Overall hotel was okay. I would stay their again if I was in NM again. Location wasn't horrible, did see a lot of homeless not to far away but cant put that on the hotel due to it seemed like Albuquerque was full of homeless no matter where we went. It was close to a lot shopping stores, the mall, and restaurants. Apple bees being next door is truly convenient and nice. Was impressed with breakfast, did have a lot of options. The pool was nice, some wear and tear but overall nice experience. Having an outdoor pool in the middle of summer is a plus. Room was clean only negative was one of the comforters had a black stain, carpets had some stains as well, and the rooms could definitely use an update with paint and carpet in general. First hotel I stood at the had Dove shampoo and body wash.. the family loved that

Felt safe in the hotel . Check in was quick and agent was really friendly. Near freeway. Menaul street lends itself to Coronado Mall (Macy's , Cheesecake Factory) Vintage Vault Antiques, World Market. Plenty of parking , wish they had a perimeter gate around the property. An Applebee's across the parking lot . I will say there again .

check in was easy and the room itself was clean and decently sized. the breakfast was sub par and the parking was not great. The hotel pool is outside and because of the time of the year was obviously closed. The overall neighborhood was not terrible but at night we saw lots of homeless in the area

Amazing hotel! Drivable to many attractions in Albuquerque, has a parking lot extensive enough. Room was spacious with a couch and large bed. Wish the pool and hot tub would have been open.

Staff is very courteous, friendly and efficient. Albuquerque is somewhat sketchy in terms of crime and safety. The location of this hotel seemed to feel safe. Plenty of parking. It has an Applebee's across the parking lot. Layout of hotel makes it easy to load/unload even if you have a lot of stuff. Rooms clean.

Stayed at this hotel for the BalloonFiesta. It’s about 8 miles away. There’s nothing close nearby. Other than an Applebee’s in the parking lot. Area doesn’t really seem walkable. We ordered Ubers no problem. The airport shuttle was available only from 8 to 8. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was awesome, and they offered some snack trays in the afternoon which was much appreciated. Pool wa open but not heated.

Booked this place last minute. The checking process was so smooth. I got there literary 10 mins after booking and they had me in their system. Got to the reception and checked in without any issues. Parking was so easy to find and close to the entrance. I could easily see the car from my room window. Room was located right by elevator. Room AC worked perfectly. Water in shower was perfect. Slept like an angel 😇. Excellent stay!

Hotel is very nice. Great location off the interstate. Comfortable, spacious, staff great! At least we had a reservation, where 2 other hotels Expedia did not forward the reservation! We showed up & did not have a room after traveling across country!

The property was nice but in the few hours we slept our truck was broken into. Unfortunately that did not make me like the whole experience. We were even parked under a light right outside the hotel in property parking.

They were roaches in my room my hubby went and they gave us new room … the employee was cooperative but it was still and inconvenience and no apologies from hotel and or discount because we had to move everything to another room

Beds were very comfortable, room was spacious with a big couch, separate little desk area and across from that mini fridge and microwave. Liked that the sink was separate from toilet/shower area. Clean and updated. Breakfast area had natural light and was bright and spacious. Good biscuits and gravy along with lots of other choices. Would stay here again!

I was really dissatisfied with the cleannines of the hotel. The carpet was dirty it had some white reside stains. The room was really humid during the night we went from cold and then sweating. We found 2 roaches in the room. On the first morning we decided to go down for breakfast and there was a roach in the breakfast area. Needless to say we didnt go back down for the rest of our stay. I ahve pictures if they are needed of the roches that we found in our room. The wifi never worked.

Hotel staff was friendly, but the room was extremely dirty! Toenail clipping on the floor on side of bed, walked on the floor and my socks changed colors. Hair all over bathroom. Nasty, won't stay here ever again. Don't recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in pretty good shape but not in the best part of Albuquerque. Our room was two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. The beds were comfortable, but the sofa was not. The hot breakfast was excellent, and it was really nice to have facilities for washing clothes. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. If you need to stay in midtown, this is a good place to stay.

We stayed in the family suite; 2 adults and 4 kids. The bathroom was very small and the A/C unit was very noisy. The area around the hotel is a little shady. On a more positive note the staff were super friendly and the breakfast had a lot of good options.

The guys at the front were great and allowed us to check in an hour early; we’re traveling through from Texas and I didn’t factor in the time change. The area is ok, nothing the hotel can do about that. I don’t mind driving around a bit to get places. The room was great, beds were comfy - even the pullout! Was clean with plenty of plugs and great lighting. The bathroom is super tiny! Not great being a mom traveling with dad & 2 boys. The shower probably would have had great pressure if the diverter worked correctly, 1/2 the water still came out of the tub spout. There was also no ventilation so it became a steam shower in about 2 seconds. The walls are paper thin, I honestly think the hotel industry does that on purpose. Otherwise, it was pretty quiet. The breakfast area is real small and became too crowded too fast. I opted to skip breakfast but dad and one of the boys ate the hot breakfast and were happy. The other son opted for a muffin and yogurt. No complaints out of the 3 guys so, this mom is happy. Overall, one of the best stays I’ve had anywhere in a while. We’ll stay here again.

The guy at the front desk was very nice, but the place smelled awful. The room smelled bad (bathroom smell). There were feces stains on the toilet seat and the toilet was clogged. I called and let them know, I had already cleaned it because I had Lysol wipes. The front desk guy apologized and sent the cleaning lady came and unclogged the toilet , but nothing else was offered.

terrible place, rudde manager, would not allow me to check-in because my id was on my phone, which is not unusual. wanted me to pay additional $100.00 deposit and still wouldn't let me check in. told me that holiday inn doesn't allow any albuquerque residents to check-in and stay at holiday inn, which is crap. i will never ever book holiday inn again and will make sure none of my friends do

This was a horrible experience. They were upset we booked through Expedia and treated us horribly the whole time. Gave us a room right next to the pantry where breakfast is served. After midnight both nights workers would go in to the pantry, talk loudly and bang these around knowing it was right by where our bed was. We barely slept as the employees were constantly waking us up. The room was clean. Completely treated badly because we booked on a third party app

The person working during check-in didn't have the best attitude when I asked questions. Upon check-out, tried asking for a receipt, worker acted annoyed and said it will be available via Expedia. When did it become impossible to print a receipt at check-out?

Great place to stay at. The room was spacious and very clean. Access off the I40 was easy and there was plenty of parking. Front desk was friendly and attentive. The baby crib (metal bar not a pack n play) was clean and easy to use.

Overall hotel was okay. I would stay their again if I was in NM again. Location wasn't horrible, did see a lot of homeless not to far away but cant put that on the hotel due to it seemed like Albuquerque was full of homeless no matter where we went. It was close to a lot shopping stores, the mall, and restaurants. Apple bees being next door is truly convenient and nice. Was impressed with breakfast, did have a lot of options. The pool was nice, some wear and tear but overall nice experience. Having an outdoor pool in the middle of summer is a plus. Room was clean only negative was one of the comforters had a black stain, carpets had some stains as well, and the rooms could definitely use an update with paint and carpet in general. First hotel I stood at the had Dove shampoo and body wash.. the family loved that

The hotel is in pretty good shape but not in the best part of Albuquerque. Our room was two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. The beds were comfortable, but the sofa was not. The hot breakfast was excellent, and it was really nice to have facilities for washing clothes. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. If you need to stay in midtown, this is a good place to stay.

Felt safe in the hotel . Check in was quick and agent was really friendly. Near freeway. Menaul street lends itself to Coronado Mall (Macy's , Cheesecake Factory) Vintage Vault Antiques, World Market. Plenty of parking , wish they had a perimeter gate around the property. An Applebee's across the parking lot . I will say there again .

check in was easy and the room itself was clean and decently sized. the breakfast was sub par and the parking was not great. The hotel pool is outside and because of the time of the year was obviously closed. The overall neighborhood was not terrible but at night we saw lots of homeless in the area

The inside and grounds of property were very well maintained. Not much traffic noise. There are a lot of homeless people in the area and around the immediate property grounds. Check in was fast and easy, staff was friendly, room was clean and bed was extremely comfortable.

Room was clean, organized for comfort. Shower was easy to operate & had grab bar. Room also had a refrigerator. Heater& AC were easy to adjust. Breakfast was nutritious, lots of options. There was always a clean table available. Coffee was delicious. Check-in & out were quick & easy.

I was in a first floor room. The blackout shade wasn’t great. There was light coming through my window and around the door, which, along with someone talking in the parking lot, woke me up. The toilet was a little dirty, and the bathroom mirror light was really dim. I was disappointed for it being a Holiday Inn. I should have asked to move upstairs.

Very clean! Beds were not overly comfortable though. None of us slept very well. Breakfast was lackluster biscuits were overcooked and cinnamon roll was stale. but there was plenty of everything and the dining area was comfortable.
