Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Jackson-Airport, MS

We booked a 2 bedroom suite. Check in was fine, the lady at check in was kind. The lobby was a little run down. When I got to my room, instantly there was a strong, musty odor. There was a huge dead roach in the separate bedroom and the room was just dingy. I went back to the receptionist and she kindly transferred me to another room which was an improvement. Breakfast was disappointing as well. It was okay for a quick night stop, but definitely will not be booking again.

Beds need updating. Pool was freezing cold and needs maintence. No pool towels available.

Check-in was fine. Staff, very nice. Bed was clean and comfortable. BUT… From the parking lot to the third floor, the smell of marijuana was prominent. The room had not been vacuumed. And dirty towels from the previous guests had been left on the floor of the bedroom closet. I won’t stay here again.

The carpet in the hallway was sticky and had a smell. The blankets and pillows on the bed had a musty smell.
