Parking lot: dirty, crumbling asphalt and concrete, deteriorating surfaces, foul odor of stale cigarettes. Lobby: You must communicate with the staff through a narrow slot. No mention of services or amenities (because there were none). Advertised breakfast was a hoax, there was not one. Elevator: One of the two out of service, apparently been that way for some time. Sn orange traffic cone in the corner. Ride slow and noisy, you might not get to your floor. Hallway: dimly lit and that cigarette smell is almost overwhelming. You need a bit of shoulder to get the door open. Room: actually reasonably clean, no visible dirt or insects. Sheets were clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Furniture was old and very minimal. No desk. One small chair. Half the electrical outlets were inoperable or jammed with something. No coffee maker, no cups or glasses, no tissues. The toilet paper holder broken and a roll of toilet paper sitting on the sink. Only one bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth. No hangers in the closet. No hair dryer. No internet. As said, minimal amenities. Coffee: Was told the desk staff could provide this. When I asked in the morning, I received a 4 ounce paper cup with coffee from somewhere in the back. I did not ask how it was prepared, but I drank it and survived. The final gift was upon leaving you and everything you took into the room reeked of the cigarette smell. Now home we are dealing with this as best we can. We probably will not stay there again.

For the most part the room was newly renovated. Beds were comfortable. After that the facility needs a lot of work. Truthfully it smelt like a pot house and tobacco farm. Hallways and elevator were terrible. Hallways were cluttered with boxes and old tvs. Elevator had missing buttons and notes telling you how to work it. Stairwells were not lit. The breakfast was non existant

So when I get here it was 5:30 6:00 an he had to go see if he had an room for me so he come back an say so I got you an room an it’s on the 8th floor an the elevator is not working so you will have to walk up 8 flights of steps but he say we can move you to another room that’s on the third floor, but you have to pay an extra hundred dollars now it was the same size an the one on the 8th floor

Where to start well for one the keys to door never worked the the entire stay had them replaced 2 times and stil didn't. Secondly the AC in the room wouldn't get cool at all and the guy at the front saod he couldn't switch rooms was completely booked but reallly dont believe that. Then the pool was closed. The elevator hardly works. Not clean! Not even worth the discount price!

The furniture was stained, no wastebasket. Smelled like old cigarette smoke. Spigot handles were falling off in shower. Dust on surfaces. Had to jiggle the door to unlock. The flip lock wouldn't work right. One elevator was broken and buttons didn't work right in the other.

Walking into the hotel there were a group of people smoking weed. The smell was worse inside around elevator. The room itself had a musty smell. The toilet was dirty. My husband had white socks on and they got so dirty indicating that the floors were dirty. One of the pillows was stained. The experience was not good at all.

The hotel was far from clean - there was a bandaid in shower with hair, the furniture was unable, the chairs had wet stains on them, the room smelled like mold, there were cig butts in the dresser draws. People outside all night drinking & smoking. Very unsafe. My wife would not leave the room without me.

The whole place screams of danger. Upon check in someone followed me up (non employee) an I had the impression it was to find out what floor I was checking in on. When I came back 5 minutes later the same person was down there. Roaches in the room. It smelled like syrup. The restaurant in there has great food.

This place was nasty no towels bathroom shower curtain was filthy no breakfast not even coffee it smelled really bad. We went out and bought air fresheners and Lysol. The elevators were so ragged and smelly. We asked for coffee maker in the room extra towels and iron and never received them

Hotel has a roach infestation. it’sa problem when is manny small baby roaches. that mean they been nesting. microwavevout of order. beds very cheap. room cost way more than wat it should be. and $100 deposit that takes weeks to get back to your account is a scam

This hotel should be shut down permanently. Disgustingly dirty, stinky, and overall filthy. Poorest conditioned hotel I have even seen. I immediately cancelled reservations after seeing the living conditions of dirty sheets, stinking stale air of years of smoking, appeared roach infested. Just horrible.

That there was no floor towels for bathroom no chairs to sit down in the room ...And there were no microwave which said the room came with one ....Also the elevator is horrible thought it was going to break down from the jerking and noises and I was on the 8th floor

The bed was very comfortable! Everything else was terrible. Luckily there was a young lady checking people in that tried to help.. No hot warm, just barely warm. No soap, shorted is on linens, no phone, no coffee pot, terrible TV reception and the toilet was plugged. The manager did come finally, like at 10 pm. Eventually they brought the missing items and told me to wait an hour and I would Gabe got water, finally at 1 am.

It was discussing - the Hotel smelled heavily of humidity . There was no Television . We called the front desk and they stated it was because they had not paid the cable bill. We then called the front desk back to ask about breakfast since I had purposely selected this hotel since they had completely breakfast included . When we call the front desk said that they were not offering breakfast . So no TV and no breakfast which I was normally expecting and paid for based on the said offer. The front desk man said the reason my booking price was so low was because of no TV or breakfast . Well I get to decided that not them and it’s not what I opted for. Plus I have had other stays with same pricing that do offer what’s promised . Really bad expirence…..don’t go there

If you like staying in trap houses then this is your place. The elevator is a death trap. But in a good location. Heat stop working had to get local drug addict or mentally challenged guy to come in my room to try and fix it.

Room had a broken toilet seat, replaced countertop that had the brand name wrapper still on it, Broken nightstands, wall plugs were broken, only decent part was the bathtub having warm water. No breakfast as advertised, got a To Go Bag, bathroom had some questionable stains on wood base to sink. Then being an adjoining room apparently the sound of the other room playing loud TV all night kept waking my very tired self up after a long day. Won’t return.

It was horrible and we kept calling the hotel to let them know we are checking in late but no one answered. We called many times and once we got there they made a big fuss about us coming in really late. We were able to get our rooms but the service was horrible. Most especially the lady in the front desk, she had a bad attitude.

Couldnt get into my room. Had to have someone with a key. Then they took my key and never brought back so I could back in to the room if I decided to leave. Elevator was sketchy the other was broken.

There was only one staff member whom I like and she worked the night shift. She was very pleasant and very professional. I felt safe with her being downstairs but when she left after 11 pm. I used other safety measures to ensure I stayed safe. The other patriots came in at night cussing and fussing with each other, slamming doors all time of night. Of the nine nights that I spent at this hotel only two of those nights the elevator worked. They had two elevators and only one of them worked, and that was the one that only work 2 out of 9 nights I stay there and it smell like someone peed in the elevator. When I spoke to the manager or maybe she was the owner about the condition of the hotel, especially the elevator, she blew me off and said we are working on getting it fixed. I responded by telling her whoever fix the elevator the last time cheated her out of money. I have stayed at other Ramadas. This one is an embarrassment to the Ramada name. This Ramada is not safe due to the conditions of the elevator. Stay at this hotel at your own risk. On the rating for staff I gave them 4 stars because the lady that worked at night was professional and pleasant throughout my encounter with her.

I got treated really poorly by the entire staff and they threw races from Marc's in my direction multiple times. I felt incredibly unsafe and had to call my boyfriend in the morning to have him come pick me up earlier than our original plan because I didn't feel safe enough to walk down to the lobby by myself

Check in was supposed to be at 3pm, we could not get into our room until almost 4:30pm. Once we got inside our room there were Cheetos on the floor, food crumbs on the table, and an awful stench throughout the room and hallway. We felt like an inconvenience for trying to get into a room we booked two months ago. Will not be returning.

The Ramada is located in a rough area of town. Very dirty outside. People outside drinking from brown paper bags in the parking lot. Front desk clerk was so rude we didn't even finish checking in. Decided to go elsewhere.

No, just No! The only positive thing I have to say is that they did not charge me for leaving immediately. This hotel is the single worse hotel I have ever booked, the parking lot was scary enough... walking in the building was terrifying. I would not recommend. absolutely zero stars.

Absolutely not recommended. Too many shady characters and suspicious activities in the area. I was advised by a police officer to lock up my car and not to go outside after hours. Spend a little more and stay in a safe place.

The hotel was far from clean - there was a bandaid in shower with hair, the furniture was unable, the chairs had wet stains on them, the room smelled like mold, there were cig butts in the dresser draws. People outside all night drinking & smoking. Very unsafe. My wife would not leave the room without me.

If you like staying in trap houses then this is your place. The elevator is a death trap. But in a good location. Heat stop working had to get local drug addict or mentally challenged guy to come in my room to try and fix it.

No mention of services or amenities (because there were none). Advertised breakfast was a hoax, there was not one. Elevator: One of the two out of service, apparently been that way for some time. Sn orange traffic cone in the corner. Ride slow and noisy, you might not get to your floor. Hallway: dimly lit and that cigarette smell is almost overwhelming. You need a bit of shoulder to get the door open. Room: actually reasonably clean, no visible dirt or insects. Sheets were clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Furniture was old and very minimal. No desk. One small chair. Half the electrical outlets were inoperable or jammed with something. No coffee maker, no cups or glasses, no tissues. The toilet paper holder broken and a roll of toilet paper sitting on the sink. Only one bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth. No hangers in the closet. No hair dryer. No internet. As said, minimal amenities. Coffee: Was told the desk staff could provide this. When I asked in the morning, I received a 4 ounce paper cup with coffee from somewhere in the back. I did not ask how it was prepared, but I drank it and survived. The final gift was upon leaving you and everything you took into the room reeked of the cigarette smell. Now home we are dealing with this as best we can. We probably will not stay there again.

Worst place i have wver stayed. Pitiful! King aize bed with with queen top covers/sheets. Noisy all hours of the night with figjts and drunks in the hallways. Breakfast is a grab bag amd theynare out before residents even come down for them. Would not recommend this place to decent law abiding citizens. Should be taken off Expedia's availability list.

It was discussing - the Hotel smelled heavily of humidity . There was no Television . We called the front desk and they stated it was because they had not paid the cable bill. We then called the front desk back to ask about breakfast since I had purposely selected this hotel since they had completely breakfast included . When we call the front desk said that they were not offering breakfast . So no TV and no breakfast which I was normally expecting and paid for based on the said offer. The front desk man said the reason my booking price was so low was because of no TV or breakfast . Well I get to decided that not them and it’s not what I opted for. Plus I have had other stays with same pricing that do offer what’s promised . Really bad expirence…..don’t go there

The whole place screams of danger. Upon check in someone followed me up (non employee) an I had the impression it was to find out what floor I was checking in on. When I came back 5 minutes later the same person was down there. Roaches in the room. It smelled like syrup. The restaurant in there has great food.

I like the fact that my room was upgraded because they sold out on my initial booking. But the room need a total overhaul. Sofa is old and dirty, carpet is stained , furniture so scanty and non functional. Tjis is a old dingy hotel tjough with loads of potential. Breakfast is drab, no eggs , nothing interesting.

I wish I could give zero stars…. The pictures do not match the property at all. Elevator had damage, carpets were dirty, non-smoking room smelled heavily of cigarettes. This hotel is in a bad part of town, You could hear and see all the homeless folks getting into fights and yelling at 10pm. Hotel staff had friends in lobby who were very clearly drunk and being loud. So loud that it made the check in process difficult because neither party could hear what was being said. The hotel comes with “security”, however he’s too busy outside with his friends by several cars blasting loud music and smoking to care about what’s going on in the parking lot. Bedsheets in room were dingy, and although amenities were listed on app, room did not include microwave, and WiFi gets shut off from 11am to 2pm for some issue with spectrum. This is your warning, BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK
