They are in the process of remoneling the entire place. A bit noisy but usually doesn't start until about 8AM. Lots of dust outside from old plaster board and concrete removal. Room was clean. I booked for the convenience, near airport but remember to call hotel for a shuttle to pick you up. It will be a big upgrade when its done.

Very helpful at the front desk. Accommodated our request for 1st floor room. Totally reasonable price for having our small dog! We were able to park our car in their lot for our 2-week vacation at a very reasonable rate. And they offer airport pick-up upon our return. Excellent overall service. We will return again for future airline trips. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay.

We didn't end up staying here after seeing the dirty condition of the room. There was a large clump of hair in the bed sheets and it did not look like the bed sheets had been changed. The room wreaked of stale cigarette smoke, and we had requested a non-smoking room.

The entire room was dirty, it smelt bad, the sheets and a towel had blood stains. When i went to go get a refund for the room, it was reject on basis of "we used the room". 30 minutes had passed and all we did was move the sheets and wash our hands.

We returned from a trip that lasted about 24 hours of airline travel. We walked into the room and it did not smell good and was very unclean. The carpet had stains and the bathroom was filthy. We were afraid if we stayed there we would pick up something like bed bugs. We turned around and left and handed the room key to the desk clerk. Then we drove 3 hours home arriving at 2:30 am. We should be refunded our money. Thank you, Anne Vickrey

I was dissappointed in the fact the inn was a motel not hotel. The picture online was deceiving. It looked like a hotel but one had to drive to the back of the building and the door to your room was outside. In my book, thats a motel. I nomally stay at the holiday inn express. Their rooms you enter through the lobby with your room enteance indoors. I have an issue with the window being next to the door when it is an outdoor entrance to your room.

Room door had an issue with closing and locking. Called the front desk and the woman clerk was doing the best she could but her manager was rude. He made me feel guilty for not wanting to stay in an unsafe room. No apolgies for a broken door and was instead treated like I broke it when we just got to the room! He offered no accommodations or solutions once the door began "working" again. He continuously showed annoyance at us for even wanting to switch rooms and instead pressured us to stay in the room because the door started locking again. A/C was terrible and our room stayed humid the entire stay. Will not be coming back and I am telling everyone to stay away!

When we arrived there was no one for check-in. Waited about 15 minutes. Was told, they went to pick someone up. I came to understand there was only one person and that person had to shuttle the person from the airport. Congrats to this girl for doing it all. She checked us in quick and friendly. Management needs to do better to help staff like this.

The hotel isn't new hence there is obvious wear and tear but the rooms are clean and have very comfortable beds, good working air conditioner, hot water and good TV with plenty of channels. Not the greatest neighborhood around and only a couple of places to eat at. Breakfast is good but no bacon or sausage and the hard boiled eggs get eaten fast so eat early. Especially since it's only until 9 AM.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The room was clean and spacious with an excellent desk for working on our computer or having a bite to eat. My GPS did not identify all of the eating possibilities that are within walking distance. It is close to the airport, but I don't recall any jet noise. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I was very disappointed they did not have their hot breakfast. They are remodeling and only had grab and go breakfast. The hotel definitely needs some upgrades. The curtains have holes in them and the bathroom tiles are cracked throughout the bathroom.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I was very disappointed they did not have their hot breakfast. They are remodeling and only had grab and go breakfast. The hotel definitely needs some upgrades. The curtains have holes in them and the bathroom tiles are cracked throughout the bathroom.

I wish I would have known they were remodeling the entrance and check in area and also the breakfast area. The food they had was good but u had to warm it up and put items in a bag. It was a bag and go breakfast

It was perfect for a one-night near airport stay. The beds were comfortable, room clean, lobby very well kept, and complimentary breakfast better than some. Seemed to be managed well.

Nice rooms, the beds are comfy but watch out for the tables next to the beds.The corners to the table that holds the alarm clock is right next to your head.You can easily bump your head on that corner table.it is not safe for anyone especially my child.Restroom is very small and smells like pee in the showers.The price should be Red Roof inn price in my opinion.

A little loud as it's next to a busy road, but if you need a quick stay in a clean, comfortable room before a flight, it's perfect. Helpful staff, as well.

Unfortunately our room was extremely loud. The street noise contained throughout the night, and got louder and louder as early as 4 am. So better door insulation would have helped.

The hotel was ok. The thing that ruined it for me was apparently they didn’t change out the towels. I took a shower a started to dry off and a bunch of hair fell out on the floor. It was like the towel was used to over someone having a haircut. Grossed me out completely.
