The place is in complete disarray from construction besides that my room wasn't even ready yet though he connected no remote for the TV no garbage pail no cops no coffee pot with a shower tub wasn't even finished yet totally disappointed.

This location was under construction and that should have been stated on the website. We would have not booked this room if we had known. The bathroom was absolutely filthy, the bed was hard a brick and the hallways looked like they hadnt been vacuumed in years. And as soon as you step on the elevator it immediately smelled like weed. Gross place, we will not go back.

Where to start… First, this hotel should be closed until renovations are complete. Exterior was poorly lit and not identified as the Microtel (so a challenge to find). It was full of construction debris and dirt. The room was halfway renovated. The heating unit was filthy. There was caulk and other debris in the room and on the walls. Bathroom door didn’t shut. No hot water in the shower. No lock on the door (other than deadbolt, there was no physical bar lock). Exactly one stained bath towel with no towels or washcloths available (I asked). No breakfast, even though I was told at check-in that a continental breakfast would be provided (it wasn’t). I will say the bed was comfortable and appeared clean, so there’s a plus! And the staff that I did meet were pleasant and making the best of a bad situation. Regardless I won’t be back.

Lots of broken glass outside on the sidewalk towards the side of the building that was swept into the grass. The rooms had missing or defective parts, such as my room did not have a working vent fan in the bathroom and a friend's room had no working A/C.

All that construction took up space in the halls of the hoteland the parking lot. Very inconvenient! The smell was just horrible. You could tell that people were living there. The dirty stained carpet was everywhere from the halls to inside of my room!

When we tried to check in, we were informed that we needed to pay an additional $100 cash deposit to book the room, even though we had already paid online ahead of time. This deposit wasn’t mentioned anywhere online, and we had to find an atm in order to get the money, which threw off our schedule a bit. The hotel itself is being renovated, but there was trash and wrappers all over the ground in the hallways. When we got to our room, we couldn’t open the door because the deadbolt had latched from the inside. The tv was on, so it seemed like someone was in our room. When we went back to the front desk, the staff was very helpful and kind in getting us a new room, but the new room had a person in it who opened the door and was very annoyed that we woke him. It was pretty embarrassing. They ended up sending us back to the old room, jimmied the lock, and let us in. They said the lock must have closed on its own and the tv was on because of maintenance. The whole ordeal lasted about 40 minutes as we tried to get into our room after a wedding we attended. On the website, it said there was continental breakfast. However in the morning there was no breakfast and they were out of coffee. Overall, I was not impressed. Shoutout to the friendly staff member though! He was doing his best to keep the place afloat.

BEDBUGS. Only on the first night. Honestly it was the first time in my life I had bed bugs on my bed and I SAW THEM and they crawled ON ME! 😭 I did not get bit tho. I heard that East Coast has a lot of bug problems because of the swamps and the humidity and ecology, I mean yeah no kidding, so I can see this being an issue in many hotels especially since they are so hard to get rid off so I feel them but man. The sheets were clean but full of stains (from the bed bugs). I had to go to the reception after going bonkers in my room at 2 am to make sure nothing got on my stuff, I went to ask for a room change and ended up conversating with the desk attendant. It was honestly a very good conversation that I would have rather have any other time than in the middle of the night. I don't mind your religion but please don't be asking guests if they go to church at 2-3 am in morning after they just went to battle with bed bugs. The hotel feels older than it is and its pretty run down, some outlets didn't work, but I appreciated the fridge and microwave. My new room had no bed bugs, but the sheets although washed still had a bunch of stains. And pillows like always were are super uncomfortable and the AC and fridge pretty loud.

The sheets had stains and the room smelled dirty. The floors was nasty also needed a good mopping. We was also waken up around 3:00am itching to find bed bugs in the bed. We ended up leaving the hotel at 3:15am. Spoke with Alex at the front desk to see if I could be compensated by returning my payment and he offered to put us in another room which I didn’t wanna take the chance of being bitten by bedbugs a second time, so he told me he didn’t know how they return payments that I would need to call the manager after 11:00 am and speak with Mr. Ken. Alex did tell me that the Red Roof had not had bedbugs in a long time. I most definitely don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Smelly room, hallways, and elevator. Trash pile in the hallway for days. Dingy, stained pillowcases. Broken smoke detector and emergency sprinkler. Dirty, stained carpets. Just an overall dirty, rundown place. I have pictures if needed. Nice staff, but the place is not well managed.

It was very dirty, we had to change the sheets ourself. The smoke detector was laying on the shelf. Their was a smoke/weed bomb on the shelf. The fridge had food and wine in it. Their was kids running the halls all night long.

Very run down. Dirty bathroom and sheets. The floors were covered with dried mud and our socks turned black on the bottom from our hotel. We had to ask for more towels as no one cleaned our room during the day.

I’m so disgusted with what I had to deal with that I may not be able to put it into words. First off the bed was covered in bugs and dirt! The room was dirty and run down. We tried to get our money back and they wouldn’t refund us. So they moved us to another room which was cleaner. I didn’t realize it was an extended stay place I would have never booked here. There was trash everywhere. Worse place I ever stayed and I have stayed in some horrible places. They said on the website they offer breakfast and told us the times when we arrived and there was nothing either day we were there. They even wrote the times on our key. We went during the times they gave us and nothing.

Was only here for a quick trip and only booked to get a few hours of sleep.The bed had stains all over it. The smoke detector had plastic covering it. The curtain and rod were hanging from the wall. The bathroom was dirty and had an eye lash in the sink. There was NO garbage can at all in the room. The window was also shattered. When asked for a new room they moved us to a room that was still dirty no garbage can had clothes in the closet and the air conditioner didnt work. The staff was also very very rude. Hotel REFUSES a refund and will not respond to any emails or phone calls. Will NEVER stay here again and do no recommened it at all!!

This Microtel was not up to the same standards of other Microtels I've stayed at. The mini fridge didn't work. I had to go ask for soap, shampoo, ECT as there was none in the room. We had no ice bucket and the TV remote was missing. The room had a weird smell, floor had a dried up mess that wasn't previously cleaned up, holes in bathroom door and an outlet socket hanging out of the wall. They also required a cash deposit, that wasn't mentioned at the time of booking, and still put the same amount on my cc as a pending charge. All in all, I won't stay at this location again.

Noisy, Dirty, required a $100 CASH deposit for a non-smoking room, noise at all hours of the night. hard beds, terrible pillows, curtians that didn't close, micro/fridge wasn't even plugged in, the ONLY lights in the room was one near the door (overhead, and 1 by the window (overhead), no phone, tb didn't work, hallways and elevator reaked of cannibus, and cleaner... save yourself some trouble, avaiod at all costs.....

Never cleaned the room, the shower head was spraying the whole bathroom and fought us on how many towels we needed. Door didn’t close unless we slammed it. Very hard to open when unlocked. Left an almost empty toilet paper roll on the holder. Gave us one towel, one “small” hand towel, and that’s it when we checked in.

This hotel looks great from the outside but is really run-down and shoddy inside. The carpet is old and stained in the hallways and rooms, and the bed sheets had cigarette burn holes in them. The third floor is a smoking floor, but the entire hotel smells like smoke and weed. The staff were nice and tried to help, but the place is just in awful condition. The bathroom and showers had permanent stains in the fixtures, and even the walls of the rooms are damaged. It had the feel of a place where weekend parties by high school kids are allowed to go berzerk. As nice as the staff was, we had to leave and go somewhere else.

Booked 2 non-smoking rooms. Uon arrival, I went to check the rooms. The smoke smell about knocked me down when I opened the first door. The second room was fine. Was not able to get the kids down to sleep until late because we weren't able to get in the other room until around 10pm. Sheets on one bee were dirty. If it has only been my husband and myself, it would have been ok, but definitely not a place for children. No breakfast bar the next morning that was advertised.

The only sign I saw was the floormat in the lobby. Safety latch on door was missing. The room was very small. Could not get spouse's wheelchair in. Not up to Wyndham standards.

This place looks fine from the outside, and the location is solid. But the walls are paper thin, so you hear your neighbors' comings and goings, their TV, their arguments. Worse, the bathroom was a mess. The shower curtain had a disgusting line of mildew, and there was a stain at the base of the toilet i prefer not to speculate about. The staff couldnt be bothered to fix the toilet paper dispenser. And there was no maid service of any kind during my three night stay.
This place looks fine from the outside, and the location is solid. But the walls are paper thin, so you hear your neighbors' comings and goings, their TV, their arguments. Worse, the bathroom was a mess. The shower curtain had a disgusting line of mildew, and there was a stain at the base of the toilet i prefer not to speculate about. The staff couldnt be bothered to fix the toilet paper dispenser. And there was no maid service of any kind during my three night stay.

When I initially arrived to check in tomorrow, I was given the wrong size bed. Then when I came back to the front desk to get them to fix their mistake, he gave me the key to a room that was already occupied. The third time is when he got it right But the bathroom was Dirty I’d already tired I would have asked for a refund and went somewhere else to get a room. I definitely was not satisfied with my hotel experience last night. Horrible way to bring in the new year. I will not be getting another room with this place again. It was a pleasant stay and Christy working the front desk was very nice and had a welcoming attitude with a smiling face. No one gets paid extra as a hotel receptionist to be extra. She made the stay in my opinion.

They, (that day)started a policy of requiring a $50 cash deposit, that was not mentioned at booking. They did call the manager and waived it. Bad policy, not everyone carries cash and it opens a liability of theft or robbery.

The staff were actually friendly. Inside signs EVERYWHERE "$100 cash deposit all guests no matter what..." we were not charged fortunately. The real issues stemmed from NO signage or property lights (literally couldn't find the place at 11 PM) it was pitch black outside, building was literally hidden. At 5 AM we were awaken by a man arguing and being belligerent right beside our room and a door slammed over half a dozen times. Place attracts a rough crowd, be vigilant.

The staff was courteous and helpful but a couple of requests were not met. First, the TV remote was missing. Another was supposed to be be brought up but it never was. Secondly, I asked for a fan. Maintenance said they would bring one. I never received one. Thirdly, the shower gel tube was empty and lastly, it looks like some bathroom renovations (older toilet?) were not complete.

The staff was amazing and always went over and beyond; keep in mind the staff was different! My stay was 5 days and 4 nights, so I built some what of a rapport with them! I live locally and needed time to work on a project. I have traveled as far as Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and Bahamas for business and stayed in hotels like the Ritz Carlton - the level of customer service was not like this! Bravo/Brava!!!!!

When we tried to check in, we were informed that we needed to pay an additional $100 cash deposit to book the room, even though we had already paid online ahead of time. This deposit wasn’t mentioned anywhere online, and we had to find an atm in order to get the money, which threw off our schedule a bit. The hotel itself is being renovated, but there was trash and wrappers all over the ground in the hallways. When we got to our room, we couldn’t open the door because the deadbolt had latched from the inside. The tv was on, so it seemed like someone was in our room. When we went back to the front desk, the staff was very helpful and kind in getting us a new room, but the new room had a person in it who opened the door and was very annoyed that we woke him. It was pretty embarrassing. They ended up sending us back to the old room, jimmied the lock, and let us in. They said the lock must have closed on its own and the tv was on because of maintenance. The whole ordeal lasted about 40 minutes as we tried to get into our room after a wedding we attended. On the website, it said there was continental breakfast. However in the morning there was no breakfast and they were out of coffee. Overall, I was not impressed. Shoutout to the friendly staff member though! He was doing his best to keep the place afloat.

My gps took me to an Outback Steakhouse parking lot, telling me I had arrived at my destination. There were no signs for the Microtel. I had to pull out my phone to look at pictures of my reservation to make sure I was at the right building, which looked like a nursing home. Upon check in, I had passed 3 paper signs taped to the door, desk, and wall. They stated “$100 cash deposit upon check in”. I was not informed of this through my reservation. The check in process was fairly simple. The hotel was under construction. Tools/mess everywhere. My door looked like it had been attacked by a lion (scratches EVERYWHERE and missing screws from the dead bolt). My windows were dirty and UNLOCKED upon my entry. The mattress had a pad on top (crinkled everytime movement was made). All sheets and towels were stained. The bedding consisted of a thin sheet and even thinner blanket. The pillows provided were useless. “Complimentary breakfast” comprised of hostess danishes, nature valley, and nutri grain bar. Overall unimpressed for the price paid.

This hotel looks great from the outside but is really run-down and shoddy inside. The carpet is old and stained in the hallways and rooms, and the bed sheets had cigarette burn holes in them. The third floor is a smoking floor, but the entire hotel smells like smoke and weed. The staff were nice and tried to help, but the place is just in awful condition. The bathroom and showers had permanent stains in the fixtures, and even the walls of the rooms are damaged. It had the feel of a place where weekend parties by high school kids are allowed to go berzerk. As nice as the staff was, we had to leave and go somewhere else.

No smoke alarm in our room, both the main door and bathroom door looked like someone was trying to break into them, old food left in the microwave. Felt extremely unsafe to stay with small children. Ended up leaving and finding somewhere else to stay

I knew the place was under construction when we went.It will look very nice when it is completed. The person who checked us in and whom I returned the keys to the next day was the same person.. She was very friendly. The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. We will stay at this location again.

This hotel is pretty nice my only complaint would be the soda machine is forever out of order. They advertised that they have laundry services which they don't they also advertise that have breakfast which they don't.

It was okay. Wasn't expecting much for the price. The lobby was really clean and staff was nice but the rooms could have been a little cleaner. The rooms were pretty spacious which was nice. The only thing I was disappointed about was that there was no breakfast as advertised and there no explanation for it either.

The bed was horrible and one night the building had no hot water at all to shower. No breakfast at all offer not even coffee lids for coffee at all. Was very disappointed with that hotel. Not worthy my money at all.

They require a $100 cash deposit in addition to credit card, Full payment No exceptions No explanation about what it's for, I did get it back at my departure, no questions ask. Towels were dirty, mirror was dirty bathroom counter door knob, door, floor were covered in construction dust. Sprinkler head was just sitting on the back of the toilet, not operable.Shower curtain, was not installed properly and in the bathtub causing a safety hazard. The desk chair had a lean in it, when I tried to sit it it threw me in the floor. They were remodeling the dining area too. So they only had coffee, and they offered a bagged breakfast. I didn't get one the first morning of my stay, but got it the second morning. It contained 4 items, all very unhealthy choices a 300 calorie danish, a 470 calorie muffin, a granola bar 190 calories, a breakfast bar 130 calories but still high sugar and carbs. I'm diabetic and shouldn't eat any one of those foods. I stayed in this hotel several years ago and it was a total different experience, it was mostly full occupancy and a little noisy. This time it was very lightly occupied and virtually no service.

Booked 2 non-smoking rooms. Uon arrival, I went to check the rooms. The smoke smell about knocked me down when I opened the first door. The second room was fine. Was not able to get the kids down to sleep until late because we weren't able to get in the other room until around 10pm. Sheets on one bee were dirty. If it has only been my husband and myself, it would have been ok, but definitely not a place for children. No breakfast bar the next morning that was advertised.

I’m so disgusted with what I had to deal with that I may not be able to put it into words. First off the bed was covered in bugs and dirt! The room was dirty and run down. We tried to get our money back and they wouldn’t refund us. So they moved us to another room which was cleaner. I didn’t realize it was an extended stay place I would have never booked here. There was trash everywhere. Worse place I ever stayed and I have stayed in some horrible places. They said on the website they offer breakfast and told us the times when we arrived and there was nothing either day we were there. They even wrote the times on our key. We went during the times they gave us and nothing.

Shower didn’t work, microwave didn’t work, sheets nasty and crack pipe was found in them. Hair on the door knob of entrance and in bathroom and when I went to ask for a manager, they stated they couldn’t reach them unless that was at the property

Five thumbs 👎 down. The doors leading into the hotel were dirty. It looked like a smudge of blood inside the door. The Hotel didn't have a welcome feel. There wasn't a coach to sit on while reception was helping guests. The lobby floor was dirty. The carpet in the hall leading to the rooms was dirty. When I walked into the room, it had a mothball smell to it.The floor was filthy, there was a cigarette burn in the comforter. The refrigerator didn't have a shelf in it to put our food on. The room didn't have an iron, or a hair dryer. The closet had two old wire hangers. Although it's a no smoking property, someone was smoking weed. The bathroom sink didn't have a stopper. And the bathroom door could not close. We toughed it out because we were so tired. We had a second room for our daughter. The sheets were not changed, and the floor was filthy. We asked to change the room, and they did. I wouldn't recommend it, and I will never stay here again.

The place was filthy sheets and comforter were not cleaned just flipped over there were mustard and other stains on the comforter and the bathroom was atrocious nothing was cleaned the only thing they did was empty trash but that also was just left in the hallway
The place was filthy sheets and comforter were not cleaned just flipped over there were mustard and other stains on the comforter and the bathroom was atrocious nothing was cleaned the only thing they did was empty trash but that also was just left in the hallway

Before booking at this hotel I read the reviews and there were a lot of great reviews. When I arrived it was nothing like the reviews described. Upon entering the lobby there was an odor. I booked a non-smoking room online but during check-in was told there were no more non-smoking rooms so they put me in a smoking room. When we got off the elevator there was an odd smell in the hallway. When we got in the room the smell was horrible! There were 2 rolls of used toilet paper in the bathroom, stains on the tub/shower, and trash on the floor. We were uncomfortable even sleeping in those beds. Due to the smell we had to leave asap due to me literally getting sick to my stomach. I would never book here again.
