Quality Inn Homestead Park

Staff were great! Check-in was smooth & friendly. Facility is starting to show wear, room doors are to short & let in too much hallway noise and general sounds can be heard throughout the room from other guest rooms. Water changes temperature while showering. For the price point, there are other hotels that are up to date on maintenance in the area.

Breakfast and room comfort was great. Only issue I had was the double room charge even though it's returned like incidental deposit. Breakfast was delicious.

Our room and the hallway had a strong, unpleasant odor. The property is very outdated and clearly hasn’t been updated in quite some time. The bathroom door handle didn’t line up properly, making it difficult to close. The heating unit rattled loudly every time it turned on, and the bed frame was flimsy tin around the mattress and noisy, rattled with any movement. Overall, it was hard to get a quiet, restful night’s sleep due to the constant noise and condition of the room.

Loved having the gym, hot tub and sauna, what a treat! Beds were comfortable and room was quiet and spacious.
