The hotel overall was nice, quiet and clean. Front desk staff wasn't super friendly. The room AC couldnt keep up and the hallways/lobby were extremely humid. We had AC set at 70 and could only get to 75 degrees, with curtains pulled shut/etc. The pool was large but hot tub was out of service. The pool room was HOT, so be prepared to swim only, not a good place to sit and watch while the family swims, due ro extreme heat and no air flow. The ground were well kept, lots of space and grass and tables and chairs to hang out. Workout room was good as well, nothing crazy but had multiple treadmills and pieces of equipment. Very large bar and restaurant but we did not utilize. Overall it was good for the price.

While staff was friendly, it seems like it was a bad day/week. Pool was closed, internet for TV was out, ants in the bathroom, broken towel holder, and they automatically added a 22% tip for a takeout order for 2 meals which is absurd. Actual suites are nice and plenty of room. It was nice and quiet too.

Didn’t like the pool area wasn’t inviting/attractive. The hot tub wasn’t working. I like the view of the courtyard. Fast service at the Redz restaurant. Guests were quite in their rooms no loud tv/music playing. Close to stopping Centers.

Tried to use pool and Hot Tub looked nice online, there was a note left on door about weather conditions it is closed. So ask front desk and they had to call maintenance which then it took 30 minutes before we were told it is closed due to maintenance. There is no maintenance going on in there just lazy employee making excuses because nobody here has a clear why it was closed. Poor management over heard them talking and they said nobody reported anything to management. She just continues to do her day at work instead of making sure guest are happy or knowledge of what is going on. There was 5 people looking into the reason why it was closed.

Everyone was very nice. The pool desperately needed to be cleaned. Our room needed a good mopping in the bathroom and the air conditioning did not transfer from the living room to the bedroom unless the doors were open. It served its purpose but I wouldn’t call it luxury like what Hilton is going for with its Double Tree line.

When we arrived we waited almost 20 minutes to get checked in because they were unsure what rooms were available which seemed very strange they blamed it on people not checking out properly but if the room got cleaned would they not know what was available. The elevator was under construction which was not a big deal but in the stairway there was blood drops on the floor. They told us the pool was open till 10pm but around 730 we had just gotten in the pool and someone came in and said we needed to get out so they could put more chemicals in the pool and it needed to be unoccupied for 20 minutes. This could have been done when you close down the pool or maybe a schedule of when it is being treated needs to be up somewhere or guest told at check in. Also paid extra for the continental breakfast but the lady serving it had no idea that we had already pre paid and I now see a charge from the hotel where they charged us over $20 a piece for some bacon and eggs. Overall I was disappointed The room was a good size for our family and that was about the only thing I was happy with.

This must have been a very nice hotel in the 80's, but it is completely run down now. Everything seemed to be broken and in disrepair. They are finally remodeling (many years too late). The hotel was filthy, except for the main lobby. There was construction debris everywhere and we had to navigate around old, corroded, HVAC units in the hallways outside of each room under renovation (numerous). There were nails and screws on the floors everywhere. Everything in the pool area is missing paint, rusty, or corroded. The pool and hot tub have lots of mildew. The pool area is so cold, that fog forms on the water over the pool (TRULY!). The pool was warm though. There were also no towels in the pool area, so we had to freeze going to the front desk, for them to call housekeeping. We ate dinner in the restaurant from their VERY limited menu, and it was fair at best. A pretzel, two sandwiches with fries, and two alcoholic drinks were over $100, with tip. You've got to be kidding me... We stayed in a "suite" which was a joke. It was only a suite because it had two tiny rooms. Double Tree charged full price (over $200) for this shame of a hotel visit. It wasn't even worth $75 a night. Hilton needs to send an inspection crew to this property immediately. It was a disgrace and does not meet the Hilton standard in any way. I will say that the restaurant/bar staff were very pleasant, as well as the housekeeper that brought pool towels. DO NOT stay here until the construction is over!!!

It was awful. We booked here because of the indoor pool and to be able to have a suite. We found 3 or 4 live cockroaches in our room, the shower leaked and soaked out bathroom floor, and the pool was freezing cold. When we went to the front desk, they couldnt move our room to a comperable one until the last night of our stay. We will not be booking here again.

The beds are very soft and offer little support. The duvet is covered by two sheets tucked together on the edges which was a bit disappointing. The hotel is very clean but the pool was not checked on and there were eyelashes and hair around it. The staff is quick and responsive.

My stay was business related. The property seemed to be well maintained and room was clean. The staff are all friendly and helpful. In three nights stay, my room was never touched by housekeeping. I don’t know if this something that has to be specifically ordered or if they were expecting a tip first. As a business traveler, I shouldn’t have to wasted my time requesting housekeeping services. The room lighting is harsh daylight white and not relaxing. Makes you want to not spend any time in the room. Because of these issues, I probably wil not choose this location for future visits to the area.

The staff was pleasant. After checking in, we walked up to our room to see a pile of dirty sheets & towels in front of our door... disgusting. After a long day, we were looking forward to a good night sleep. The bedroom was HOT... AC only worked in living area. They had to have an engineer come up to fix at 10:40ish PM. When we opened the sofabed there were candy on the sheet, again disgusting. Beds were very uncomfortable. Pool was dirty. Overall this was not a pleasant experience at all.

Overall not a bad stay. Hotel was a little dated. Entrances besides the main one aren’t slated or ramped to help get luggage inside, which was a pain. Pool was kind of gross- my kids were complaining about bugs. There was a suspicious stain on my curtains (pic below). Breakfast buffet was pretty good though. Before I had seen the place, I had already booked a second night and I’ll stop keep it- so it wasn’t awful enough to make my change my booking.

Spent a night there this week. Got there at 4 for check-in and room was not ready, so went to an early dinner. When we could check in the room was nice sized and appointed (min-fridge and microwave), but double beds (not queen) made it tough to share for 2 adults and 2 kids. Room was clean, but old. TV worked, but not great channel selection for older kids. WiFi was cumbersome to set up (have to join Hilton Honors), and you had to pay for the best connection. We went to the pool. Water was warm but cloudy and not well cleaned. No staff on site. Crowded with kids. No towels available. Went to front desk to ask for some and the clerk had a bit of an attitude about it, and only gave us 3 when we needed 4. Kids had a lot of fun in the pool. Hallways were loud early in the evening, but quited down by 9pm. Checkout was easy. Did not see the breakfast. Very close to Walmart for anything you need. Overall, good experience for the price. Not the place I would choose to go for a resort stay, but a nice place to come back to after a day of sightseeing in Philly.

People were great and friendly. Always wanting to help. Food was good. The only negative was the wall were thin, meaning you could hear the people in the hall and next room almost like they were sitting next to you.

I don’t know if this something that has to be specifically ordered or if they were expecting a tip first. As a business traveler, I shouldn’t have to wasted my time requesting housekeeping services. The room lighting is harsh daylight white and not relaxing. Makes you want to not spend any time in the room. Because of these issues, I probably wil not choose this location for future visits to the area.

Everyone was very nice. The pool desperately needed to be cleaned. Our room needed a good mopping in the bathroom and the air conditioning did not transfer from the living room to the bedroom unless the doors were open. It served its purpose but I wouldn’t call it luxury like what Hilton is going for with its Double Tree line.

Air conditioning has a motion detector and the room got hot in the middle of the night and after being out all day to come back late at night to a room of 82° sucks. I called the front desk and the maintenance guy told me about the motion dectectors.

Our stay was great with no issues until we checked out. I had soon after received a charge of over $100 for an apparent "stolen custom tray". After not only accusing my guest and I of theft, the manager told me she was not able to check the cameras until the following week because of a photoshoot coming up. People were great and friendly. Always wanting to help. Food was good. The only negative was the wall were thin, meaning you could hear the people in the hall and next room almost like they were sitting next to you.

In my line of work, I stayed in a lot of hotels. Hands down this one takes the cake for the best customer service. Was greeted by a gentleman who cared about how my day was going and took time to place a chocolate chip in a microwave to hand me a warm cookie. It's the little things people. At night when I needed something, he went as far as saying the hotel did not have any at the moment but quickly offered to run to Walmart to get it for me. You dont see that a lot. My room was exceptionally clean and spacious.

Upon arrival the staff at the front desk were rude. I gave them my information and asked a few questions regarding the hotel. The guy gave an attitude with his answers, as if he hated his job. The hotel is undergoing a lot of renovations so be prepared to walk or have to drive to your room. The room was very nice and clean, so that’s a positive. I called down to the front desk for pillows the second day and it took me calling again 8 hours later for them to say they forgot, again with the attitude. The pool was by the lobby which isn’t anywhere near the guest rooms so be prepared to walk. The indoor pool area was so steamy you could hardly see, was freezing and dirty with used towels and trash laying all around the pool. The second day we were there the entire area where the rooms were smelled like weed. I complained for as I am asthmatic and was told in an email by management that it was not allowed but they can’t stop others from smoking so pretty much they ignored my complaint. The hotel was also very noisy with kids running up and down the hallways all night. Overall while the room was nice, I wouldn’t personally ever stay there again. You pay way too much to deal with attitudes from the staff and management.

While the staff at the hotel was extremely nice. At check in I asked several questions that they were not able to answer. I asked for a room upgrade and was told that all the rooms were the exact same. We were traveling with our grandchildren and needed to use the pullout sofa, which was heavily soiled and extremely uncomfortable. Lastly, the depicted hotel online does not mimic what I saw. Grateful that my family was able to adjust and adapt.

When we arrived we waited almost 20 minutes to get checked in because they were unsure what rooms were available which seemed very strange they blamed it on people not checking out properly but if the room got cleaned would they not know what was available. The elevator was under construction which was not a big deal but in the stairway there was blood drops on the floor. They told us the pool was open till 10pm but around 730 we had just gotten in the pool and someone came in and said we needed to get out so they could put more chemicals in the pool and it needed to be unoccupied for 20 minutes. This could have been done when you close down the pool or maybe a schedule of when it is being treated needs to be up somewhere or guest told at check in. Also paid extra for the continental breakfast but the lady serving it had no idea that we had already pre paid and I now see a charge from the hotel where they charged us over $20 a piece for some bacon and eggs. Overall I was disappointed The room was a good size for our family and that was about the only thing I was happy with.

This would have been a perfect stay. But for some reason the young guy at the front desk decided to give a key to someone for my room that wasn’t on the reservation or even authorized to get a key. I was expecting a visitor they got lost so he gave the person a key without even asking me and not only that deactivated my key when they gave this person a key. Unheard of!!! What if I wasn’t there and they stole my stuff? Anyone can say they need a key and no one checks to see if it’s ok?? Insane. If you value privacy stay away from this place at all costs

It was Malalai Dawav's first day at the front desk. She was pleasant, positive, patient and very helpful. If she wasn't sure of an answer to a question that I asked, she assured me that she would find the answer. I shared that my son was getting married on Sunday. Unfortunately, my son and daughter-in-law was in a room that wasn't renovated. I asked the manager, Jacqueline Silva if possible, can they move to a renovated room. Jacqueline was attentive to what my needs/desires for a pleasant stay and she accommodated my son and I. She also congratulated me on their nuptials. On the day of check out Jacqueline remembered me and asked me how was our stay and how was the ceremony. It truly made me feel that she cared. What an awesome team!

The layout of the hotel was expansive. While the inner courtyards provided a gorgeous view, the downside was that it was a significant endeavor to walk to the front desk which I had to do once because my key's stopped working. While the rooms themselves were well cared for, our one trip to the pool area ended quickly. The hot tub was lukewarm and hotel staff were unable or uninterested in addressing the problem.

The property is probably very nice for a non disabled walking person but, as a disabled person it was very hard to navigate the long distances to the room from the lobby, with luggage in tow. I was not offered any assistance with getting to my room or to the far away parking. I was very underwhelmed by my stay considering the brand and price.

Overall not a bad stay. Hotel was a little dated. Entrances besides the main one aren’t slated or ramped to help get luggage inside, which was a pain. Pool was kind of gross- my kids were complaining about bugs. There was a suspicious stain on my curtains (pic below). Breakfast buffet was pretty good though. Before I had seen the place, I had already booked a second night and I’ll stop keep it- so it wasn’t awful enough to make my change my booking.

The property and rooms were Beautiful! However, the food from the REDZ restaurant was HORRIBLE! It was poorly seasoned and the portions were laughable. It was a POOR reflection of the fabulousness of the hotel itself. I ended up having to order something from an outside establishment. Other than that, it was a really beautiful stay

While staff was friendly, it seems like it was a bad day/week. Pool was closed, internet for TV was out, ants in the bathroom, broken towel holder, and they automatically added a 22% tip for a takeout order for 2 meals which is absurd. Actual suites are nice and plenty of room. It was nice and quiet too.

The hotel was renovated so everything was nice and modern. The food at the Redz restaurant was surprisingly really good. We went for late lunch and weren’t expecting the food to be good because it was pretty empty. But it was quite tasty. There’s a nice size indoor pool. The room actually seemed like it was thoroughly clean including bathroom, shower, and sink area. There’s a full size refrigerator although no stove so you can’t cook. So that was interesting. But there’s a microwave. The room smelled fresh. Normally I’m grossed out at how stale a room can look and smell. But I wasn’t here. The carpeting in the hotel was very thick and plush throughout. The only thing that I noticed is they don’t use trash bags in the room just a bare trash can so it kind of feels weird to just put trash in. The made to order omelette, waffles and French toast made the breakfast buffet better otherwise it was pretty expensive, $18.95 per adult, $17.95 6-17 yo. Eggo pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, toast, bagel, and oatmeal packs. Overall I loved the hotel, free parking and the scenic property. There are a few restaurants nearby, Starbucks, Walmart at the main light, etc. I would definitely stay again.

I only stayed one night here, the staff was very nice. My room was huge. It had a nice living room area separate from the bedroom. They also had a nice kitchenette area as well. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and everything was stocked well. I didn’t do the breakfast buffet so I don’t know if that food was good or not. The only thing I would say I didn’t like was the restaurant Redz had very expensive drinks and they didn’t taste like any alcohol at all

My #1 complaint was the lack of definitive instructions as to how I could find my room through the maze of connecting hallways and elevators from the front desk to my room. And once I finally found my room, my key didn’t work. Then I couldn’t find a phone number to reach the hotel. That’s crap! Having accidentally found a hall phone, I called the front desk. An employee came by to test a new key. I was given a “my dog ate the homework” excuse that my original key was too close to metal or my phone… or something…I won’t return.

The room was magnificent and overall it was a great stay. I used the pool, which was the perfect temp, though a quick scan with the poll would have been helpful; some plant debris fell in. The shower was clean and comfortable and the property immaculate. We didn't use the restaurant as they closed early for dinner and we decided to eat elsewhere for breakfast. I'd definitely stay here again.
