Overall this is a better than average property, with a quiet location, well stocked breakfast options, a dishwater, full refridgerator, and stove in our unit, and a recently upgraded lobby. Where the property falls short is attention to detail: A clock on the wall in the fitness center needs a battery, there was lukewarm water in the HOT WATER dispenser at breakfast, some of the counter surfaces in the room were not cleaned, there were stains on the couch in the room, a tear in a cushion, and the room lock was very secure as it appeared to have been tampered with. I understand there was a major storm this weekend, but not a good look when towels are in the entry way to absorb water rather than a proper water absorbing mat.

Ended up not staying. The room was not clean. There was dirt on the floor. There were black greasy looking hand marks on the trim. There was mold growing in the bathroom. The lighting outside at night is terrible. Could not find our room and trying to drag suitcases in the dark is not safe. There was not a manager on duty. They refused to give me a refund or call a manager until I was on the phone with Wyndham. Then a manager was called and a refund was issued.
