It said there was a pool we were told it had been being worked on for 3-4 months. The first room we were in the toilet didn’t flush. The next room we had trouble getting the air conditioning to work. It was 90 degrees out . We finally got it working but it rattled all night. The breakfast was okay

The area around the property was quiet. The photos show a hot tub, but it was covered and not accessible. The pool was nice. There is a Target and Albertsons within walking distance. The staff were accommodating. Breakfast was lacking and the walls were so thin I could hear a clear conversation from another room in the middle of the night. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would book it again.

The staff here was friendly and attentive. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s not fancy but it had a fridge and microwave and the room was larger than expected. The pool was small but just enough for a couple kids to burn off the remainder of their energy before bed, and the best part was that it was open from 8am-10pm!! The only complaint was that there wasn’t a gluten free option for the breakfast, but the kids enjoyed their waffle making station! The hotel is also next to a target so that was a plus for me! It was quieter than I expected being on a pretty major thoroughfare and we all sleep great! Would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was granola bars and cereal when I had called ahead to see what was on the breakfast menu and was assured that it was a full breakfast menu. The parking lot did not make me feel safe even though it was small. When I booked the reservation, I did not realize that we would have to walk across the parking lot to go from our room to the swimming pool.

I liked that there was 2 bathrooms and 2 tv's. It made it convenient to entertain the kids and because there are 5 of us 2 bathrooms also very convenient. One of the tv's had no signal when we first arrived but it was addressed and remedied immediately by the front desk. The couch was really stained could use a cleaning but the beds were comfortable and the ac worked. There is a pool but no hot tub as advertised. Breakfast was ok, I had to ask for things to be refilled although we were the only family present in the dining room. Also there wasn't a savory option for breakfast no toast or bagel. Cereal, waffles, pastries and bananas were available. Our stay was pleasant the one night we stayed.

I reserved a room with two queen beds I was given a room with two doubles just to look at the room it was clean. The next morning I was brushing my hair noticed something that fell off of my hair and stuck on my sweater I knocked it onto the lavatory took a picture looked it up it was a bedbug. The staff seemed very complacent I was told 1/2 of my money would be returned, it was not.The clerk emailed a copy of the invoice that was supposed to reflect the refund, it did not. I had to throw away my luggage and clothing for fear of bringing any unwelcome guests home with me.

This was nasty to say the least. Bugs on the sheets that I doubt had been taken off from last guests. Food under the bed spider webs and dust everywhere, dirt build up against everything on the floor in the bathroom, shower head was filled with build up. One of my kids woke up with a rash that he still has 4 days now. I was there so my youngest could get surgery and was supposed to stay close to hospital for post op paid for 3 nights but left at 1.5 (was at hospital most of that time) once seen something move on the floor I packed up and left! lost out on $100+. Single mom with 3 kids so thought this was a good choice I was so wrong!! Will gladly upload pictures!

Its not the Hilton, my first disappointment was the provided beakfast was without any eggs. They charged for a couple paper plates to reheat some food in the microwave in the room. No furniture in the room that had drawers to put your belongings in. It was just basic convenience for us to visit a 95 year old. I most likely will not opt for another Days Inn stay.

Very nice staff- Spacious and clean suite that was very comfortable. The breakfast was kinda sad- weak weak coffee and only fruit loops, Raisin Bran, waffles and bananas. Not the most options for a breakfast. The location was great for Rio rancho events center. The area felt safe. Nice people working there and staying at hotel we’re all friendly people.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for one night while on our way from Colorado back to Texas. I give it three stars because the experience started out very poorly but got better due to the staff's assistance. When we initially checked into our room (208), the room was extremely hot because the A/C had not been on all day and it had been a hot day (we came to find out that they do not run the window A/C units in the rooms when there is no guest because it costs too much money). We were also tired from being on the road, so we wanted to just go to sleep. Unfortunately, the room wouldn't cool down, so we let the manager know, and he switched us to a different room on the other side of the property (226). Fortunately, the A/C worked in this room and we were able to get some sleep. I will give due credit to the the staff because they worked with us and gave us a new room where the A/C was working better, and they did sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that we experienced. If you are considering staying at this property in the hot summer months, I would recommend to check in early in order to let your room cool down sufficiently.

Great place for the price! I was pleasantly surprised. While I typically stay and am a member of the Hilton line of hotels, you cant beat the price on this one. Clean, no-frills room with a very comfy bed, and microwave/tv/mini-fridge. Worked out just right for me.

I stay (or used to) 10-15 days a year here for business. Not again. The shower was not usable- it had only all the way ice cold or all the way piping hot- attempting to adjust the temp would make a noise like the pipes were bursting, so no shower on day 1 of my work. This is fine- things happen- but I first told the desk guy at 6:30 AM, he assured me I was wrong, I asked for it to be checked and updated during the day. Nobody called. I called them at 3 PM and asked for an update, they said it was fine, that "housekeeping tried it" and it worked fine. Hmm. I got back from work at 9:30 PM to find it was indeed NOT fine. I went back to the desk. They insisted that it was fine. AS IF I NEVER USED A SHOWER IN MY LIFE. I asked the guy to take two minutes to come to the room and show him. He refused. He then said if I didn't like the shower I could try another room. That would have been a great solution MUCH earlier. I did indeed finally get a room switch, where the shower worked just fine. I CANNOT BELIEVE they just sat there and tried to gaslight me for an entire day, as if I was an idiot. I'd really have expected some explanation or apology, or-gasp- some discount on an usuable room for one night- once an actual competent staff member checked out my original room's shower, but of course got none. Really, really angry about this "customer service". Ugh ugh ugh. Not many other choices in RR, but avoid this one.

I give it three stars because the experience started out very poorly but got better due to the staff's assistance. When we initially checked into our room (208), the room was extremely hot because the A/C had not been on all day and it had been a hot day (we came to find out that they do not run the window A/C units in the rooms when there is no guest because it costs too much money). We were also tired from being on the road, so we wanted to just go to sleep. Unfortunately, the room wouldn't cool down, so we let the manager know, and he switched us to a different room on the other side of the property (226). Fortunately, the A/C worked in this room and we were able to get some sleep. I will give due credit to the the staff because they worked with us and gave us a new room where the A/C was working better, and they did sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that we experienced. If you are considering staying at this property in the hot summer months, I would recommend to check in early in order to let your room cool down sufficiently.

We have stayed here several times over the last few years. The property needs a little updating (especially the shower heads) but all in all it is a good place to stay. The office staff were very friendly and helpful.

Quick and easy check-in! Gentleman working night audit was super friendly and nice to deal with. All of my questions were answered within moments and we were on our way to our room, which was clean and quite comfortable!

Everything is old and outdated. It was clean, if you’re short. Look closer and it’s dusty. When we checked in the was no heat in the room and it was cold. One of the beds had a huge dip in the middle and was so uncomfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was unfriendly and rude. He gave zero greeting and didn’t even look at us will checking us in.

Room is clean. Heat and air conditioning work well and there is plenty of hot water for the bath. You can park your car right outside your door and it is quiet. There is a strip mall right next to the motel with Target and a large grocery store with some eatery’s etc. and 2 gas stations nearby.

Very nice staff- Spacious and clean suite that was very comfortable. The breakfast was kinda sad- weak weak coffee and only fruit loops, Raisin Bran, waffles and bananas. Not the most options for a breakfast. The location was great for Rio rancho events center. The area felt safe. Nice people working there and staying at hotel we’re all friendly people.

Nothing fancy, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, shower had good water pressure, and everything worked. There was no protein or fruit for breakfast, just waffles, granola bars, and cinnamon buns.

It was alright. I went to get breakfast at 9:05 and there was literally nothing still set out. If you want eat breakfast, be there well before 9 AM.

Its not the Hilton, my first disappointment was the provided beakfast was without any eggs. They charged for a couple paper plates to reheat some food in the microwave in the room. No furniture in the room that had drawers to put your belongings in. It was just basic convenience for us to visit a 95 year old. I most likely will not opt for another Days Inn stay.

Not a “breakfast “ just some packaged danish and juice machine Waffle Maker and no butter. Cereals (choice from 2), but you have to ask for milk. Disappointing, especially when the quality inn up the street has a real breakfast. Only good thing is they don’t put $150 hold on the card for incidentals

The room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed there because it was close to Sandoval Regional Hospital, and my husband was having surgery and since we lived over 80 miles away it was very convenient. We were able to really relax and prep before surgery was easy because there were enough clean towels. Since you have to shower the night before and then again prior to arriving at the hospital and you cannot reuse towels and wash cloths. The bed was very comfortable and has lots of pillows(yeah). His prior surgery we stayed at another near by hotel and were not as happy. You will definitely be satisfied if you choose this hotel.
