Homewood Suites by Hilton Albuquerque Airport

Room was clean....breakfast was decent. Property could use some updating. Had to pay for parking now.....kind of a nuisance.

I had called ahead to clarify correct method of payment and amount, then at my arrival, the front desk lady (there were 2) but the one that helped us was rude and not so helpful. And I was given a different amount and payment method info. 😏 As for our room…I’m not sure if the bed had proper fitting sheets, they barely covered the mattress, the fan was only on high in our room and could not be adjusted, we tried to open the windows to let in fresh air but they were very hard to open. The light in the doorway as you enter kept flickering and the light in the kitchen didn’t work. There was no fan in the restroom so it got stuffy right away after we showered. The room itself was clean but I feel for the price I paid it could have been better. I’d give it a 5/10 rating. 😏

We loved the size of this room and will be book here again when visiting Albuquerque again.

The couch had a big stain on it . The staff was not friendly.
