Room was clean. drapes did not want to stay closed completely no matter how hard we tried. Toilet flushes very loud but we were on the 4th floor. We did not hear anything from adjoining rooms though outside traffic was sometimes loud. No continental breakfast. Lots of road construction being done so traveling by car was a little nerve racking. Old Market is a nice area if you like that kind of atmosphere.

Great property my only negative was the parking. The parking was very tight & some people were taking up 2 spots. Also on the site it said parking was free when we got to the property we were told there was a $25 parking fee.

Love staying at this hotel, I chose it everytime I come to Omaha! Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, there’s a bathtub with HOT water!!!! The beds are comfortable, body pillows, more than enough pillows!!! Coffee is meh, but can’t complain!!

Everything was great with the hotel room. The hotel was right across the street from the Tacos and Tequila Festival. Made for a quick trip to and from the event. We got there early and the hotel even let us check in early! Our room was supposed to be a suite with a bedroom and a sofabed, because there was 3 of us, but we got a king room w/ balcony and then requested a roll away bed so we could all have a bed to sleep in. The accommodated us very well. That night when we got to the hotel, both of our keys were inactive. When I went to get a new key, they didn't ask for my name, or anything, only for the room number. The next morning at 7 am, we got a call from the front desk to ask me what my last name was then said thank you and hung up. They didn't ask me anything else. Everyone in the room got a wake up call we did not ask for. We didn't get an appology or anything for the call to the room that we did not ask for. Not too sure why that whole thing happened. When checking out, I asked why they called so early in the morning when it wasn't an emergency, and I was told that there was an issue with the reservation. We paid for the room on the 17th of August and our check in date was October 3rd. Before leaving the hotel the front desk associate seemed confused because there was a refund on the account. He couldn't figure it out. I checked my credit card statement and saw that they charged me for the room again, and didn't just put the card down for incidentals.
