Clean room, but elevator was out, and we were on the 3rd floor. We had to walk to the other end of the motel to use the elevator to get our bags to our room. Our room smelled faintly of smoke, as well.

I found the staff to be very helpful and complete. I had an issue with the hair dryer, maintenance resolved the issue and the following day they followed up to make sure it was working well. Out of 3 or 4 ice machines, only 1 was operational.

The ceilings in the room and bathroom had mold and the ac unit kept making loud noises all night which didn’t let us sleep. The shower barely worked and to top it off I found a long hair on my pillow. I think the positive reviews on here must all be fake because this hotel is dirty and dingy. I rarely write reviews even if something isn’t too good but this hotel is absolutely horrible and the reviews are not real. Stay somewhere else

Hotel was a lot older than it appeared in photos. Trash in my room was not emptied. One of the drawers was full leftover food from the last guest. There were several empty soda bottles under the air conditioner also from the previous guest. Large dead cockroach in the bathroom. Front desk was friendly. Breakfast was normal hotel fare.

Or room was not very clean and the sink was almost completely clogged, had to wait for it to drain after a few seconds of running the water. The door was bent out of shape and had to be slammed hard in order for it to latch otherwise just a small push would open it. Otherwise the staff was friendly and helpful. .

A quick stay in the middle of a road trip but we weren’t impressed. You could tell this was a very old building they had tried to update and modernize on the surface. Plumbing was old though and shower wouldn’t drain. There was a burnt out light bulb in the room so a little dim with remaining lamps. The heating/cooling unit wouldn’t let us select Constant Fan so the constant on/off setting woke me many times and it couldn’t block the noises from outside the unit. Bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast had multiple options but the hot items in buffet looked sad so we stuck to the packaged options and fruit. Ice machine was empty and there was no filtered water to fill a water bottle, though the front desk offered a few bottles of water as a concession. Overall, a place to lay our heads for the night but I’d probably select a different option next time.

I am extremely dissatisfied. We stayed at this hotel (La Quinta) on April 26-28, 2024. I booked and prepaid 13 rooms via Expedia. During my stay at the hotel, La Quinta charged for 2 of the rooms that I had booked and paid for already via Expedia. As a result La Quinta charged $326.44 to my credit card.During my stay I asked twice for a reimbursement from the La Quinta personnel and I still haven’t been reimbursed for two rooms La Quinta charged me for even though I had prepaid them via Expedia. Staff was terrible, was not acknowledged when walked into lobby, was ignored until I said I has a reservation, could not check me in so I went and had supper came back still had issues but gave me a room which was OCCUPIED I walked in on a gentlemen, at this point I was totally frustrated went back to the front desk (keep in mind my husband had knee surgery and could barely walk I left him outside the occupied room until we could get a new one). The front desk was combative like it was my fault. The bed had hair on the turned down sheets at this point I just slept on top of the sheets, I was just done with the whole experience.

I said he did know what i was talking abouthe was aware of any construction going on. Had to do this twice with him. The next morning the front girl was arguing with a customer and being sarcastic with him.

IT TOOK CLOSE TO AN HOUR TO GET SOMEONE TO THE FRONT DESK. THE PERSON WHO FINALLY SHOWED UP WAS UNKEPT AND NEEDED A SHOWER BADLY. THE LOBBY LOOKED HORRIBLE. THE ROOM HAD BEEN REMODELED SO IT WAS ACCEPTABLE.BUT TO US, IT LOOKED RATHER SCARY AROUND THE GROUNDS AND MANY PEOPLE WERE OUTSIDE SMOKING AND SCARY LOOKING.

I called for early check in a day before reservation.I was told by the lady on the phone ok no problem.Got to hotel about 1:15 and lady at desk was very rude.She said i could not check in unless. I paid a additional 30 dollars and i would have to wait until 3:00. She was not helpful or accommodating. Would not stay again.

The LaQuinta on Cerrillos Road in Santa Fe is conveniently located with easy access to I-25. It is right next door to the Flying Tortilla restaurant, one of my favorites.Across the parking lot is the Santa Fe Place mall, which added a Barnes & Noble with Starbuck\'s since I was last here a few years ago. The room was spacious and clean and reasonably quiet (I\'m probably more sensitive to noise than most.) I will definitely stay here next time I\'m in "The City Different".

Fast, friendly and efficient check in. Plenty of close parking but you do have to walk outside to get to breakfast. Breakfast was good - eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bagel and cream cheese, waffles. The breakfast attendant made sure everything was full. Coffee available at other times.

I'm far from being fussy about food but the breakfast was the worst ever, especially the eggs. Sausage was barely tolerable. I'm not even sure it was meat. Gravy was a joke. Finding my room on the 2nd floor was like a maze. Will never stay there again.

Was VERY disappointed with the breakfast provided. There was no water, no yogurt, no fruit, no bread options at all. The scrambled eggs were half burnt. The gravy was cold even though it was sitting in a crockpot. Eventually, bread options were available but the biscuits were almost frozen. I guess an appropriate match to the cold gravy. Additionally, the coffee maker in the room was unusable because the piece that holds the pod was missing. And no water was provided anyway. I mean are we expected to use water from the bathroom sink?! Yuck!

We are in our way to San Antonio and this was a half way point for us.. the drive was 10 1/2 hrs . We arrived early and was able to check in upon arrival. The room was clean and comfy and quiet on the bottom floor. Coffee pot could have been alittle bigger like a 5 cup mr.Coffee or simular. Breakfast was a great way to start the day and is offered in the lobby each morning free of charge.

Staff was wonderful It is an older property and good use some Renovations but we were just there one night to sleep. The bed was wonderful and we slept well. It seemed clean and water was hot I would certainly stay again

Room was hot and couldn’t lower the temperature below 74. I assume the thermostat had a governor which didn’t allow temperature to be any cooler. Miserable nights sleep. Stayed in room 120 and the banging noise around the ice maker outside the room started at 6:00 and continued throughout the morning as various parties filled their ice chests.
