to charge me more for a non smoking room when my reservations were for a non smoking room. I showed him the receipt from Hotels.com and he said he didn’t care what it said, on his end it said I reserved a smoking room. When I got to the room, there were bugs in the bathtub everytime I turned the lights on. There was a huge wad of hair in the bathroom floor. The blankets had burn holes in them. The furniture was broke and the tv didn’t work.

Not as good as expected but it was ok they do charge a deposit that most hotels don’t I travel frequently and usually do not pay a deposit they just take a copy of your card in the case they need to charge it but not here so be prepared for that. Also there was no breakfast it was closed that day my husband went early but for whatever reason there was none. Super 8 was better overall we stayed there 6 days would stay again super 8 again Pool is indoors and heated waffles and cereal for breakfast other items grab and go juice. In lobby coffee 24 hrs laundry room $2 wash $2 dry so stay there you get more bang for your buck and better beds and tv shampoo ect

It was just off the expressway and close to several restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and the price was reasonable. It was a mid-century modern 1950’s style place that I found charming. The room was very big and comfortable. The breakfast was only coffee and a few snack bars so don’t stay there for the breakfast.

This place is very rundown and needs maintenance. Hole in sheets and furniture falling apart. Have the lights in the room didn’t work and the property is unsafe because none of the lights aren’t working order and there are many dark areas.

It was OK. Again, you get what you pay for, but is more of a $70 hotel to me. Right off interstate, so has been "used" much. Fairly quiet (some raucous people pulled about 11p), fairly clean (dusty), sink area remodeled, but small bathroom in need of new shower (worked, but worn out & took 10min for hot water to get to faucet, but OK after that). Continental breakfast is just "snacks", but Denny's adjacent to & Waffle House short walk. Again, was OK for this simple, rural girl, but don't pay more than a $100 for it.

Worst place I have ever stayed. First room they tried to give me had broken furniture. Second room was a little better but after about 6pm the place was noisy from partiers down in the parking lot, as well as some unsavory characters lurking around. Did not feel safe, could not sleep due to all the noise and ended up leaving in the middle of the night. Never stay at this place.

Very close to Missouri S&T where our Grandson is graduating. Nice clean room and reasonably priced is what we like and appreciate.

Desk staff were very friendly. Hotel room worked great for what we needed, a place to rest and get cleaned up between days. Bathroom is tiny and shower head is about eye level. But its usable and does the job if you need a place to stay on a budget. Its right off the highway and next to waffle house and minutes from TaterPatch and the main drag.

When the sign said free pastries and coffee complimentary, I was expecting a little more. Only offered packaged chocolate and white sugar mini donuts and packaged fruit bars.

1st room, I ttook pictures of lock on door frame was completely broken like someone kicked in door before.. 2nd room, dirt in bathroom, mold around tub fixtures, in tub shower head sprayed all over( calcium buildup) made so couldn't adjust to try to fix, dirt/ hair on mattress cover under sheets. I took pictures. I booked online, as I was traveling. I chose because advertised continental breakfast, when arrived note in lobby said complimentary pastries and coffee 6 AM- 9 AM. In the morning they had a basket of packaged granola bars or powdered sugar donuts etc. not. Fresh pastries. Also there were ants in room on the bathroom vanity.

We agreed on a non-Smoking room. It didn’t smell great. Maybe it was a smoking room in a past life. There was a cigarette butt behind the side table. Other than that it was OK. There was NO breakfast. Only coffee. I think it was promoted as breakfast included. Cheap price fit the value, not much.

Bed and bath were OK, everything else was run down. Fridge didn't work. Unless you like Donettes, the breakfast was a joke.

Room smelled bad, breakfast was only a very small cup of coffee with your choice of granola bar or a package with 3 mini donuts in it, bed mattress was old and lumpy with sheet and a very thin cover, would only stay there in an emergency

We found partially eaten french bread in our top dresser drawer. It was from April 7th. So the room is not cleaned well. We also found hair clips by the end on the left in one of our rooms. Also there is no breakfast, even though its still advertised with complimentary breakfast.

Overall, this hotel was a good choice for our budget, but there is definitely room for improvement. The price was great at around $55 a night, and I appreciated having a microwave and mini fridge in the room. The location was convenient, especially being close to Denny’s and Waffle House. That said, there were several maintenance and service issues. The advertised continental breakfast was disappointing because it was basically just a small basket with diet bars. There was an old wasp nest above the screen door connected to our room, which gave the impression that upkeep was lacking. Housekeeping never came into our room during our stay to empty trash or replace towels, and we had to ask for toilet paper when we ran out. The room had several issues: the shampoo and Kleenex dispensers were empty when we arrived, some drawers were broken, the TV remote was taped together and the batteries kept falling out, and there were dents or imperfections in the floor and ceiling. The toilet also made a strange high-pitched whistling noise when flushed. Some electrical outlets were inconveniently located, and our room key stopped working about an hour before checkout. The Wi-Fi password also changed on our last night. Our room was on the second floor with no elevator. Some guests frequently hung around outside, which felt uncomfortable at times. For the price, it met our needs and helped us save money, but better upkeep and attention to details would improve the experience.
