The staff was so very accommodating and pleasant. Easy parking and access to our room. We didn't use the pool as we were only here for one night but it looked clean and very useable. Nice outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach area.

There wasn't anything bad about my week stay. Many of the guest sat outside each evening and talked about their days adventure. Nice swimming pool. Waffle House across the blvd and Shaggy's next to the WH.

There was hair in the tub and behind the sink. The fan in the bathroom was hanging down from the ceiling. I could feel dirt on the floor when I was in my bear feet. The room should have been clean!

Stay away!!! This hotel deserves 0 stars. We woke up coverered in bites from bed bugs. Hotel was very unclean. The floors had not been swept or mopped. The trash had not been empty. All the lamps and furniture was out of place. Tons of trash and old hotel chairs on the property.

Check in was quick and very easy, front desk service was great. The room was clean but after we got to looking one of the walls had mold on it, looked old and painted over. Rooms are not cleaned only towels replaced. I assume they clean completely once you’ve checked out. We didn’t eat the complimentary breakfast but it looked like cereals, fruit, bagels and a waffle maker was there.

The view was nice, right across from the water. The rooms were fine, but not very clean. Of the 6 nights we were there, housekeeping only came in one time. (On our second day). All she did was empty the trash and give us towels. My husband had to go get towels himself and the trash was overflowing by the time we left. When we got there I wiped everything down with sanitizing wipes.

The room was small. The safety latch on the door was broken. The room smelled like mildew. The floor was not so clean, you walked in your socks and they were black. The cable tv wall inlet was broken and pulled out of the wall. There was some good although. The ac unit worked well. The front desk personnel were polite and friendly.The breakfast for it being a continental breakfast had o good variety of choices.

Didn’t even stay overnight due to finding mold in and around our room, chip crumbs on the floor, bathroom door was broken and didn’t close all the way. the pictures online didn’t even match the room. AND i was denied a refund.

I was highly disappointed and now have trust issues with Wyndham. Bathroom has a pedestal sink and no where to put your toiletries, no coffee pot in the room, noise levels from outside traffic, very hot in the common areas. The men staff were nice but any time I spoke to a woman about anything you could tell they didn’t want to be there at all. For the price charged for this property I expected a lot more, especially since I could have gotten several other nice rooms for just a few dollars more.

This hotel could definitely use some updating - cracks/gaps in the floor tile, gaps in the ceiling tile, the A/C didn't cool very well after the first night (and in the MS heat/humidity, that is not good), a basic continental breakfast. For $200/night you expect a little more. But, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and had good pressure, and it was right across the street from the beach and two great restaurants!

The property manager Mike Bui was extremely rude. We had to wait outside for him to arrive(at approx 11pl. He never apologized or offered an explanation, when asked about, he stated..because I’m not sorry.::he stated that well if you have an attitude (after I appeared irritated for having to repeat and spell my name 5times) you can just leave…I have never received such disrespect and poor customer service in my life..:I would have left but we are here for a cheer competition and all of the hotels in the area are booked ’

There was no refrigerator or microwave when we arrived at the hotel. The toilet handle got stuck every time you flushed, and the air conditioner was weak and barely cooled the room down. However, the staff were all very pleasant and quick to help whenever anything was needed. Manager even brought us a refrigerator when we asked about it being missing. All in all, the accomodations were dissapointing but the staff definitely made up for it.

The rooms were clean and they replaced our towels everyday. The shower did not drain at all, it was like standing in a dirty water while trying to get clean. It was gross. The breakfast was okay, wish they offered more.

Propery is older. Was clean for the most part. Strong smell of Marijuana at times in the hallways. Breakfast was limited to a few bread choices, coffee, tea, juices, cereals, and waffles. Stayed for 2 nights, realized late on the second night that there was blood stains in the sheets in both beds...and not from us! While it was an okay hotel, the staff was nice, but we will not be staying there again.

The guy who checked us in was really nice and it was quick and easy but the woman who was there at check out after breakfast was very rude. The breakfast was subpar.

Check in was quick and very easy, front desk service was great. The room was clean but after we got to looking one of the walls had mold on it, looked old and painted over. Rooms are not cleaned only towels replaced. I assume they clean completely once you’ve checked out. We didn’t eat the complimentary breakfast but it looked like cereals, fruit, bagels and a waffle maker was there.

We were put in a room this stay they had apparent water damage. Flooring was coming up and the room had a moldy mildew smell. However this is the first time we have gotten a room such as this. Other than that i highly recommend staying with them.

Breakfast was minor. I switched to this hotel thinking I was getting g a hot breakfast. Paid more for nothing. Also no fresh fruit to subsidize the hot breakfast.

My Magee complaint is that the room was adequately cleaned; and, I wasn’t fond of the bed’s fountain. Mattress kept sliding. Oh, the bedding wasn’t really clean Stained sheets. I love that the hotel is across from the beach.
