Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh/Cary

The only complaint I have is that my television kept losing signal therefore going black. It was very frustrating when trying to watch a game 7 NBA playoff game but overall, its a nice place to stay. If do it again.

Kitchen staff was very nice, Grits were excellent. room was clean but found things in the floor from previous guess like hair pens and hair in shower etc. TV in bedroom did not work. Tech. never came but was compensated by front desk. over all I will stay again and advise friends and family.

Nice and spacious room. Staff were absolutely pleasant and helpful. It was a great stay for me and my children!

Love quiet location tucked in the woods. Bkfast was good. TV big. .. but bathroom too small. Trash on the floor in the room. Anytime I went to front desk was tedious. It has been renovated since our last stay years ago. It was a good price.

According to Hotels.com, they couldn’t reach the staff to approve a refund.
