SureStay Hotel by Best Western Albuquerque Midtown

We stayed two nights. Both days the shower was freezing cold. The second day we had to go to our friends hotel to shower cause we needed a warm shower. Also the parking doesn’t have enough parking spaces for all the rooms. One of the night we had to squeeze into a parking cause they second night we had to park down the street and walk to the hotel.

Fridge ran super loud even though we're right next to the highway. Floors had sticky spots. You know they dont mop. Im a cleaning lady, and even i know a good smelling fresh floor. Also, get some firm pillows. No one likes those squishy pillows.

Honestly room had a bunch of hair and dead bugs in bathroom. A dirty sock in the dressers

Friendly staff. Room has been refreshed and very clean. Breakfast could be a bit better, but there was variety.

Everything is what I expected.
