Breakfast was amazing—enjoyed it !

I attempted to let the front desk know that our room door would not latch. I requested to be changed to a room that had a front door I could close. Nobody would be comfortable with the door being open all night, anybody could have walked into my room and we have children with us. The manager kept repeating that there hadn’t been any issue, and I simply asked if she was implying that we did something to it. This question seemingly outraged her to the point she called me “insane” in front of my daughter and my wife physically had to stand between her and I because she was trying to come towards me in an aggressive manner. The single most unacceptable experience I’ve had in my life.

Was actually a great stay, I have my reserves about some days inn hotels but not this one! It surprised me how well maintained it was and a nice clean room

Stayed a night here passing through to St. Louis, beds were comfy. It was quiet. We arrived at 1am and were checked in immediately. Breakfast was good too. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Will stay again on our way home.

Very accommodating- breakfast was perfect- clean rooms with comfortable bed
