I really love this place. No it’s not the fanciest place in Santa Fe, but the pool is clean. The bar is quirky and fun and live music downstairs is legit! Fun times.

Initially the property had a pretty facade but as I looked closer, it appeared old and dingy. Really needs a good update and refreshening. The carpet throughout the hotel had large noticeable stains. The bathrooms were very outdated and had poor water pressure. The room was so dark with little lighting. We went up to Lady Duffs Lounge and ended up walking out. There were several couples in there but only one server that we could see. There was food on the floor I had not been cleaned up and the chairs were so stained that we lost our appetite. I also thought it was very expensive for what it was. This place has the potential to be really nice again but a major overhaul is gonna have to happen. The grounds are very well maintained and beautiful and the pool looked to be great although we did not get in it. The lobby of the hotel is also very beautiful. I guess I was just expecting a whole lot more for the money and for Santa Fe.

I would have liked to have a mini fridge in the room. Also, the lighting was very dark/dim. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars all around. Especially the staff! Super warm and welcoming!

The Glorieta is a charming Southwest style hotel. My only complaint is not bright enough light in the bathroom but not a deal breaker. We will most likely choose to stay here our next visit to Santa Fe.
