I booked my room for 1 night thru Expedia, i booked a non smoking room, when I arrived, i was told the fine print on the bottom states they can not guarantee non smoking. I had to pay an extra $5.00 for a non smoking room. Then i had to pay another $50.00 security deposit on top of the price i already paid. Then the ice machine was empty. Other than that the room was ok. Sheets were clean.

Room was nice but right across from the ice machine and I was woke up on and off all night long by the sound of people getting ice!!! I was unable to go back to sleep which I needed desperately

Comfortable beds and fairly clean rooms (except for the carpet which felt sticky for some reason). Did not like the request for a deposit on top of the room reservation but they did warm us beforehand. Staff was distracted but mostly friendly. Average overall experience.

Fridge was clean but not really cold. Inside of the coffee pot was filthy. Otherwise, everything was clean. The price was good, too! Thumbs up. (I'm sure the hsekpprs will be checking the coffee pots a little closer from now on.)

So the checkin lady was very pleasant. That being said that is the only thing that was good about this place. My room smelled like Marijuana. That cant be controlled and the lady offered to move me upstairs. I declined and she gave me some air freshner. I only complained because it was a nonsmoking room and i didnt want to be charged for it being smoked in or around it. I should of took the offer it but i was exhausted from packing up my house into a trailer and driving 7 hours. I then went and unpacked to get a bath and use the restroom. After undressing i noticed a hole above the toilet! I felt very uncomfortable but was already undressed. I went to get a shower 11p at night and just closed the shower curtain away from the hole and the pipes were so loud i didnt because it caused so much noise it would bother my neighbors. I went to tell the front desk this morning and the man was explaining to me how the hole got there. I was trying to explain as a human how a hole directly above a toilet would make somwone feel. I didnt even get to tell him about the pipes being so loud. They should never have used that room if there was a room avail somewhere else! I have pics and video of it

I didn't expect much bc it's obviously a low end hotel. But the toilet ran excessively when filling, the AC would not cycle off (meaning I had to get up and turn it off when the room got cold and then get up again to turn it back on when the room warmed up), the room was represented to be a nonsmoking room even though there was the smell of smoke in the room (to be fair, it was faint, but still obvious because there is almost nothing worse than the smell of smoke to a nonsmoker) and they refused to refund for the second night I ended not needing the room, even though there was a new guest right there asking for a room at the same time I was checking out and asking for the refund. In other words, they were more interested in keeping my $75 than having me as a satisfied customer. I would not stay here again.

Everything was great except when we arrived the air conditioning in both of our rooms was off. We turned them on and went to dinner. It took 9 hours for one room to cool down. The other room never cooled and was a miserable of no sleep. This makes travel the next day tough. Desk attendant was extremely nice and helpful.

I needed to add a day to my reservation but was told by Syed with Hotels.com, that I needed to make a new reservation and the property would allow us to combine both Reservations. Well that was not true. The property manager was going to make me and my family check out and have to come back to check in at 3pm. So if I wanted to stay in the room, it was going to cost me $35. Then the manager said he would give me $10 off and I had to pay $25 to be able to stay in the room. Very Disappointed with this situation and property. Will not be staying here again and may not use Hotels.com if this is how members are treated. Lorena P. With Hotels.com was very helpful and resolved the issue I had when I contacted Hotels.com. I hope someone contacts me to try to help resolve my issue and make sense of what happened that I was told the wrong information. Thank you for your response in advance.

the man working the front desk was very rude and smoking on the job. i booked a room for 4 online. we i got there he asked how many people were staying and that it was gonna be a extra 10 dollars per person (after 2 people) the place was dirty and smelt nasty. you are better off sleeping in your car. do not recommend.

When I checked in, the desk clerk (Ms. Wendy) was very cordial and made both me and my wife feel very welcome. I had a second visit to the office the next night for assistance and again Ms. Wendy did everything she could to assist me. Were I in a business working with the public,I would try to hire her away. She is an asset to Super 8.

During check-in, the evening staff tried his very best to charge me an additional fees for my 15 year old. I told him the child was listed in our reservation via Expedia & the rate already included the 15 year old. He insisted on the additional charge; however, when he heard me talking to Expedia hotline, he then backed off and said it was okay but would still require a deposit which was no problem. During checkout the next morning, I asked the hotel owner to refund the deposit. He said he would need to inspect the room first. After his inspection, he came back & said everything is okay and the deposit would be refunded back to the same credit card. However, I still felt uneasy since they tried to billed me additional fees the night before. I made sure to set a reminder on my credit card app if and when the charge clears. Sure enough, a few days afterwards the pending charge for the deposit got cleared & was posted as a purchase. Fortunately, I have certain evidences of their actions and called the credit card customer service to dispute the charge. I just want to give everyone a heads-up if you're staying at this property, to make sure your deposit is placed on a credit card so that you're protected.

Reserved hotel around 11pm after driving 10 hours just to get a place to sleep. When we checked in the said they declined our reservations and did not have a room. Even after the charged our card for the room. Ended up going to another hotel for the night. Room was decent, had simple amenities. It was overpriced for a motel, especially one where the neighborhood was filled homeless people and drug addicts that walked by constantly. Very much a lock your valuables up kind of area. One way roads all around the area made it difficult to access nearby food locations. The motel itself is very dated, although some rooms have attempted to be renovated. Breakfast options were yogurt, toast, microwaved waffles, apples, and cereal. Not the worst, but left a lot to be desired. Coffee was awful. The inside of the room was basic, and had everything you needed. The bed was clean and comfortable enough. The AC was really quiet, so recommend a sound machine or something if you need to drown out noise to sleep. We were too exhausted to care, and it served its purpose. Great for a stop over while traveling, not your place to stay for vacation.

A quiet place to lay my head is so important when my job requires long hours on the road. This place delivered! I was pleasantly welcomed and checked in quickly. My room was clean and my bed/pillows were comfortable. Slept like a rock in total silence. I felt safe at this location. Next morning I was able to conveniently hit the highway running. I'll stay again when working in the area. Thank you!

This hotel is a get what you paid for situation because it was cheaper than other name brands. The room was what we needed for the night. Check in staff was so sweet. Breakfast was carb loaded so chose to go elsewhere. The room was clean and functional.

Room was decent, had simple amenities. It was overpriced for a motel, especially one where the neighborhood was filled homeless people and drug addicts that walked by constantly. Very much a lock your valuables up kind of area. One way roads all around the area made it difficult to access nearby food locations. The motel itself is very dated, although some rooms have attempted to be renovated. Breakfast options were yogurt, toast, microwaved waffles, apples, and cereal. Not the worst, but left a lot to be desired. Coffee was awful. The inside of the room was basic, and had everything you needed. The bed was clean and comfortable enough. The AC was really quiet, so recommend a sound machine or something if you need to drown out noise to sleep. We were too exhausted to care, and it served its purpose. If there was a way to give this property a -100 I would do it from the absolute filth in the room to the fact that the hotel canceled my reservation before I got there and then charged by credit card for a new stay meaning I have now paid double for this same room I was traveling with my granddaughter and her two babies, a two year-old and a four year-old and we had already driven 10 1/2 hours. Everything in town was sold out. We had no choice we had to pay double for the room. I have pictures the stains on the mattress the fact that we were scared to death that we were gonna get bedbugs. This is the most horrible hotel that I've ever seen but getting charged double for it is the worst part so instead of paying $114 for a crappy room I paid double.

First off, I reserved a non-smoking room only to arrive and be told they only had smoking rooms. The clerk told me “…it doesn’t smell too smoky.” Geez. Second, a couple screamed and argued for around 45 minutes around 3:00 a.m. causing me and my son to awaken for the duration. People were sitting outside of rooms smoking weed upon arrival. And the free “breakfast” - a cup of dog food would have been better. Not the place to stay with a family; however, everything else in the area was full. Not the place to stay, period!
