Holiday Inn South Plainfield-Piscataway by IHG

Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and a very nice gentleman taking care if it. Surrounding area had plenty of options for food. Room was comfortable.

I was placed by the housekeeping it was very noisy all night doors slamming all the time could sleep

Yes, everything was perfect.

Room was clean but had a bit of a smell to it. Bed was a bit firm for me personally. Staff the man that checked us in was very short with us and seemed to want to be anywhere but there helping us. I was asked for a card to put a $20 hold on in case of damages which I gave him. Upon check out I noticed a 100.75 charge along with the $20 I waited to see if they would both fall off after the hold time. When the $100.75 did not I called the location to see why I was charged for the room a second time to which the lady that answered hung up on me. I promptly called back she never apologized for hanging up on me and was very short and rude. She did remove the second room charge but I do not think I would ever stay at this location again.
