The property had many amenities broken or awaiting repair. Surrounding the rooms, the exterior of the building was very dark. The room itself had a mildew smell and cold. Once I turned on the heater it was not only very loud it threw a little bit of smoke out of it enough to where I was quite nervous the smoke alarm was going to go off. The only ice machine was broken.

Although an older property, they are doing many renovations and it was nice. Pool was clean and inviting. Appreciated walking to Denny's for a late night meal. No transiants or panhandlers!!

Didn’t see hotel sign until you walked in the lobby to ask if you were in the correct place. Bed was comfortable. For being a remodeled older building room was okay. Door to room was hard to open and was stuck at times. Refrigerator was gone. It was alright for one night just passing through.

Would not recommend this at all. Does not look like the pictures online at all. Room was disgusting and dirty, full of dirt and dust, linens were dirty. Sketchy people hanging out here, trash left outside and smelled like marijuana smoke. Would not stay here.

Room felt unclean, hair literally stuck to the ceiling. Paper thin walls, can hear your neighbors TV as clear as day. Definitely, get what you paid for. Lesson learnt.

This property is in dire need of updating and cleaning. The visible mold on the ceiling is unacceptable and unhealthy. The room was so humid my books were curling and are now permanently damaged. I feel I should get at least part of my money spent back because this was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying at.

This was the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The floor was dirty with dust bunnies and dead bugs, the room smelled like a nursing home, the bathroom had a musty smell (there was also no ventilation), and I’m almost positive the bathroom has mold. The family felt terrible during our stay and felt better as soon as we were gone for more than a few hours. It was a last minute balloon fiesta booking so I’m blame myself for not planning better.

The room had not been cleaned in a long time. Food crumbs, pieces of candy, and a food wrapper were left along the baseboards and under the bed. A small bug was in the folded towels. Strands of someone's hair were on the pillow case. The TV and refrigerator were plugged into an outlet splitter without a circuit breaker, which is a fire hazard. I notified the front desk clerk and she was concerned about the insect in the towels. I can not recommend this hotel to anyone unless their staff puts substantial effort into cleaning and fire safety.

Woke up with bites all over and a body casing from bed bugs in the bed. Manager obly ever offered a $7 discount for the inconvenience - which didn't even come close to covering the cost of laundry and cleaning to make sure we didn't bring the bed bugs with us on the rest of our trip. Very disappointed. Would not recommend at all.

It was cool for a 1 nite stay. Room looked clean enough. Had a fridge and a decent shower. Drapes didn't cover the entire window and one of the lamps didn't work, but not a bad stay for the price. They accommodated my group with a late check out.

What I liked about it was it smelled fresh as you first entered the room. What I didn't like was the bathtub was too high for the shower head & I had to bend my knees to wet my hair and the water pressure was way too minimal (it didn't feel like I was wrong my body).

this was the noisiest room I've ever stayed in. when the air conditioner/heater came on, it sounded like it was raining in the room. it was eo noisy. the floor was dirty. the shower head was gross. the room was large and could have had a nice chair to sit on, but didnt. the hotel was remodeling, but they missed this room. will be canceling my return trip here.

Booked an accessible room. Checked in, transferred luggage into the room, then realized that it was not an accessible room. Texted the office as a reply to their welcome text, and waited 20 minutes, no response. I went back to the office and explained the situation to the hotel personnel. He then told me that the room I had booked was removed from service earlier that morning. There was no attempt to contact me, and he did not reveal the situation when I was checking in. So he had to issue me a refund and I had to load everything back into my car, and find another hotel. Not happy!

I’m not one to usually write reviews but this one was bad. Switched rooms three times from how disgusting they were. Took the front desk staff 15 minutes to show up even after the maintenance person called them to let them know I was there. Trash bags strung across the property. Overall just disgusting.

Just not what we expected from a La Quinta. The staff was not friendly at all, the room had dead weeds in it (obviously not cleaned if there are old weeds in it). The comforter was white with several stains on it. We came down about 15 min before breakfast was supposed to be over and it was already packed up. There was a man that walked by our room several times asking if we "had anything". There were really loud guests on one side of us that were some construction workers with like 5 in the room. They were drinking and yelling most of the night. When getting there you have to sign something saying that you have 20 min from the time they give you the room key to cancel because the room is not acceptable so they know that the place is not that great. If you are stating there a night and need a cheaper room its not horrible but it reminds me of a run down motel more than La Quinta and the picture on the reservation pages are not even close to what you will get.

There was construction, outdated rooms. The curtains did not close all the way. The breakfast was not good. There was no protein for those that can’t eat a bunch of sugar and carbs.

The floor was filthy my wife put socks on because she was so grossed out by the floor and afterwards her socks were Brown and filthy I would never stay there again we went down for breakfast at 9:45 a.m. and was told breakfast ended at 9:00 a.m. so we got no breakfast will never stay there again

The surrounding area was safe and quiet, which is a big deal in Albuquerque The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the floors were filthy. I couldn’t walk around without shoes because my feet would get black. The drain in the bathtub took about 10 minutes to drain. I was there 6 nights but never had my room refreshed- I guess you have to request this. Breakfast was sufficient. I enjoyed the weekend biscuits and gravy. The Dennys in the parking lot was great.

None of their Breakfast amenities worked (microwave was broken, hot water was luke warm, and their juice dispensers were fakes and didn't even dispense) For the room itself the shower was leaky. And would shoot out in multiple directions. Otherwise the room was great and I liked that it was very quiet. A good place to go for two, but not for a big family you need to feed.

Room was ok for price and one night stay. Refrigerator did not work, bathroom exhaust fan have so much dirt that it won't work. No bathroom exhaust so mold was created in the ceiling. Door lock got stock everytime. Ok for one night stay.

Good location but didn’t like the fact that it looked like a construction site. Breakfast isn’t that great there was only a waffle maker boiled eggs cereal and bread and of course coffee and juice. Also keep in mind that you have to put a 100$ deposit down for the room ours didn’t get back to us until 5 days later not including the weekends

We didn't even stay there. The front desk person saw us and the first thing out of her mouth was there's a $100 deposit credit card only. I told her the room was paid in advance and no deposit was mentioned in any of there messages or in they're important information before checking in. She was very rude I told my husband that I didn't care if we lose our key cash credit we're not staying here.

I checked in around 7P.M. I didn't go to the room right away cause I was waiting for my wife and kids to come from out of town. She didn't make it into town till early next morning and we went to hotel. Walked into the room and it was thrashed from previous tenants. Went to front desk to complain to them. Because I checked in the previous night, they swore we stayed in room while I was providing text showing that my wife was having issues getting to town and not arriving till 4A.M. The front desk was completely rude and did not want to check cameras, but swore we stayed. I wanted a full refund for all nights, but they only gave a refund for three nights. We did not stay there.
