The property LOOKS like it's being renovated. I hope it is. Something's are nicely done and upgraded like the laminate floors and dressers. Other things are seriously lacking such as the cracked tile in the bathroom, paint dripped on the floor and tracked across the floor you could see the boot tread that stepped in it! Also for a "non-smoking" property are halfway always reeked of smoke. The mattresses were too small for the bedframes and like sleeping on rocks, my back was in so much pain after just two nights. The staff was extremely friendly though. I do hope they pull everything together because it has great potential.

The elevator was broken, with doors left open on it. So had to take stairs. The breakfast was meh. Didn’t get anything because there wasn’t much and the worker was just standing there watching to make sure you didn’t take more than their limit per person on it. Toilet in our room wouldn’t flush. Thankfully my husband is handy and got it working. It got the job done for the few hours we were there though.

Staff was awesome but the building has much deferred and shotty maintenance. Our rooms tub was delaminating and they attempted to paint it, one elevator was down and the other on its last legs, doors, trim and stairways need repainting and there was a general lack of upkeep throughout as well as makeshift repairs made

Do not stay at this hotel if you are allergic to cigarette smoke. Every entry/exit is met by smokers who stand or sit right outside of the main entrance. Notifying the staff was useless even though I had to sign a document affirming that I would not smoke on the property. After using my emergency inhaler multiple times we decided to check out and move next door to a real hotel.

The hallways are hot, there’s a smell either coming from the water or the old carpets in the hallway. The tub was DISGUSTING. Chipped up paint, stopper didn’t work, the water pressure is horrible when you turn the shower on. Room could have been cleaned better

I had to change rooms twice. In the first room there was fesses marks on the toilet and toilet paper. In the second room the bathroom tub was so dirty and had mold all over the shower curtains. The last room I stayed in had a fairly clean bathroom in comparison to the others but also had random holes in the walls. I had a flight in less than 4 hrs at that point so I decided to just stay. I was shocked because of the 7 rating I would have never expected those conditions!

I bought a room here because it said nothing about allowing pets. I arrive and find out dogs are allowed on half of the floors. The shower was not what I would call clean, so I opted to not shower that day which is not something I would ever usually skip. No cable tv, just antenna channels. There was a blood stain on the bottom of my mattress. Couple of the lights didn’t work.

Hotel definitely needs an upgrade. Upon check in the hotel employee was friendly and helpful. When we got to our room the beds were not comfortable and the tub in the shower was caved in. The room wasn’t as cleaned as expected. Behind the nightstand was dusty and had old debris. It was a place to sleep but won’t be back again.

Everything was great except sleeping. Mattress is poor and needed to switch rooms. When traveling, that is utmost of importance. Need better mattress. Staff very efficient and breakfast great. Not sure i would take another chance of staying again.

First day we returned to the room at 6p.m. and there had been no maid service to the room. When I called the front desk to report it, desk clerk Amanda told me that if the "Do Not Disturb" sign was out the maid would not enter [obviously], but I said that the sign had been removed at 10:20a.m. and the maid\'s cart had been right across the hall when I left the room at 10:20a.m. that morning. Amanda hung up the phone on me, telling me that there was nothing she could do. Checkout time is 11a.m., and on day three when I went back to the room at 10a.m. to get my luggage, the key was already non-functional.

Decent place to stay, they have breakfast included which is nice but they’re weird about you taking anything back to your room from the dining area. there’s a walmart within walking distance so that was really convenient. they messed up our booking a little bit (error in their part) but Linda at the front desk was super nice and helpful !! they did however double charge me on my credit card, waiting for a refund

It was okay. Not complaining about anything except for the fact that my key wouldn’t open the door after the first night for a 5 night stay. For some reason only my fiance could get the key to work because the door lock itself was dying. Oh and the deposit fee that’s not even written on the hotels.com website. First of all, you guys need to include that information in your bio AND receipt!! I paid up front online and then when I got there they asked me for the $70 deposit fee that I still haven’t even gotten back. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t gotten my deposit fee back!! Other than that, I have no complaints. Next time I’ll use cash NO MORE keeping my card on file because then random charges start popping up ontop of that. But the staff was pretty friendly and I liked that it was a convenient location … but I will say that for breakfast, the staff should COOK the sausage links ALL THE WAY THROUGH! Not halfway! I couldn’t even eat my breakfast because I took one bite of my half ass cooked sausage and it made me want to throw up because it wasn’t cooked all the way lol Other than those few things, this place is pretty awesome for the price! Just wish they had a pool lol

Very nice hotel. We checked in in the middle of the night when all of the other hotels closer to Philadelphia told us no checking after midnight. This hotel allowed us to check-in past midnight, very clean. Beds were comfortable. The area was decent.Not too far from the interstate, so everything was okay

I really didn’t go anywhere so I don’t know what’s around town. I just needed a quiet, safe place to rest. The room was cute and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again if needed. I came over from Philadelphia while my husband is in the hospital. The hotel was only about 10-11 miles from the hospital and aside from a little traffic, it was a nice ride over the bridge to quiet and comfort. Philadelphia is loud and scary for someone from the country. So I took the ride to Jersey for some peace.

The hotel is well located, there is a walmart close, the breakfast is poor, they only offer waffles, yogurt and a little sandwich but when i went there wasn't any. The room they gave me the first time had stain sheets. Although they gave me another one the first impresion was terrble

It was okay. Not complaining about anything except for the fact that my key wouldn’t open the door after the first night for a 5 night stay. For some reason only my fiance could get the key to work because the door lock itself was dying. Oh and the deposit fee that’s not even written on the hotels.com website. First of all, you guys need to include that information in your bio AND receipt!! I paid up front online and then when I got there they asked me for the $70 deposit fee that I still haven’t even gotten back. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t gotten my deposit fee back!! Other than that, I have no complaints. Next time I’ll use cash NO MORE keeping my card on file because then random charges start popping up ontop of that. But the staff was pretty friendly and I liked that it was a convenient location … but I will say that for breakfast, the staff should COOK the sausage links ALL THE WAY THROUGH! Not halfway! I couldn’t even eat my breakfast because I took one bite of my half ass cooked sausage and it made me want to throw up because it wasn’t cooked all the way lol Other than those few things, this place is pretty awesome for the price! Just wish they had a pool lol

Pet odors throughout.No tv remoote in room. Placed on long hold on room phone call to front desk, then call dropped. Called back and phone rang and rang but clerk did not pick up. Had to physically go down to the front desk to get help. Then given a 2nd remote which itself didn't work when I got back to the room. Eggs served at breakfast are rubbery and pasty- not real food. The potatoes were undercooked. .

We stayed one night in room 317. First off the bed was horrible. It was a king but the mattress was God awful and it looked like one of those temporary beds. The springs squeaked like hell every time you moved. The shower had black mold on the ceiling. I'm not sure I'll use this hotel again.

First impression on walking in was that the lobby was very hot, about 85 degrees and I was sweating while checking in. Thankfully the room air conditioner was working ok. The major problem was that there was no Jacuzzi as shown in the hotel description. I purposely paid more for this hotel since I needed the Jacuzzi for my back. When I complained the front desk person said they hadn’t had the Jacuzzi for over five years. I asked them why was the photo in the description? He said he had no control over that. As far as I am concerned that is bait and switch and I would like a refund. Had I known that the Jacuzzi was as not there despite it being shown in the description I would not have selected this hotel. The room itself had several issues: the toilet was not secured properly to the floor and shifted around (I’m not an overweight person so it wasn’t my weight. I have installed toilets and this one was not properly installed). Also the shampoo dispenser in the shower had been knocked off the wall and was sitting on the bathroom sink area. Also in the pool area, besides the absent Jacuzzi, was a group of windows that had substantial cracks and several panels were held together with tape. I am sure that that would not be up to code particularly in a pool area. I do have photos of these items. I am requesting a refund for this stay. I am extremely dissatisfied.
