This was the perfect place to start our week roadtrip! Sara & Meagan are amazing! So helpful & kind! The hotel is verrryyy clean, and we'll maintained!! And the breakfast area was great, and had plenty of variety! And Walter will never rush you out of the breakfast area!

Clean place & friendly staff! Kind of noisy though, from the loud bathroom fan and refrigerator that hummed all night to the upstairs ELEPHANTs!

We stayed multiple days so we made use of the hotel. The front desk staff were excellent and very friendly. I requested a few things and they provided them quickly. (Kleenex, new trash bag liners, a new key after locking myself out). We used the laundry room which I haven’t had to do before and it wasn’t a problem. Change is made at the front desk as the machines are coin only. We brought our own supplies but I believe they offer some for sale in their pantry. Room was clean and the beds were firm but comfortable. I didn’t care for the squishy pillows but others might. The double queen room felt spacious and the lounge area on the second floor was used by multiple parties playing cards or working from a laptop. Noise wasn’t an issue even though our room was right outside this area. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast with eggs and a meat protein. There was a selection of breads, make your own waffles, and yogurt bar. The big plus was the basket of gluten free bagels and muffins. It would be nice to have the coffee and teas available 24 hrs but that’s a minor issue. All in all it was well worth the money to make our stay pleasant.

Good value for money for a one-night stay. The room was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was not too noisy. The hotel has been partially renovated, which makes it more pleasant overall. It is also well located in Kalispell, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. One thing that was a little disappointing was that someone who did not appear to be a hotel guest was having breakfast there. The person behaved somewhat unusually, which made the situation a little uncomfortable. It would be better if the hotel ensured that only hotel guests have access to the breakfast area, as this could otherwise be unsettling for paying guests. Overall, though, it was a good option for a short stay and offered good value for money.
