The property was a basic hotel property. The parking lot was covered with beer caps and cigarette butts. The rooms seem like they were last updated in the late 70s. The bed covers had burns in them and a clean ash tray which I found odd for a non-smoking room??

The computer were down and i could not research anything while visiting

I got a handicap room and the front desk told me to come back in 30 minutes when I went back they informed me the room has plumbing issues so they gave me another room the bed had a big puddle of urine so at 11 pm was moved to a different room then I get a knock on the door at midnight the front desk lady said she forgot to give us the extra key and I was already in bed asleep the pool was also closed at 6 pm while other pools at other hotels were still open I wanted to use the pool but was dirty.

I liked that it was clean and no bugs.

First day there sat in the chair got eat up with bed bugs and was move another room. But had deal uncomfortable bites

Most of the rooms have roaches. They need to get professional care for it. Beds are too small they need to upgrade the bedding. And the heating is bad!!! Alot of the heat units dont work.

The place is an good area to stay a couple of days, but not longer. They need to clean more and make sure all avaible toiltress are in place. The bed cover had holes, must be because of the last person they stayed smoked in the room . So i brought my own cover and sometimes I bring my own toiletrees as well. Infested

Kinda dirty and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Bath tub had cigarette burns all over it

The hotel was very clean staff was friendly and the rooms are new and renovated

Poor rating for Rooms, I’ve had to mop Floors, 1st Rm, water leak Bathroom ceiling/inner wall severe enough to cause sinus infection, tub and toilet backed up nearly entire time in it, Quilt & blanket not laundered, I had to clean ac/heat filters, Rooms Require DEEEP cleaning 2nd Rm floor required mopping several times and still could, tub drain was clogged with hair, couldn’t shower till Maintenance returned, Rm needs DEEPER clean, toilet doesn’t flush good, OWNERS SHOULD INVEST AT LEAST FOR SOME OF THE ROOMS CONSIDERING WHAT IVE PAID TO CLEAN AND GET SINUS INFECTION WITH DOCTOR VISITS AND STAND IN WATER TO SHOWER

Mary at the front desk was welcoming and efficient when I checked in and out. Also, we didn't have a remote control in our room and she walked one over as soon as we called. Thanks, Mary. The room was small. Everything was clean and in good shape. Bed comfortable. Refrigerator kept things cool as did the room air conditioner. Occasional noise outside but nothing unusual. Overall a fantastic choice if you want a low cost room. I'll stay here every time I travel to Goldsboro.

Loud neighbors

Prppert is ok for a cheap motel. Only stayed 1 night due to my son not able to hook his game up to the television due to them locking the tv inside a case.

Quiet at night, but pillows are not in very good condition. Next time I will bring my own pillow.

I am wheelchair bound was not enough room to move about freely.

I got a half roll of toilet paper, no hand soap, no carpet and LOUD traffic noise all of the time.

Tub was cracked. Ac barely worked.

Shower was very slippery. And nothing to grab onto. Bathroom wasn't swept In the corners. But your front desk receptionist was excellent when I called because someone was knocking on my door. She checked it out for me. Very nice The cleaning people left my stuff just like I left it. Overall I was happy. I stayed 2 nights.The only thing I don't understand is that the male receptionist placed me by all the families that are renting by the week. They were loud and obnoxious all night long.

The first staff member was okay but the next day staff was horrible. The house keeping maids went in my room without my permission. And they went in calling themselves getting out towels instead grabbing my own personal bath cloth. I was like it is time to leave. I left the there before 2 am. I reserved and paid for Fri-wed, but I left on Monday night before 2 am. They charged me for staying there on Tuesday. The so- called inn is noisy and that unattractive staff on day shift is nasty and has an attitude issues. Just creepy and crazy looking. The inns rooms smells musty and unclean. The housekeeping employees are nasty because their inn rooms are nasty. I would not recommend this inn hotel crap to anyone at all. Homeless or not because the place is really not worth the money they stole, and I am filing a claim on them as well. Liars and greedy inn hotel owners and creepy and I mean the room literally smells musty and the vibes, I guess that came from the creepy host. I would never go to that inn in Goldsboro NC ever again. I rather pay extra then to go back to that so called dirtinn.

Check in hair all over bathroom shower was not clean. Then i ask for a 12 checkout they could not honor it.

I love staying their. The house keepers got the most respectful attitudes and do there jobs like the should. I never entered a room that wasn't to my standards. I feel safe, if I needed anything the front desk clerk gets me right every time. It's easier coming going to my job on Spence Avenue and literally feet from restaurant's so I don't have to drive far.

We get a level of comfort we pay for! Unfortunately, all ‘reasonably priced’ local hotel rooms were booked for the air show when we made a reservation. I must say, the hotel staff did all they could to help us, and we appreciate the help. We’ll book a better grade hotel earlier next time,.

This is not a bad hotel and it's affordable. Its close to a few restaurants and stores. The room was very clean and tidy. Plus, the front desk host was very nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend if you're on a tight budget.

I love staying their. The house keepers got the most respectful attitudes and do there jobs like the should. I never entered a room that wasn't to my standards. I feel safe, if I needed anything the front desk clerk gets me right every time. It's easier coming going to my job on Spence Avenue and literally feet from restaurant's so I don't have to drive far.
