Residence Inn by Marriott Cherry Hill Philadelphia

Das Hotel ist in einer sehr guten Lage, zentral und dennoch ruhig. Die Zimmergröße- und Ausstattung gut, aber alles sehr alt und sehr sehr dreckig. Für den Preis, den wir für 13 Tage Aufenthalt gezahlt haben, ist die "Sauberkeit" eine Frechheit. Staub, Spinnenweben überall, fremde Haare, Jahre alter Dreck im Bad. Die Spiegel wurden noch nie geputzt, die Dusche isz eklig, der Duschvorhang schimmelt, der Wasserhahn in der Dusche fällt fast von der Wand. Es sah aus alsob dort überhaupt nicht sauber gemacht wurde seit Jahren. Parkplätze kostenplichtig finde ich auch frech für den Zimmerpreis. Frühstück war lecker und gute Auswahl. Das Personal ist sehr nett, aber macht den Dreck dadurch leider auch nicht besser.

The bath tub had no stopper. My son and I are both handicapped AND chose this room bcuz of the tub. Called the desk and they said call the help line. No answer. The heat wasdifficult to figure out as was the internet. Once again call the help line. No answer On POSITIVE NOTE the room was spacious and clean and had a wonderful kitchen and nice couch. The next morning the ladies at the desk were very helpful and courteous.

You need to do away with the deposit. Especially if you can not adjudicate the return within the same timeframe as I gave it.. this is an inconvenience when I have charges pending on my account and I know the funds should be there.

This was an overnight on our way home from traveling. The room itself was clean and neat, but the property is old and tired in general. Needs some refurbishing. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
