The floor appears to not have been swept. I knew it was not going to be 5 star hotel but I expected it to be cleaned. The hot tub was a greenish color and no coffee in room or lobby.

The stay was okay but we had to go get blankets from front desk, my son had to put his own shower head on it was lying in the tub. Our shampoos looked used but I brought my own so no worries. The worst was the pool was closed for repair on a holiday weekend.

Nice Staff. Hotel has Potential. If Renovated., has charm and potential in my humble opinion.. pool is a draw if opened? Laundry room below is a huge bonus. Get tv going in laundry room. Add coffee to select rooms or upon request.coffee is a big deal . The “ Bean” . I really feel the potential is here if investors wish to do this? Just my two-cents. Thanks.

Hallway carpets were stained and dirty—room floor was dirty—homeless individuals always outside exit doors—pool was closed with no expected open date. We chose this hotel for the pool and pet friendly accommodations—no accommodations for pets other than staying in the room at an additional $10/night per pet. Very disappointed with Expedia not listing the additional cost per pet on their website. Will NEVER stay at this location again.

The pool and hot tub were out of order. The microwave wasnt cleaned and it was cleaned more like a motel forsure because there were prints on my bedding. The mexican food next door is to die for though!

Horrible place. Nothing like the pictures they have on their website. Pictures were probably taken years ago place is extremely dirty and not maintained at all. Pool was not even in use.

Very poorly maintained, room not cleaned, mattress filthy, holes in walls, carpets thought motel a tripping hazard, no working elevator, no hot water for coffee, shower was a struggle to turn on. Ice machine and vending machines on main floor only... too many pets in motel, smelled horrible. No assistance with luggage to second floor since the elevator was not working, no access to restrooms in lobby, no pool access.

Close to the freeway, rooms were clean . Check in was easy. Staff was awesome. I appreciate that the ice machine worked and that there were$2 washers and $2 dryers in basement area.

No elevator and no disabled access whatsoever. Broken lamps, black mold on the walls including next to the AC the bathtub had cracks all over. The place was gross all the way around. The side door had no lock so anyone can access our and all rooms very easily.

Hello 1960's. Holes in the wall. Electronic locks not working with key card consistently causing me to walk the long way around several times. Hot tub featured as an amenity on many photos of the property on their website and on the 3rd party site but it was drained and dry, unusable. None of the vending machines were working.

This property needs a whole lot of work. Very old and outdated patches on the walls covered with wallpaper that hangs off. The smell of mold is very strong so much so that it gave me a headache in instantaneously entering the room. I was told to wait until 3 o’clock for my room to be ready this was at 1 PM and the room still wasn’t clean. Gum underneath the dresser top, white drug residue underneath the glass top of the dresser and the glass tops of the end tables. Smoking room with no ashtray, but on the walls, bathroom door cut unevenly so you could see in where the spine of the door should be. And so much more I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I will not be back, most definitely ever again. No reason to be overcharging rooms of 100 or more and I had a deluxe room the deluxe king at that with no microwave or fridge. Very overcharged and the property isn’t worth it. The bedroom window was on third floor opened up all the way no screen no bars, can easily fall out. Which part is I couldn’t cancel reservation or I would lose my money. First and foremost. The lady who checked me in was super friendly. The room was not clean. Pubes on the bed sheets. Dirt in the bathroom. Old smokers hotel: still reeked like smoked. On the plus side: the showers had enough pressure to blast the ick feeling off of you.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The bed had black hair and what I hope to be facial hair ALL over the bed (none of my friends have black hair. We are (blonde, pink, and red). The door looked as if it had dried up blood on it. The bathroom had mold in the shower, and the floor was so dirty, that when I put fresh socks on after 45mins of walking around the room (getting dressed to go out) my socks had turned BLACK! The smell when you entered the hotel was disgusting and even more so when you go down stairs. There was even a fork in the drain. I’m surprised this place hasn’t been shut down yet. These conditions are hazardous. The price of the hotel doesn’t match the cleanliness. You could straight up get a staph infection or a diabolical disease from the 1800s.

The hotel is supposedly smoke free but as soon as you walk in the lobby you can smell cigarettes. The room had signs of non smoking and it also smelled like cigarettes. Shower drain was cloag and water was accumulating in the tub.

Smoking room smelled awful. The floor was covered in dog hair. Pillow cases and towels were dirty. General facility has not been cared for at all.

This is a dirty hotel from bed sheets to closet ironing board was stained horrible. Hallway walls were disgusting

Filthy dirty and smelly. Toilet was not cleaned, previous guests’s waste left inside the closet and drawer, dirts on the chair. I used 20 disinfectant wipes to clean the must use area. Shower was broken. It’s a health hazard. It should not be in business.

Dirty, stinky and loud. Think of your first ghetto apartment in a basement right after college you got because they didn’t check credit or require first and last. Sticky floor, layers of dirt and dust, stains on literally everything. It was cheap though so you get what you pay for.

Check on was easy but the beds were not very comfortable there was no blanket olny a top sheet so sleeping was fairly difficult.

Dive motel- very noisy.

Nice TV but very few channels available and poor quality. Hand bar soap was all broken to pieces so we were unable to use. Very uncomfortable and noisy mattress. WiFi availability but you could not connect to internet or there was a charge for it, etc .

Room was good, new floor. They had no coffee maker, walls very thin...LOUD...Premises need cleaning badly, ripped carpet, stains. Staff very polite

RUN. We checked in but left 10 minutes later. This motel is on a very busy street next to a truck stop. Room was dirty at best with mis matched furniture and missing trim. We ended up driving another 200 miles to our final destination after a long day of driving. If I had to pick between here and sleeping in the car, I would pick the car. Sorry to say they charged me additional costs when I arrived and got no refund. I have waited a couple of months to do this review so that I didn't put something in here that I might regret. I would not stay here, ever!!

- Even numbered rooms face a busy road that is noisy from 5am until midnight with occasional cars and motorcycles racing by. - AC units in some rooms are noisy. - Refrigerators in some rooms are noisy. - Floors are not sound insulated and you can hear people walking on the floors above, moving furniture etc. and flushing toilets in adjacent rooms. - Some rooms don’t have large sitting chairs and most are dirty and stained. - Some rooms don’t have the small sitting tables. - Shower was dripping in one room. The price is the main advantage in the area.

Hard to get a good nights sleep with the hard matresses and just the flat sheet.

It's nice place to stay. Good customer service! Affordable I would definitely come back to this place!

I had to ask for a blanket for the bed, only a top sheet with 40* weather. Blow dryer didn’t work and they just shrugged their shoulders, did not find me another one. No water cup in the bathroom

It was horrible. The door to our room would not lock. You could tell it had been kicked in previously. When I called to let the front desk know they avoided me. The text morning when I went into the front office to check out and get my deposit refunded they associates avoided coming to the desk. Continued to stay in the back and chit chat. They took my deposit even no the room was pretty in great condition. Horrible experience. Attempting to get refund for my deposit still.

The property itself it’s just disgusting. A person from the staff opened my room’s door while I was inside, it was an scary experience

Very convenient. Uber was quick and cheap back and forth to the strip and downtown. Staff are very kind and pleasant. Property is clean. My room was non smoking but facility smelled heavily of cigarettes once you walk in and into your room. The only reason for not giving this 5 stars.

I was looking for a spot to stay and I wasn't expecting anything over the top and got exactly what I paid for. The area I can imagine would deture people form waiting to stay there but I had no issue during my time there. Transportation to the main part of the city was relatively easy. Would recommend if you're not trying to spend 400$ a night at a hotel near the center of the city.

It's a 2-star motel kinda place in an industrial park/trucking area. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have to.

I rented a room for a night because my brother was in town. This is the cheapest place I could find around North Las Vegas. After I checked in and saw the area, my brother decided that he'll just sleep on my couch. We didn't feel safe. So I ended up paying for the night without using it, because there was no refund available. I don't have anything against the property, we just didn't feel safe. If you have a family with kids, I wouldn't recommend this place.

At the end of a long day of travel we booked the "same night" at Sunrise Inn non-refundable. We took one look and drove away. McDonald's right next door, shady character hanging out at one doorway, rough neighbourhood generally. We drove around the hotel to locate the front door and then drove off. Not even my dog would be happy thee.

easy access to hotel location. gas and convenient store are walkable. the hotel is clean and nice, and the hotel rate is affordable. two thumbs up.

Probably the worst I have tried. Impossible to keep clean due to broken appliances and drains and zink. Rusty refrigerator, defective hairdryer and microwave. TV worked but barely and all the fittings came out of the wall. WIFI worked, but it was not coded, even when you were given a code. The receptionists were nice enough. No coffee at room, nor at the reception. True it was not advertised, but that is also normal. Do not choose this place, you will be disappointed.

The pool and hot tub were not working. The lobby walls, counters and carpets were dirty and worn. The shower was barely warm (hardly comfortable). The curved shower curtain rod was drooping so the curtain would only hang in the center, leaving the sides wide open. Water from the brief show sprayed all over the door and floor. As a result, the hollow-core bathroom door was falling apart from being wet so many times. The tub drain was black and nasty. There were no soap bars, only tubes of body wash (including for hand washing at the sink). The door security latch that you fold over the door was missing the piece it locks into on the door, rendering it unusable. There was only a very thin blanket and a bed sheet. The toilet would run about every 15 minutes and shut off. One of the lamps didn't work. The walls had stain/spots and many holes from previous items hung then removed. The curtain for the exterior window had no outer privacy curtain, only the inner one. There was an iron holder, an ironing board, but no iron. The carpets weren't filthy, but could use a shampooing. There was a homeless guy sleeping by one of the doors near my truck when I checked out in the morning. When I checked in and complained about the pool and hot tub not working, the clerk didn't care at all and attempted to do nothing. Reporting these may other issues would do nothing. This is the best place to report them. The travel sites should be ashamed to be associated with this place.
