The hotel is such a unique concept. There were just a few details that were off about the stay, especially for the price of the hotel. We had a distinct cut in our comforter, makeup stains on the robes provided, and a makeup mirror that ran out of batteries. The construction in front of the hotel makes it hard to find a spot to park and we had to use Valet but that was okay! Overall the hotel was gorgeous and we would stay again for a special occasion

BEST HOTEL EVER

Parking was easy right outside the hotel. Free from 9pm - 9am. Or valet available. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The lady working the front desk around 6 PM on May 6th should not be working in hospitality or any customer-facing role. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. What was even more concerning is that another employee there, who I believe was security, implied this is a common issue with her behavior. I ended up not staying at the hotel and went to Kimpton instead. I’d strongly recommend checking the recent customer service reviews before booking here. Hopefully management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary staff changes.
