The room and hotel was very clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable and the TV had streaming services loaded available to be signed into. I thought texting the front desk was strange, but many younger guests might like that. The staff was helpful and friendly. The in room amenities weren't quite what I'm used to. There wasn't a microwave or coffee pot in the room. There was a small mini fridge, but if we wanted to heat up leftovers, we needed to go to the lobby. Same with coffee. There is a complimentary coffee and tea bar outside of the continental breakfast room but nothing available in the room for later in the day or earlier in the morning. There weren't enough towels or washcloths in to be convenient. There was only 1 wash cloth and 1 towel for each of us and no bathmat. This may have been an oversite. Overall I enjoyed my stay

Hotel was in a great location whether you’re going to Ft Leonard Wood or traveling Route 66. Very clean and friendly staff. Only downside was the breakfast had very limited options.

I chose this over other hotels in the area because its a Hilton, but I am honestly surprised Hilton would put their name on this. The room had new carpet and furniture, but the building was old and shabby. The ceiling over the bathroom sink looked like it was caving in - it must have been some kind of flap or door that had been painted over, but there were several inches of opening between the edge of the ceiling and the wall. The sink looked new, but the toilet and bath were old. The tub was yellowed with age and I wasn't sure how clean it was, so I skipped showering, which was disappointing after a long day of travel. There were two spiders in the sink and one in the tub, so I suspect the room had not been used or cleaned in some time. The sheets seemed clean. I had a dog with me and was very disappointed that the grassy areas around the hotel were littered with trash and cigarettes that my dog kept trying to eat. I would not stay here again.
