Everything was dirty. The moment we walked into the hotel it had a strange stench the floors in lobby, halls and elevator were filthy. When we got into the room the bath towels had brown stains and the door and pictures and mirrors had something spattered or spilt on them and finger prints EVERYWHERE. The outside doors were not securely locked and sticky people in the parking lot. We will not be staying here again

My trip was not pleasant. From free wi-fi not being free to luggage carts too hard to handle. The doors were too difficult to manage. Amenities were below expectations. There was shampoo but no conditioner, no access to a blow dryer. A complementary breakfast of packaged muffins and granola bars. The curtains when closed had a small gap that made me feel unsafe.

We always stay there and all the other rooms we have stayed in was great. But I dont if how went to pay for the room, caused us to have that room or what. The bathroom door, you had to lift up on the doorknob and pull it to close it. The vent in the bathroom was busted up pretty good. The internet was always free and we had to pay for it this time. We will stay there again. I would complain to my son and he always said where else can you find a place that has a kitchenette and at a convenient area and price and no bugs. So we dealt with everything to make it through. The people that work there are nice and we feel safe there. We were just a little disppointed this time we stayed.

Hotel needs a total remodel. Carpets were stained and dirty. Rear entrance door lock did not work. Room smelled. Over priced for the quality of the hotel. The staff were excellent and friendly.

I had recommended thus hotel for our short stay to see the Balloon festival. My sister and her BF got to the hotel and were told that they room was canceled, they reserved days in advance and had a confirmation #. We had friends coming from Spain and they got to experience that plus upon arrival one of my guests needed to use the restroom and there is no restroom in the lobby. Plus no coffee. .

DO NOT agree to stay in room 101! It’s the loudest room that I have ever stayed in. It boarders the double set of doors to the outside that are the main access. People are going in and out constantly. No sleep for you. They advertise a free breakfast, but only offered tiny, pre-packaged muffins. They were terrible and hardly constitutes breakfast. Also, the carpet in the room was in terrible shape and covered in stains and tears. It was cleanish but housekeeping doesn’t come every day. You have to take out your own trash. They ran out of coffee more than once, and once ran out of creamer. Running out of coffee is just unacceptable. We paid an exorbitant amount due to Balloon Fiesta. If you can stay somewhere else, then you probably should.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, and I've been in lots of countries. The hotel reeked of marijuana when I entered, had sticky spots everywhere on the floor, had a broken exterior lock and a broken lock on the bathroom door. There were 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. The stove was broken, a shelf in the fridge was broken. A shelf in the closet was broken. I was told that there was actually no complimentary breakfast even though the website said there was. The AC unit was loud and raspy. The pillows were about 3/4 inch thick. When these issues were brought to the attention of the office, they simply said I needed to talk to the general manager, who wasn't there. I agreed to stay another night (much to my wife's dismay) if they would allow me to check out after that and not charge me for the other booked nights. Instead, when I returned home, I found that they charged me for all 5 nights. This is the worst hotel ever.

The room was clean, service was acceptable when we needed a bathroom sink unplugged. However, as a whole, the hotel lacked all of the things it claimed to offer. A coffee pot was not available for our room, when we asked for glasses or mugs for our room those also were not available. We were given plastic cups and told if we needed more we could come back. Paper cups were not readily available for the coffee provided with breakfast (no other kind offered), when we asked for cups on our first morning (assuming they had just run out and not noticed), we were told they would need to see if they had any cups that day. It was an odd response. They did produce 5 paper cups and there were 3 of us. It’s a budget hotel, however it felt like the hotel was cutting corners by not having few advertised amenities available.

I booked 3 rooms for a week. One room was not clean upon check in. Another room was provided but had what looked like blood stains on the mattress and bedding. The hotel was out of toilet paper so we had to provide our own. There was a transient who was camped in the stairway and the elevator did not work. On the second day the washers to the facility did not work so no clean linen for the rest of the week. Continental breakfast was a granola bar.

We were disappointed - the room states small kitchen - but cabinets were empty - no dishes, no cups, no silverware. We were told we need to ask for plate settings - when we requested plate settings, I was told they were all being used. We stayed a week & was told they were short staffed & we couldn’t get our room cleaned, if we needed clean towels we had to bring ours down to exchange for clean ones. We will not stay here again.

Room smelled of mildew and cigarettes. Killed 6 roaches in a 36 hr period. Slept in my car one night and just used shower. Police were there twice during my stay and I maybe was at the property for 7 total hours of my 36 hr stay. This property needs to be condemned.

This location was very dirty. Looked like there was no pride in the cleanliness. The remote, the phone, the refrigerator, walls, floors were all disgusting! The flooring looks new, so I thought it was probably the cleanest part of the whole room, but the bottom of my daughters feet were black from walking around barefoot. I, in good conscience, could not even sleep under the blankets on the bed. We stayed for 5 days and not once did housekeeping come in to take out trash or check on towels or toilet paper! We will not be staying here again!

Expedia shows "breakfast included"- they do not offer breakfast. The hotel is "no smoking" the entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke. No dishes/cookware in the kitchenettes whatsoever. Not worth the price.

Room was advertised as non-smoking but it reaked of old stale smoke—really smelled bad. Bathroom sink & shower drains were slow/backed up; there was hair & debris around sink & in sink handle; caulking/seal around shower was coming undone & a cockroach crawled out; shower faucet leaked; the floor was dirty under the desk/TV and had not been swept as there was old hair/crumbs. Too expensive for a stinky filthy room. When I told the front desk, said would look into it snd see if a refund or discount could be given but never followed up as said to me. Also I could not switch rooms due to being fully booked due to major event in the city. This was not a smoke free room & I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke. I booked this online third party—I will not stay here again. I got jibbed.

The room seemed fine, it was spacious. But within 3 hours of our stay, we found 3 cockroaches in 3 different areas. The sink in the kitchen was clogged and oily ... hence the cockroaches. They say "breakfast" is provided, but it was just packets of oatmeal on our day. They should just say "no free breakfast," with coffee/tea so travelers can be prepared to make arrangements. We needed a hairdryer, they ran out of them :(

Second time we’ve stayed here. We really like the location and the rooms are pretty clean. This time the a/c in our room wasn’t working and it was very uncomfortable. Overall the staff was friendly, the room was clean and it’s in a nice area.
Second time we’ve stayed here. We really like the location and the rooms are pretty clean. This time the a/c in our room wasn’t working and it was very uncomfortable. Overall the staff was friendly, the room was clean and it’s in a nice area.

We checked in, used the restroom, washed our hands in the sink and it didn’t drain at all. We went to an event that went well over 5 hours and when we came back all the water was still sitting in the sink. Had to fix my hair before our event and was such a hazard because the mirror in the restroom was ideal to use but with a sink full of water if I had any mishaps or accidents it would’ve fell straight into the sink full of water and possibly electrocuted me. We called and they said maintenance would “check on it tomorrow” well, we were only staying one night. Hopefully they don’t charge me for anything that wasn’t my fault. Was super inconvenient to have to wash our hands in the kitchenettes sink. We checked out the next morning and the water was still sitting in the sink. By the way that was room 212. Beware. You literally get what you pay for. Breakfast is a joke as well.

The door lock was defective and I sought help 4 times at the front desk. Finally asked to talk to the manager who proceeded to blame me for clearing the card that I held in my hand. Manager finally came to the door and showed that the door in fact did not work correctly but if you swipe just the tip quickly a half a dozen times it would eventually work. Took 32 tries on New Years morning to open the door - I had not been drinking. Alarm clock was broken and never replaced. Phone did not work but was eventually fixed. Window could not be shut. Found this after a very chilly night froze the room. I did not open the window it was left that way assuming by the maids. Candies on the floor from previous occupant. Pillows were very hard requiring me to go buy some I could sleep on. The good: The hotel was quiet and I was OK with the beds. Outside grounds were clean. Parking was on the tight side, but occupants were careful and did not scrape the doors despite the tight spots.

There was no AC in the room and front desk said they could not do anything because they were booked out, didnt even send anyone to fix the unit either. Said they couldnt give a discount nothing because we didnt book through them. This is frustrating. Wouldnt recommened this hotel!

When we checked in, staff weren’t very helpful. When we asked for a different room since the tv remote wouldn’t , we were denied. The tv remote wouldn’t work. Carpets dirty. Furniture was old.

We paid for our room in advance and when we arrived, we were told it wasn't available (they overbooked). We were given two rooms but that split the family up for the night. With a minor, having to figure out sleeping arrangements at 1am was something we planned to avoid by PAYING FOR THE ROOM AHEAD OF TIME!

It was horrible. Tried to check in at 3:20pm, they said it would be another 45 minutes because they were behind. Went for a family visit, went to eat, came back to the hotel a little after 6pm and their system was down and we couldn’t even check in or pay, so by the time we checked in, and got settled in our room, it was almost 7pm.

Person at front desk tried to charge me more that the agreed amount that amounted to /- $10.00. When confronted about the change in price he redid the transaction and the price was /- $3.00 less that agreed price. Something funny is going on in this transaction. Facility was rather worn and had a poor smell. While checking for bed bugs under the mattress I found a brand new screw driver and no bed bugs.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, and I've been in lots of countries. The hotel reeked of marijuana when I entered, had sticky spots everywhere on the floor, had a broken exterior lock and a broken lock on the bathroom door. There were 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. The stove was broken, a shelf in the fridge was broken. A shelf in the closet was broken. I was told that there was actually no complimentary breakfast even though the website said there was. The AC unit was loud and raspy. The pillows were about 3/4 inch thick. When these issues were brought to the attention of the office, they simply said I needed to talk to the general manager, who wasn't there. I agreed to stay another night (much to my wife's dismay) if they would allow me to check out after that and not charge me for the other booked nights. Instead, when I returned home, I found that they charged me for all 5 nights. This is the worst hotel ever.

We had two rooms and one of them smelled disgusting. I couldn’t switch out the room so we just dealt with it. There was a room called the “trash room” there was trash everywhere, if you left the door open you could smell it down the hallway. Most people seemed to be living there. There is no breakfast, it was muffins and bananas on a front table with coffee.

The hotel was conveniently located for us, but was really showing its age. The refrigerator in our room had a loose seal that made it difficult to close. The fan in the bathroom was ridiculously loud. And when I looked under the bed, there was a lot of dust dirt. The grab and go breakfast consisted of granola bars, and plastic wrapped muffins.

It’s at a convenient location and generally clean. You need to ask If you need a hairdryer and no guarantee availability. Breakfast items are instant oatmeal, tea, coffee, and oats bar. They are gone quickly and are not restocked quickly. Don’t count on the breakfast. The staff is friendly and responsive.

DO NOT agree to stay in room 101! It’s the loudest room that I have ever stayed in. It boarders the double set of doors to the outside that are the main access. People are going in and out constantly. No sleep for you. They advertise a free breakfast, but only offered tiny, pre-packaged muffins. They were terrible and hardly constitutes breakfast. Also, the carpet in the room was in terrible shape and covered in stains and tears. It was cleanish but housekeeping doesn’t come every day. You have to take out your own trash. They ran out of coffee more than once, and once ran out of creamer. Running out of coffee is just unacceptable. We paid an exorbitant amount due to Balloon Fiesta. If you can stay somewhere else, then you probably should.

The room was decent but it was definitely outdated. Not really clean either. The phones were also down which was frustrating because you couldnt contact the front desk. The property was just over priced for a ghetto place like this. Definitely not worth the price. Also, the breakfast was only oatmeal and a muffin. Definitely disappointed in my experience overall.

They advertise a fully equipped kitchen, but ran out of kitchen supplies because “they were fully booked”. The free breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal packets. They ran out of the mini muffins and granola bars on my second day. The common area are filthy. There was food and debris in the hallway my entire stay. There is no luggage stand in the room and no closet. Just two wire shelves screwed into the wall. The bathroom amenities consisted of a bar of soap. The shower curtain is too short to stay in the tub, so water goes everywhere. This is the second worst hotel I have ever stayed in. (The worst was in a third world country)

Expedia shows "breakfast included"- they do not offer breakfast. The hotel is "no smoking" the entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke. No dishes/cookware in the kitchenettes whatsoever. Not worth the price.

There was a lot of construction in the rooms on the 2nd floor. We got one that was finished and the room was excellent. Like a brand new room. I would not call what you have a breakfast. It was basically coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and maybe a muffin if you are early and maybe oatmeal packet. Some snack bars. Room had "NO" lamps and "NO" clock. Went to desk to get lamps and was told they do not put lamps in rooms. They did have a clock I could put in room. Asked for an extra pillow as there were only 3 in room and was told they had no extra pillows. Later that evening I asked another person at the desk and she gave me one. Staff was nice.
