Everyone was so nice and very helpful!! We usually go somewhere once a month, and we will start staying there from now on!! Our granddaughter loved the swimming pool and hot tub!!

Property badly needs refurb. Many worn, damaged and missing items especially bathroom. Breakfast was dissapointing. Poorly organized and missing condiments that when asked, they were out of. Front desk was properly trained. Front doors need service

The property has an okay gym where one can keep active and keep their fitness up ... the indoor pool and whirlpool was also nice.

The purpose for selecting this hotel was they had a hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was shut down, we were told due to the need for a professional cleaning and could not be used until approved by the health department. The breakfast attendant was cranky all 4 days I was there, maybe he wanted to use the hot tub too 😕.

Very clean hotel. The staff is friendly from front desk to housekeeping and maintenance. The room was lovely the pool and fitness center are awesome. Soooo glad I found a new place to stay as I come to Asheville once a month!!

Upon arrival, outside garbage cans were overflowing. One of the rooms didn’t have a hair dryer. The shower in the king bed room was spacious but after showering the floor was wet. The towel we placed there became soaked. The ice machine on our floor was broken. Otherwise the stay was comfortable.

Was given a room on the 6th floor where the ice machine sounded like a jet engine--incredibly loud, fix the darned thing! Also there are numerous newer more modern hotels in the immediate area.

It was clean, there was parking for a trailer, everyone was friendly. We arrived early and our room as available so we were able yo check in early.

The staff was great! The pool and fitness room were awesome too!

The only complaint we have is that the carpet was wet in the halls and our room. The staff said they had shampooed the whole hotel earlier . It was fine , but still wet carpet was not good

The moment I walked in my room I was hit with a terrible musty smell. My outlet by my bed did not work causing my phone to be dead the next day. There was active mold spores growing on the door to the bathroom in the pool area. Everything I touched that was meant to be white was stained and gross.. But I must say the team was super sweet and really tried.. Def feels like the owner isn't investing back in the the business.

The staff were fantastic. Had to change our travel plans and they made it right in a New York minute. Exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Property is kept exceptionally CLEAN. With that said, it is showing it's age a bit - door bottoms needed a painting and more USB charging ports.For the price, a diamond in the rough !!!

Our girls trip was great due to the amazing people at the hotel! When we checked into our room the light was flashing and we were immediately moved to another room. This hotel is the quietest one I have ever stayed in. I did not hear anything from the hallway or surrounding rooms. Both the hotel and the employees are a hidden gem in Asheville!!

Room was sparsely decorated but clean. The ac unit lacked the ability to shut off the fan less you turn the unit off. Hence the fan constantly ran so we had to turn the unit off overnight. Breakfast was good. Coffee was very good.

Friendly, easy check-in. Very clean room. Room was a suite and at various points neighbors in adjoining suite were kinda noisy. Not terribly, but at times noticeably. Probably could have gotten another room. But, it never got bad enough that I felt it was necessary. Other than that, very satisfied and would stay again on future visits.

Room cleanliness was good. The lighting in room is poor, we asked about bed reading lights not working. They said that many are out of order and that they do not have parts to repair.

There was a good variety of food and fruit for breakfast. We liked the walk-in shower but the shower door opened into the bathroom quite far so that no one could enter through the regular door if the shower door was open. Also there was not a good seal for the shower door & water leaked onto the floor.

Hard bed, flat pillows, phone in the room didn’t work. Internet was not working No hot water for 2 days The elevator light was not working so you couldn’t know what floor you where on Breakfast food was cold

The only thing I didn’t like were the outdated & loud coolers in the rooms. I mean, it kept the room cool but you could tell it was working hard since it is summer. Hopefully they can update those soon.

Everything was clean but the room was worn out. The entire hotel is in need of updating. Bathroom was small compared to other hotels and shower door leaked. We stayed one night and would do it again.

When I got to the hotel in a hurry to get to an event I booked that day, checkin was seamless but when I went to the room the air conditioning wasn't operating correctly and I told the front desk. They said we'll have another room ready after your event. When I got back late they had changed my room and easily corrected the problem and I was able to sleep in a cold room. Appreciated their willingness to change the room and not hold me up so I could make my event.

Our stay at the hotel was great. However the clerk at the front desk messed up and charged us for our room again after we had already paid for it. I called the hotel to question the charge after several days and the manager said they never charged my card when clearly it was on my statement with the date and location of where it was charged. Instead of trying to resolve the situation she said just dispute it on your cards Worst resolution to a customer concern I have ever heard.

Stay was pleasant. We had an issue with our booked room as the door wouldn't lock. Very quickly and professionally resolved. The gal at the front desk (Rebecca?) was great. We had 4 teenage girls with us and the staff was all very welcoming and understanding

The Front Desk people are always so nice and friendly. They always greet you coming and going.

Maybe I received an unlucky room but both of the beds in my room were absolutely awful; Squishy soft, like a springy kids mattress made in the 70's. I almost slept on the floor for my second night because the bed was so uncomfortable. Despite my poor review for 'comfort', the staff was incredibly nice and the location is perfect for exploring Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites Asheville Outlets is an absolutely amazing hotel and definite must visit lodging destination in Asheville, North Carolina. In May of 2023, I brought and treated my wife and myself for a week vacation in Asheville, North Carolina and we very much enjoyed our weekly stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Asheville Outlets. The hotel’s staff were very polite, welcoming, helpful, and promptly addressed our inquiries and requests. In addition to the great service, both my wife and I found our room to be quite spacious, clean and comfortable!!! We thank the housekeeping for making sure to provide adequate towels and tissues and for doing a great job on tidying our rooms. Other amenities that were great about this hotel is its complementary breakfast, which my wife and I found delicious, its indoor swimming pool and spa, and an available washing machine and dryer. My wife and I also loved the location of the Fairfield Inn & Suites Asheville Outlets. The hotel is located near a shopping mall and several restaurants, and is very close to some popular destinations that my wife and I visited, such as the Biltmore Estate, the Biltmore Village & the Blue Ridge Visitor Center. When vacationing in Asheville, North Carolina, we highly recommend that you visit and stay at The Fairfield Inn & Suites Asheville Outlets!!!

I stayed over one night at this property on my way back to Michigan. Property was clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and offered a gluten-free muffin option for the bread. On my way back to Florida. I would stay there again.
