Room was clean. No pool as described. Front desk person not so friendly. The AC was so loud that you couldn't even hear the semi trucks parked on the side road with their AC running. Pillows were pretty much non existent. Not sure why there was a $50 deposit when I had already paid for this crappy room. I will not be a returning customer. Only plus was it was near I95 and convenient. Their website advertises free coffee in lobby, there is no coffee, but a couple packs in the room. No common area and their wifi is pretty much non existent also. No towel racks in the bathroom.

Burn holes on the bed, a lot of dirt and crumbs under bed when I lifted to check for bugs, the guy who checked me out” conveniently” forgot to give me my cash deposit back when I left so I had to drive an hour back out of my way to come get it. Also, I had to wait like 20 minutes to check in because there was a sign on the door, so after about 10 minutes called the motel number and the guy answered and basically hung up on me. When I said how much longer is there going to be and he came walking from around the corner and gave me attitude and threw his hands up and said “I’m right around the corner.” Like I was supposed to know that lol oh, and also the toilet in the room was leaking. I didn’t ask to change rooms because he told me if that was the only room that was clean at the moment I so I know I would’ve had to of packed all my stuff back up and waited God knows how long for another room to open up overall I would give it 1.5 stars out of 50 mainly because the beds were pretty comfortable and the air condition worked great. But needless to say, I won’t be staying there again when I am in Kenly. I wouldn’t stay there if it was $10 a night.

The bed was comfortable but like I said they didn’t change the sheets. Disgusting. Guy was nice at counter and refunded my 2nd night because I was not gonna stay 2 nights

Trucks “engine braking” getting off the highway exit ALL NIGHT LONG, directly in front of hotel to go to the HUGE truck stop next door. Homeless had their encampment set up under stairwell 15 feet from the room and car. Bed was “lumpy”. A lovely spider met me in the bathroom during the middle of the night; thankfully, I had my shoes on, because the floor was filthy, so I was able to unalive it. Absolutely ZERO REST for this weary traveler, and a total waste of my hard/earned money. Save your sanity and your money and choose someplace else…

Atmosphere feels a little shady. Stayed on 2 serving floor, and the steps leading up stairs were narrow & worn. I tripped several times on them. Was told all their rooms were non-smoking, to get to my room and smell stale cigarettes. Bathroom floor was dirty. AC unit was so loud. To say the least I will not be staying there again.

The room was clean and in good condition. The manager was friendly at check in and check out. The stay was quiet and we were able to get a good nights rest.

Room was clean. No pool as described. Front desk person not so friendly. The AC was so loud that you couldn't even hear the semi trucks parked on the side road with their AC running. Pillows were pretty much non existent. Not sure why there was a $50 deposit when I had already paid for this crappy room. I will not be a returning customer. Only plus was it was near I95 and convenient. Their website advertises free coffee in lobby, there is no coffee, but a couple packs in the room. No common area and their wifi is pretty much non existent also. No towel racks in the bathroom.

When you flushed the toilet, water sprayed out of the handle all over the bathroom. I tried to report it, but they lock you out of the front desk and no one is manning it. So I paid for a floor covered in toilet water.

It’s a truck stop so it’s meant to be a place just to stop and sleep. For that it serves its purpose check in was quick and simple the man was friendly enough. The bathroom was in complete shambles. Holes in the wall pipes falling out rust black mold things taped over the bath was rigged up to shower only and we needed a bath. The shower pressure was so low it took forever to wash. The bed was comfy enough and the noise level was extremely high just bring earplugs if your a light sleeper. The price point is much higher than it should be but the food place next door was very convenient. The breakfast spot was tasty and while slow the Starbucks and Pizza Hut were both good.
