Loews Philadelphia Hotel

Everything great. From reception to restaurant. Will be back

It was great! Especially the maid service, bedding. One complaint was $8 water. You could provide a complimentary bottle of water. Disposable slippers would have come in handy. The parking could be more reasonable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Loew's Philadelphia. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly, very professional. Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The lobby/lounge area provided a nice place to sit, rest, and relax. The only not great review would be the breakfast buffet......food was not hot, but this is generally the case for most buffets. We did order from the menu for breakfast one morning and that was good. Valet service was quick. The location of the hotel was perfect for walking to all the areas of the city that we wanted to visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!!

Staff very friendly and welcoming. The room was immaculate. Bar staff awesome!!

Such a great hotel- nice customer service, terrific restaurant, and clean rooms. Staff was terrific! Valet was a litttle crazy and lengthy wait length but it was under construction & large event.
