The only thing I didn’t like was the ice machine in my floor didn’t work. I had to go 3 floors down the elevator for ice. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and I would stay there again

They advertise pool and hot tub , that is one of the reasons for booking. Got there ( April ) and the pool was closed for the season AND they had no hot tub. Not happy. Theirs an Applebees right there next to them. Made it convenient for night time cocktails.

THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE A HOT TUB. The main reason I picked this hotel was for hot tub but was sadly disappointed upon arrival. The room was clean but walls were paper thin you could hear the room next to us toilet flush, shower, even when someone sneezed I could hear it as if they were in the room with us. There's also a train that passed by at like 1130 at night and the tracks are a few hundred feet from building so very loud if you are trying to sleep. Breakfast was decent overall not horrible but could use improvements. Staff was friendly and let us extend our check out time due to an event we were in town for.

Pool was out of order, but we were able to go to the hotel next door to swim. I appreciated that they had a solution available! The free breakfast was good and had a lot of different options. The kids were happy and we all slept well. One suggestion would be to provide smart tvs with streaming.

Stopped here on our trip to Atlantic Beach. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Air conditioning was ice cold. Kids loved the outdoor pool. Convenient location to restaurants. Walmart and Target nearby also. Would definitely stay here again!

Stay was absolutely horrible. The hotel was not cleaned our fire alarm kept on going off throughout the night every time we turned on the shower the alarm would go off from hot water steam. carpets were extremely dirty. There was no ventilation when you walked into hotel super muggy and when we were leaving, we saw several roaches on the floor. We would never recommend this hotel. I’ve stayed at many Hamptons and is usually my hotel of choice after several experiences over the last couple of months I have to say I will be looking for a new hotel chain.

I thought I requested a room with a couch but when I got there it was only 2 queen beds. Went to front desk to see if there was something that could be done and the attendant said there weren't any more rooms available. Also the bathroom floor was dirty and the faucet in tub was leaking.

Room was dirty, door was broken and would not close properly, bathroom sliding door would not stay closed, there were bugs in the room. We dis not get housekeeping not even ine time. Ran out of toilet paper, towels and tissues. Amenities like coffee were cold as ice. Had to get coffee and reheat it all the time

The Hampton Inn is where we stay when we visit our son at SJAFB. It is consistently clean and the staff is great! It may not be at the top of Hilton's luxury list but it is certainly a pleasure to stay there.

There was an Applebee's next door, and a Walmart and other restaurants were just across the road, so food and an other necessities are readily available. The bathroom door had no lock. The bathroom door was a sliding door. Slid to one side it was the closet door, slid to the other side it was the bathroom door. Very strange design for a hotel room, I did not like it. Our stay here was not an unpleasant experience, but the next time I stay in Goldsboro, I will likely pick a different place to stay.

One of my most important expirations when traveling is comfort and good nites rest. Occasionally you stay at a hotel where something keeps you from having that. This hotel is one of those. The air conditioner was not working. The temperature in the room all night would not get below 74. I normally sleep with the temperature around 67. If I was staying more nights I would have asked to have it fixed. Looking at what I expect was an old AC unit that heeded replacement, repair may not be a choice.

All the employees were professional and friendly. The room was comfortable. Parking was easy and plentiful. The complimentary breakfast was good. Location was great. Walmart, Applebee's, dollar store and other restaurants and stores are in walking distance. Plus the highway is right down at the 1st light.

We traveled from out of town for a wedding. We got there with only an hour to spare and online booking said that we could sleep five in the room and that a rollaway bed was available upon request. When we got there, we were told that the third-party vendor promises that the Hampton Inn doesn’t do that. That Night I slept on the floor and refused to do it a second night. When I told management management did nothing.

The property is very well maintained and very clean. I was very happy with 95% of the service. Princess at the front desk could not have been more accommodating abd pleasant, we enjoyed her service very much. Tia on the other hand needs training in how to communicate nicely. We arrived back at 8pm and wanted to eat our dinner with our family in the lobby. Tia stated the lobby closes at 8. No one else was there so my husband ask to turn football on and Tia stated we could not do that. The property is very well maintained and very clean. I was very happy with 95% of the service. Princess at the front desk could not have been more accommodating abd pleasant, we enjoyed her service very much. Tia on the other hand needs training in how to communicate nicely. We arrived back at 8pm and wanted to eat our dinner with our family in the lobby. Tia stated the lobby closes at 8. No one else was there so my husband ask to turn football on and Tia stated we could not do that. The AC did not work well in our room, the room felt humid and warm no matter the thermostat setting. It made sleeping less comfortable. There was an Applebee's next door, and a Walmart and other restaurants were just across the road, so food and an other necessities are readily available. The bathroom door had no lock. The bathroom door was a sliding door. Slid to one side it was the closet door, slid to the other side it was the bathroom door. Very strange design for a hotel room, I did not like it. The front desk staff was not very friendly, but the lady who prepared/served breakfast was sweet and breakfast was good. Our stay here was not an unpleasant experience, but the next time I stay in Goldsboro, I will likely pick a different place to stay.

All the employees were professional and friendly. The room was comfortable. Parking was easy and plentiful. The complimentary breakfast was good. Location was great. Walmart, Applebee's, dollar store and other restaurants and stores are in walking distance. Plus the highway is right down at the 1st light.

THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE A HOT TUB. The main reason I picked this hotel was for hot tub but was sadly disappointed upon arrival. The room was clean but walls were paper thin you could hear the room next to us toilet flush, shower, even when someone sneezed I could hear it as if they were in the room with us. There's also a train that passed by at like 1130 at night and the tracks are a few hundred feet from building so very loud if you are trying to sleep. Breakfast was decent overall not horrible but could use improvements. Staff was friendly and let us extend our check out time due to an event we were in town for.

Stopped here on our trip to Atlantic Beach. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Air conditioning was ice cold. Kids loved the outdoor pool. Convenient location to restaurants. Walmart and Target nearby also. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall the room and common areas were clean and we felt comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was breakfast. The coffee was hot and the breakfast wasn't good. I didn't like the way the eggs were made or the sausage. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Room was dirty, door was broken and would not close properly, bathroom sliding door would not stay closed, there were bugs in the room. We dis not get housekeeping not even ine time. Ran out of toilet paper, towels and tissues. Amenities like coffee were cold as ice. Had to get coffee and reheat it all the time

Everything was great. We were not informed about the free food & beverage for dinner. I went to the lobby for another reason & discovered the food! There was no sign saying the food was available to all guests so I asked one of the guests & he didn’t know anything about it either. The food was all taken so we missed out.😢

We come to this area for my kids sports events. First and last time at this hotel. Bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned (pubic hairs on soap bottles, dead fly in the tub) and was missing shelving, just leaving wall mounting hardware on a bare wall. Tv remote batteries were held in with tape. We arrived right at check in time and they had to check a room was ready and available. Totally understandable. The lady left, came back 10 minutes later and said give them a few more minutes. 2 more reservations came. One had the same number of people in their party as us and they were checked in straight away. Lady finished helping them and said she’d go check again. 20 minutes later there was no sign of her return. So we decided to come back later. Check in then went fine. I can’t understand if they took so long to make sure the room was ready how they missed the stuff they hadn’t cleaned. Feel like I was being messed around.

While the front desk and staff are extremely helpful the manager needs some training or find another position that does not require contact with people. The main A/C was not working so guests had to rely on the older window/radiator units. My refrigerator did not work and by the time it was fixed my dairy had to be thrown out. The managers response was that I could check-out.
