There is limited parking by the actual room your in so you may have to park across the street. oh and you have to pay ($20/day) to park there even though you’ve rented a room. It is not handicapped friendly! We ended up with a room on the second floor- the stairs were unevenly spaced, the floors down the balcony to the room were lifted and covered with carpet patches creating trip hazards. Out of the 3 night stay, house keeping came by once. Half the lights didn’t work in the room, the shower head was held on with drywall screws, the walls were pealing paint, the floors looked unclean, the blanket had a burn hole in it (non smoking room), the sink was plugged up in the bathroom so you couldn’t turn the water on without it filling the sink, the mini fridge was crooked and the stand it was on looked like it came from the dumpster. If I could, I’d give -3 stars. Highly dissatisfied.

When checking in, I was informed that I had to pay $25 to park my car there overnight (although when i was booking online, free-parking was advertised) and even though the signage outside had "$5 for up to 8 hours"... the attendant informed that "$5" applied to non-guest... my god, whatever happened to treating your own guests... only when i attempted to cancel my stay for the night did they allow me to park there for free as the advertisement had called for. 2. initial room I was given, lights would not turn on, random patch up holes on the walls, and no safety latch on door... I advise staff that was not safe and that I would not stay... he offered another room. 3. the next room still had holes patches and clear sign that the door had been kicked in at some point, but the safety latch presented and it was getting super late... so I slept there for tonight to sound of the crack heads outside, and bolted out as soon as sunlight broke.

This place was for a one night stay. The place 8s an older hotel. Like most in atlantic city. This olace needs serious work. All the fixtures and furniture were old and visible. I felt like i was in a prison. The towels were old. There is no phone in thw rooms so be weary, you have to walk the office if you need something or have an emergency. People were slamming doors and arguing from the time we got there until thw next morning, we were awoken again. The people in that area aren't too savory, so beware. On thw good side, staff was very friendly and super helpful.they even offered us free parking. It was also very close to the Tropicana hotel and the board walk.

The property supplied smoking rooms and very convenient to my event. The room could have been in better condition for the price charged. The staff were very nice and welcoming and that’s what made my stay pleasant. Once the property is upgraded, I hope to see smoking rooms in better condition.

I didn't like that on both nights I had strangers knocking on my door asking to use my cell phone at 1:00 am, and the 2nd night someone asking for some female at 4:00 am, no microwave in the room and ice machine is in the lobby

The property was on a terrible neighborhood with homeless addicts and prostitutes all around thr property the room was $452 per night and the property was filthy. The room had black mold all over the floor by the jacuzzi. The property manager was kind and helpful but the allow all these shady people laying around the property outside. Police lights lit up the room all night. Definitely NOT was i was expecting for nearly $500 a night snd he even charge you $20 to park your vehicle. I dont recall seeing that as an extra charge. But why wouldnt that be included how are you supposed to stay without parking your vehicle. Definitely didnt feel like a safe area to be.

You get what you pay for. They made me pay cash for parking even though i was paying with my card for the room. $25 per night, i thought parking was included. I had a king size bed and they didn't have a fitted sheet so you had to keep fixing the sheet to have it on all four corners. Ice machine was in the lobby and we were on the other side of the street. The ac in the room worked good and they did have a mini fridge.

I feel like I need to burn everything i brought into the room with me. As soon as we walked in the first thing we noticed was the strong, awful smell. A close second were the stains and dirt on everything. There was what looked like smeared poop on the toilet handle and bodily fluids in the sink. Only two of the lights worked which I believe was on purpose because as soon as we turned them on the cockrpaches scattered. We ended up packing our car up and driving home. -10000/10 do not recommend. We have stayed at neighboring hotels and every one has been a little run down but clean and accommodating but this hotel was falling apart and disgusting.

Title: Disappointing Stay at Econo Lodge Atlantic City - Unacceptable Level of Cleanliness Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ My recent experience at Econo Lodge Atlantic City was extremely disappointing, as the cleanliness of the rooms fell far below acceptable standards. Upon entering my assigned room, I was immediately greeted by a foul odor that permeated the entire space. The presence of dirt, dust, and stains on various surfaces were prominent, indicating a lack of attention to cleanliness. The carpet appeared to have not been vacuumed in quite some time, and I noticed a layer of grime on the furniture and bathroom fixtures. The bed linens also left much to be desired. They appeared worn and had visible stains, making it difficult for me to feel comfortable during my stay. The bathroom was no exception, with dirty sinks, grimy tiles, and an unpleasant smell that persisted despite my attempts to mask it. The overall condition of the room reflected a lack of maintenance and disregard for proper hygiene. It is evident that the management has not prioritized cleanliness as a fundamental aspect of guest satisfaction, which is disheartening and unacceptable. This place is old an beat up there hasn’t been an update in at least 25 years the air conditioning is loud as hell the tv is about 15 inches lol unreal then they have the check in is across the street from the rooms and this horrible place has the audacity to charge 15$ additional to park in the hotels lot trying dealing w this when it’s raining , I highly recommend don’t pay 170$ plus 15$ for parking to stay in this dump oh wait I forgot to add that u hear every car sound outside enough said …

There was so much smoke smell in a nonsmoking area. The rooms look so dated and nasty. There was not much space for two people. The bathroom was so small, inconvenient and had no blow dryer. The room was cold from the air being on instead of heat but we were able to actually operate the unit to heat. Will not stay again. IMO.

Traffic was ridiculously loud at night. Parking could have been arranged better, everyone had to double park making it hard to get out if you're parked in. The room was okay, floor was uneven.

Our room looked like it had not been updated since 1960. It was serviceable and clean, but located over a laundry room which caused the room to vibrate when washers were in use (fortunately that stopped around 7pm).

The front manager was dishonest, when I called about parking the previous day, he said it was $20, the guy at the lot charged $10 and the front desk had a sign with $25. The front manager during checking in was rude and the check out guy did not even acknowledge me when I came to return the key card. The room was dirty, I had to keep my shoes on at all times. The bathroom was ugly with stains on the toilet and sink, the toilet paper holder was broken. The bathroom door would not close so we formed a rule that we would alert each other when using the bathroom. All night there were people outside fighting with each other about money and more. I would not go to another Econolodge ever again, big lapse of judgement on my part.

I would never stay there the service is some of the worst I've every experienced in all my years of traveling and i was almost scammed by the front desk clerk. I don't recommend

The room I was given was a smoking room and I told the guy at the reception that noe of us smoke due to asthma. He said he can't do anything since that's my own choosing. I told him i would never do that to myself. Long story short, the room and everything in it like towels, sheets, pillows, smells like a huge ashtray! My husband had a flare of his asthma bec of the smell. The walls are like paper thin, we were awaken by the next room guests altercations, shouting,cursing, loud noises and slamming of door in the wee hours of the morning! I would never, ever stay in this place again. For the price I pay, i think I deserved to get a good night sleep and clean and not a smelly room!

We had a great stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was housekeeping didn't come out entire four night stay but it was just me and my son so it was not terrible; I just went to office to get extra towels when needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood in which the hotel is located was questionable. We could see sunlight coming through the casing of the front door. They thought we had already checked in because my name was the same as someone else’s, but we lived in different states. We had to pay for parking even though we parked in an a parking space right outside out door and it belonged to Econo Lodge. A lot of yelling and night action. Hard to sleep.

I stay here often. It’s a nice convenient stay for those who want to stay outside the casinos and avoid waiting for deposit returns and extra taxes. Near many restaurants and grocery/convenience stores and directly across the street from Tropicana & the boardwalk. The area can be a bit sketchy at night, just as any other city but a very comfortable stay

The room and surrounding area felt very unsanitary and unsafe to stay in. There was a paraphernalia device sitting in the bottom of our toilet, and our room overall looked dirty. We also saw a used syringe needle in the stairwell right outside our room. We could not stay here and asked for a refund for the night, at which point the employee offered to switch our room, which we did not feel confident would make us feel much safer. We were then directed to take it up with Expedia about a refund. The employee did refund our payment for parking thankfully.

The property was on a terrible neighborhood with homeless addicts and prostitutes all around thr property the room was $452 per night and the property was filthy. The room had black mold all over the floor by the jacuzzi. The property manager was kind and helpful but the allow all these shady people laying around the property outside. Police lights lit up the room all night. Definitely NOT was i was expecting for nearly $500 a night snd he even charge you $20 to park your vehicle. I dont recall seeing that as an extra charge. But why wouldnt that be included how are you supposed to stay without parking your vehicle. Definitely didnt feel like a safe area to be.

Listen, its an econo lodge in atlantic city on atlantic ave right across from the trop emplyee parking garage. This is definitely was among the best/price median/no bed bugs or them people doing that lean and bothering tou, nice workers. Coffee was good, and hot.

Die Zimmer riechen nach Rauch und Cannabis. Die Fenster sowie Türen sind so undicht das man das Gefühl hat draußen zu übernachten. Und dann die Lautstärke um das Haus und schmutzige Räume und Toiletten. Einfach nur schrecklich.

Pictures were not what was there for the bathroom. People were outside screaming and yelling all night. We could hear babies screaming and crying most of the night. Pounding and yelling above us. And since marijuana is legal there we could smell it in our room both nights. I would never go there again. It was a short block walk to boardwalk and ocean and that was it

My wife and I booked a room for the night and it was absolutely terrible. The room was barely cleaned no land line to the front desk people knocking on the door asking if we wanted ice, which was a plot to try and rob us, we called the police but had left before they arrived. Stay away from the hotel from hell.
