SureStay Hotel by Best Western Fernley

The pool, hot tub, etc. were not mentioned. I did find out they were closed so nothing in the way of amenities. The breakfast started at 6:00 and I had to check out before that so there was no breakfast. The phone, TV, and blinds were broken. It was close to 80 but I won't do it again.

Breakfast ends at 9 am. That's earlier than most other motels.

This was the most disgusting place we’ve come across in a long time. People working on their broke down cars in the parking lot, old mattresses in the pool. Room had a nasty odor and bugs all over the inside of the windows. GO ELSEWHERE!

The stay was fine, with the exception of a noise parking lot. Large work trucks leaving during the night.

We only stayed for one night but had a nice quiet room on the second floor. The staff who checked us in had the greatest personality! We felt welcomed immediately and I want to thank Katie for being so genuine. Air conditioning worked well. Room was clean but there was dust on the headboards of both beds. Floors were dirty and blonde hair found on towels in the bathroom. No one in my family has blonde hair. It is an older property but taken care of enough that it is maintained and managed. Housekeeping could use some work. Grounds were well kept especially since this location allows pets.
